Terrible fit. Too narrow in the toe box and too long at the heel - kept slipping off my foot. They are not good looking, either. Definitely returning.

Have multiple pairs of NB running shoes in 8M, but this court shoe is very tight in that same size! No consistency in sizing! It's also a bit clunky for a court shoe.

An oddly-shaped shoe that looked a lot different than advertised.

Wear size 9.5 EEE. New Balance sizes are all smaller than previously but next size is too large & inconsistent sizing & fit. Love the shoe but can’t find new size that fits

I love NB. I ordered my size and width. These run small. Shoe is very hard. Not soft in any way. I put my foot in it and even if it did fit I would return them. Felt like a clog :(

The toe box was not wide enough for my feet.

These are cute.. but they are too wide, I usually wear 6.5 W and my foot swam in them.

Looking for WIDE WIDTH and this does not feel like it is 2E wide. I usually depend on New Balance but won't anymore.

Well made. My toes are touching the toe box. Will try a 1/2 size larger.

I was pleased to find a narrow court shoe, and this one did feel more narrow that other brands that run narrow. However, I realized that I should have gone up a whole size from my regular (non-athletic) shoes, rather than only a half size. Returning, and Zappo's doesn't have the size that I need.

I loved the look and sturdiness of this shoe. Unfortunately, it was too short resulting in the low 'comfort' rating. I normally wear a size 10.5 - 11. I felt that an 11.5 would have been perfect. Returned.

They aren't as cushioned as others of theirs I've had. And I couldn't feel the arch.

They're a bit clunky, but I'm wearing them for solo walks when looking fashionable is not a factor. I ordered wide because most athletic shoes in my size or 1/2 size up pinch toes on one foot. For this purchase, I decided to order my regular size in a wide width. Instead of being only wider, they are bigger overall.

Clunky, heavy and uncomfortable. I tried wearing them 3 times and hurt after. Disappointed in this purchase.

It was too clunky for me, felt like a lot of shoe that didn't feel easy to move in.

If you have bunions or wide feet this will murder your feet. Returned.

Very stiff and uncomfortable overall

I ordered this shoe in a size 8W. When I first looked at the shoe, the toe box appeared to be narrower than a wide width. However, when I put my orthotic inserts into the shoe my foot sat higher and the fit was more comfortable. But when I kept them on for a while longer, I could feel my feet being squeezed on the sides of the toe box and knew I would not be able to walk for any length of time in this shoe. I will be returning them. A plus for this shoe is that it had a rollbar which helped with overpronation. New Balance no longer makes the hiking boots or shoes that were a good fit for me, and I noticed that their sizes vary by style of shoe, so I never know how an 8W is going to fit in any particular style. I've ordered Brooks Addiction Walker 2 since it checks all the boxes for the support and size that I need. Hoping it will be a good fit.

It was shorter than normal and wider than a narrow foot of mine can be comfortable in.

The toe was way too pointed. Squashed my toes and made my feet look ultra long.

I love these shoes and hope they never discontinue them or change them. I have plantar fasciitis and these are the only shoes that give me relief. They are the best for playing pickleball.
