I wear, and always order, a wide shoe , when available, but this shoe felt like a B (med.) width rather than a wide width. The size was great; just the width was incorrect.

I love New Balance but the toe box of this shoe is stiff and my toe seemed to hit the top of it uncomfortably when I moved. I'm returning them.

Perfect for Pickleball. The shoe gave enough support for the side to side movement needed for the game. I have a wide foot and this shoe gave plenty of room in the toe box ( I did order a wide width).

These are a really nice looking shoe and I was looking for a little more cush. They also ran a tad short once I put my orthotic in. My feet are narrow and I really need a narrow shoe but they are really difficult to find. So, unfortunately, I need to return them.

These shoes run short. I was really disappointed since I have a narrow foot and so few athletic shoes come in narrow. A full size larger would have been too big and they did not come in a half size in my size. Had to return them.

Sizing was odd. The shape of the shoe seemed to push my foot foward and the front is narrow. Had high hopes, but they're going back.

I always wore NB court shoes. However, the last 3 pair had problems with the tongue. I need to lace tight since I have a narrow foot with a bunionette so need wide to accommodate. Having a very short tongue does not work for me.

The heels slides out of the shoe when I walk. I have narrow feet (12 AA) and need a narrow heel. These didn't have it.

This shoe is by far the best I’ve ever purchased for paddle tennis. I need a narrow width and New Balance is one of the few that makes them. The soles hold up well on the rough court surface. I always have one extra pair in reserve.

I usually wear a regular width but ordered wide for this shoe. I probably would be ok with regular as I am probably on the cusp. If you have really narrow feet though I heard from a friend that she prefers Asics for that reason. I feel more support from this New Balance sneaker over the foot... and less slippage at the ankle than the Asics and Adidas sneakers I tried . Comfort a real plus here for me .

Always wear 9.5 but it was just too big, i was walking out of the heel.

Perfect pair. Tried about 8 to 10 others. These by far are the best. Stability comfort and they are light. Love them. And they look good too

Felt a little snug. And will definitely get longer shoelaces!

I purchased this same shoe in 8 EE two years ago which I have worn comfortably, and just purchased another pair a few days ago. These are noticeably narrower than the last pair, at least 1/4 inch narrower at the widest part of the toe, and are not comfortable. I will send them back and try to reorder larger. They are a very attractive shoe, but I have no idea why New Balance is making shoes much narrower despite being the exact same model and size.

The heel was too wide. The strings were too short . Shoe was hard. I ordered half size larger after reading others reviews but was too long.I need a deep toebox.NB have changed, not what I used to buy.

i was psyched when i saw purple sneakers in 2E from new balance. i should have trusted the review that i had seen. they are not as wide as they should be. i think because when you look the toe area is a little sculpted not boxed as the ww577 from new balance is. i had to send them back. the only shoe for me is the ww577 from new balance it seems, although i will keep trying. thank you zappos, you are the best!

I have not been wearing these shoes for too long so I am still evaluating them. They were recommended by a podiatrist so this is why I bought them and also because they are made out of leather. I feel like the mesh shoes don't provide support. As far as the sizing, I usually wear a size 8. Podiatrists recommend buy a size bigger, especially for exercise shoes, to have room at the toes. We should have 7 to 8 mm between the shoe and the toes. I ordered a size 8 1/2 and it felt too small, so I returned them for a size 9, which is a full size bigger than my regular size but they fit better. Per the podiatrist, shoes should be able to bend at the toes but not in the middle at the arch. These shoes have a good arch base, which is good for people with feet problem, including bunions. Of course, these shoes look more bulky than other shoes, but to me, good support is more important than the look, especially when it comes to fitness shoes.

These shoes are beautiful! I was so looking forward to finding a great tennis COURT shoe in Double E for my awful bunions. New Balance worked for me years ago when I played tennis. I need a court shoe again. BUT their EE wide is much more narrow now and it pinched my feet at the width immediately. Unfortunately, I have to return them.

I need a shoe with a wide width. I tried three different tennis shoes and this one did the trick. I find them comfortable and accommodate my wide foot issues. Very happy with the purchase.

I ordered a WIDE and my bunions are happy! The provided sole/bottom is not cushy, but I need to use a sole insert that has arch support so I replaced the insole completely. Overall, the shoe fits well, feels durable and is comfortable to play tennis in.

This shoe is great for anyone with a wide, high arch foot!! Very comfortable and started wearing them for hours with no problem. Would love to see more colors in this wide size.
