The internal height of the shoe was too small. Put excess pressure on the top of my foot.

I think the shoe is probably OK for most. I have a particular foot shape that was not accommodated by the shoe (across the ball of the foot) so I was experiencing some pain. I took out the existing insoles and replaced with my orthotics - that helped but did not resolve the issue

I ordered a 10.5 Wide (3E needed) but your options did not accommodate that requested thinking your sizes have changed. I had to changed the laces to fit my feet but the comfort has had to change since wearing them. I am hoping

Well the left shoe is too short by about 1/2 inch. The right one is fine. Going to take it to a shoe store and see if they can stretch the left one.

I use these for playing Pickleball. They took a few weeks to break in but when they did they were very comfortable. I bought the 2E width did seen to be the proper size. However, after about 7 months, the shoe tore open around the toe box area. I decided to get another pair since they did fit well and it is is difficult to find shoes in this size. I am hoping the new ones will last a bit longer.

I tried my size and one size up in wide (4E), but I usually get X-wide (6E). Unfortunately, the 4E is too narrow and no 6E is available.

I've used these tennis shoes for a decade since local stores are not bringing in wide width shoes and they must be mail ordered. I see other players with nifty shoes but I can't order them because I don't know if they'll fit. Even the same shoe style changes and the new pair I received this month feels a little tighter than my old pair, or it could be that its not stretched out like my old pair

I've been wearing New Balance for running, casual for over 30 years. But I had to return the 806's because they were too narrow/tight in the tow box. I'm currently in 621's that I love but they're almost shot. I retuned the 806s and am waiting for a refund on my charge card.

Sad to say that NB 4E Wide (806 shoe 8 1/2 size) is not true wide width as before. Had to move up a half size. Shoe seems to wear out faster than before also. Oh well, not much we can do. Other than stretch the shoe or move up in size. Come on NB!

I've played in these shoes for a number of years. What has become clear is the continued decline in quality. The material is cheaper, the parts don't fit as well, and the edges are rougher. In this recent pair the edge of the tongue is so rough it hurts the bridge of my foot!

My son really liked the shoes however the stitching is nor very durable. After 2 weeks of wear and use my son noticed the stitching started to fray apart at the top.

They are confortable and well made, but for me they should be higher on the side. More ankle support. I will not buy them again, will go back to old models.

The shoe size, 14 4E is tighter than the 14 4E New Ballance 857 court shoe which was not available. Disappointing. Also, the insert is less than 1/2 the thickness of the 857 insert reducing comfort. However, The tread is better than the 857.

The shoes run a little small. I ordered a 12, got a 12 but it feels like a 11.5. I wanted to order a 12.5, but not an option. After 2 weeks of 3-4 times of court use, the leather looks fairly worn an top of the toes. That surprises me because other new balances have never worn so quickly.

The shoes are well made and comfortable. My only complaint... and this surprised me because New Balance has had an excellent reputation: the ink information on the inside top of the tongue came off on my white socks! Why cut corners with cheap ink and cheapen your reputation New Balance?

Unlike my experience with NB tennis shoes in the past, these ran narrow and bit tight overall.

I had to return it because it did not fit, too much room in the front of the shoe

I have used the NB608 for many many years. I play pickleball 4 to 6 times/wk. The new pair is tight around the front of my foot. Is there a proper/correct way to break in the new shoes?

Tried on a several times checked size as much. These were tight could hardly wiggle toes and big toe kind of popped out when walking. Runs small cap kind of narrow even 2E.

The shoe I received was too narrow. Returned them unused. I ordered the same size as my 3 pair of 990v5, which all fit great. The 990's are made in USA. The 806's came from Indonesia.

I have owned 4 pairs of this brand and for some unknown reason they feel stiffer and less supportive. Disappointed for the first time by this shoe.

I tried to make myself think the sneakers fit correctly, but after wearing them in my house for a half hour, they just were too tight and uncomfortable. I have bought the same NB sneakers from you before about 3 years ago, and they were fine. This time not so much. Maybe they were made in different country this time, I have found various countries make the same number size article, but at varying "actual" physical measurements.

I generally wear an 11 EE and New Balance is the brand I go to most often. In width I found these a little snug, but still wearable for me, definitely better than a standard width shoe. In length they seem to run about a half-size large, ... but I should note that the toe box on these seems to come to more of a point than other NB shoes, and the noticeable extra length is ahead of the big-toe and toe #1.
