The cut of the toe box is a little too narrow for a Medium. The shoe also runs 1/2 size smaller than expected. Going 1/2 size up worked, but right big toe still rubbed against side of shoe. Will try a Wide if available to see if that resolves the issue.

I always buy New Balance because they offer narrow widths. This shoe has a nice lift to it in the front so your toes aren't constantly slammed into the unforgiving court surface. I play pickleball almost every day, so I need a good shoe.

Long time wearer of NB. I wear orthothics. I am a true 10/B need a wide toe box. This shoe ran short with thin socks and no orthotics, so I will go up 1/2 size and hope for a good fit. Otherwise they fit well.

I have always worn NB. This is the 2nd pair i have tried since Christmas that were too tight in the toe box. I like the leather for tennis, but my most comfortable pairs seem to be walking sneakers wirh mesh. Zappos are awesome as always.

Too much volume within the shoe taking up space where a wide fore foot needed the space.

Fit is true to size. Shoe minimizes lateral movement when playing court sports like pickleball. The toe box is large enough to give your toes room to move. I played 7 games of pickleball in a round robin with no rubbing or blisters. This has become my new favorite shoes for walking for exercise as well.

Stiff sole. Too big in the heel and tight by my toes.

This is my second pair of this style I have worn NB tennis shoes for many years. They come in different widths so everyone can find the right size .

Hard to find good tennis sneakers.
I really like these tennis sneakers so far. Have only been wearing them for 2 weeks. They have a big toe box, and are are very comfortable. Hopefully they will wear better than the last ones I tried.
I'm usually a 6 1/2, but order a size up as I wear orthotics, so hard to tell if they'd be true to size without.
I've already recommended them to a few friends.

Wish I could return them for a 1/2 size smaller but I've already worn them. Otherwise a solid product.

I just purchased my third pair because it's the only shoe I can find with a wide enough foot bed to accommodate my bunions (they aren't huge, but very sensitive). It's also a good sturdy shoe. I'm only giving four stars because the look of this shoe needs some work - it's overly white. Also, I'm constantly adjusting the tongue, which is a pain. Please keep making this shoe and give it some updates!

This show seemed very sturdy and well made but it must run small as I ordered a 9-1/2 and usually wear a 9 in regular shoes. Other NB court shoes size 9-1/2 fit me very comfortably. I was disappointed because another friend really likes this shoe.

As I have gotten older my feet have become painful when doing the same things I always did. I play tennis 5 days a week and thought I would have to stop because of pain when walking or standing, especially after moving around on a hard court. Also, my feet have gotten wider, so I tried many, many different styles of shoes. These 806 Wide are the best for me. I only have to insert arch supports to make them my go-to shoes. I also wear them off the court because they are so comfortable.

I needed a pair of not running shoes for the gym. I ordered three to try. This pair was the winner. the Mizuno's fit like a glove, but were not very supportive and did not have much sponge under the ball of the foot. This pair fit well enough and felt like like court shoes should feel. I will wear them in the gym and to play tennis and pickle ball. I generally like Asics, but I find the New Balance to be more supportive. I gave up on Nike long ago: too narrow and for people with higher arches than mine.

I Have been wearing this model court shoe for several years. They used to be perfect. Now the fit is horrible. They are way too big. I am so very disappointed.

I have always worn an 8.5 in New Balance but these were short on my left foot and also the sole was thicker on the left shoe. very uncomfortable to wear playing tennis. I get New Balance because they are the only ones I have found that have narrows but there sizing is changing. I am ordering two pair to determine of the shoes were faulty. I hope Zappos relates my concern to New Balance.

I've worn New Balance for 20 years now. I loved the look of this shoe, so I bought it online and I will be returning them tomorrow. The toe box is super tight and pointy and the heel is super wide and slips even with my NB insoles. If you don't ever want to wiggle your toes again, go ahead and buy these shoes.

I have wide feet (2E), for my entire life, this is not something new. New Balance used to be my go to shoe, the one that would fit no mater what. Not anymore. I am not sure what happened to how they make their shoes, but the width sizing is now smaller than what it used to be. I can no longer count on a double wide actually fitting - I all most need a 3E now in New Balance. Saucony is now my default. No where near the selection and cuteness in the double wide, but at least they fit.....
I'd also recommend:

I purchased the 10wide and they fell apart in less than 3 months. When I went back to the NB store where I bought them 1)they wouldn't do anything about them, 2) one of the workers told me they were too big. So, contacted NB directly, they offered me $75 towards a replacement pair. Went ahead and ordered a pair of 10 Regular width. They are way too small. Have tried wearing them 3 times, just too Painful!!! Not sure what to do about them. Wish I never ordered the 2nd pair as it cost me and additional $42 for a pair I can not wear. So disappointing.
