These are great shoes. They are more comfortable than other pumps. I have wide feet so they're a bit snug, but not uncomfortably so.

Awesome shoe! Get some quickly while they are on sale! I wear a 5.5, but sometimes need a 6 depending on the brand and these 5.5s fit me perfectly. I hate to wear heels, but needed some for an occasion, and these are so comfortable that I'm going to be looking for more occasions to wear them to! One odd thing though. I ordered both sizes and the 5.5 had a narrow strip of silver metal between the heel and the foot bed (very pretty and unique) and the 6 only had black patent in that spot (very pretty and elegant). The two shoes were identically marked on the box. The only difference was the size. They were both beautiful and I would have been happy with either and it is a bit odd, though.

Beautiful and comfortable shoe. Not too vampy - the thicker-than-stiletto heel keeps it office appropriate, but the perfectly shaped peep-toe-hole keeps it just sexy enough to wear out with jeans after work. Love it. True to size 9.5 fits me perfectly. Comfy enough to walk a mile in (living in urban London, I try not to buy any shoes I can't do this in).

I have been a long time believer in the Cole Haan Air shoes. They are my staple black pump for work. I can work in them all day and not be in pain by the end. I am an educator so comfort is really important.

Love these shoes. So comfortable, even after wearing them all day. I will buy more Cole Haans because that Nike Air technology works!

I have owned these shoes now for a year with close to daily wear and the shoes still look close to new.

These are so comfy. They are cute, stylish and can be worn dressy or with jeans. I highly recommend them.

Love these shoes! The wide width was perfect. The fit is perfect. As for comfort you can feel the air in the foot bed. I haven't tried wearing them out yet, but I have a feeling that these will be as comfortable as heels could possibly be for me. I am very happy.

A friend had these and swore they were the most comfy she ever wore. I saved up and got the beautiful black patent leather. I have a short (sometimes wide) foot, and usually wear a standard 6. The patent doesn't come wide, so I also ordered the (more business-y) black calf in 6W. Too big. I had the regular 6's stretched slightly, and it helps. Wish they came wide though. I've worn them a bunch, and they feel pretty great for the first 3 hours...so not too bad. I've had ankle and foot surgery, so that's a rave review!

These are the most comfortable pair of heels I have ever owned. I borrowed my sister's pair so much that I had to buy my own. They have a padded sole/cushion that lets you stand on your feet all night. Plus they are super cute too!

This is the most comfortable and stylish shoes ever! This is my second (spare) pair just in case. It's true to size, slightly narrow but after you wear a couple times, it will become the most comfortable pump that you own! I love it so much I purchased this in 4 different colors.

I have worn these just about every day since I bought them! Cole Haans are always my most comfortable shoes, and these came in wide, so they took me no time to break in. I have the Air Carmas in tortoiseshell, and they are super comfortable as well. They just took a little longer to get that way, due to my super wide feet! I absolutely love these shoes. The Nike Air soles make them totally worth the price.

Really comfortable! Especially if you're used to wearing heels. I'm not but bought these for a special occasion. While I have to walk more slowly because of the height, they are very comfortable and fit my narrow feet perfectly!

Finally, a gorgeous shoe in black patent! I found these shoes very true to size & very comfortable. It's hard to beat Cole Haan shoes and boots for comfort & beauty. Pair up Zappos unbelievable customer service, with Cole Haan's incredible shoe design...the match can't be beaten!

Gorgeous shoes but they run a 1/2 size small. I tried the 7, now the 7.5 and on to 8! Love you Zappos for all the help!

I love these shoes. I am a frequent Cole Haan customer, but was concerned about purchasing them because the heel height is much higher than I normally wear (I prefer 2" or less). I was delighted to find these are incredibly comfortable and can easily stand up to a long day of walking around the office and dinner afterwards. The style is attractive and classic, without being flashy. They were completely comfortable on the first wearing, I didn't even need to break them in. The leather is slightly shinier than I expected (a little closer to a patent). My only complaint is that the leather has shown very slight creases around the toe within a few days of wear.

Sigh...finally a hot peep toe that fits! I ordered this in the wide size and it actually fits my foot! Unlike a lot of shoes that advertise as wide but only give you more room across the top of the foot, gaining width merely by letting your foot spill out the sides and over the actual sole, this shoe has a wider sole to it as well. They're more than I typically spend on shoes but I would purchase another pair.

These are comfortable and elegant. They fit true to size. For an athlete used to tennis shoes--they are the most comfortable heel that I have worn.

Shoes are very versatile. They are the perfect heel height - not too tall, not too short. Really comfortable. The Carma OTs run a little narrow, so in this style, I took a wide and it fit perfectly. (I have relatively normal width feet.) I bought these because Zappos notified me about the size and color I needed coming back in stock. Brilliant service, Zappos!

I originally bought these in navy. They fit so well, I ended up purchasing them in the black leather an black patent. The first time I wore them was at a wedding and I danced for the entire evening. They were so comfortable. Can be dressed up or down. Great shoe!
