In the beginning, the shoe was a little tight. But after wearing for a couple days, the shoe really became comfortable! I wear this from 9am till 6pm,so you know it needs to be comfy. And it's become my favorite pair of heels!

If you have to wear heels, these are great! More comfortable than I would have thought. I'll be wearing heels more often with these.

These are very comfortable for about six hours. My heels kept lifting out of the shoe when walking. I have not worn 3½" heels since my 20's. I bought the shoes for my daughter's wedding. Overall I was very pleased.

I am on my second pair of these great all-around shoes (and just ordered a pair on sale to put back for later!). Unbelievably comfortable for a heel and has a beautiful shape.

I love these shoes. I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, & have gained 60 lbs due to these illnesses so comfort is key. The toe box is a bit snug but not uncomfortable, they'll break in within a day or two. My width is exactly 9cm and my foot length is exactly 25cm, so I ordered a 9 B (due to the weight gain) & they fit great. So I went ahead & bought the Cole Haan Air Violet Pump Beige textured one as well as the Cole Haan Air Talia Open Toe Sling 60 Patent Black all in a 9B. Waiting for their arrival. But so far very pleased, & I never use heels anymore, I live in either my MBTs or my Fitflops. Great shoe!

Read simply amazing things about this shoe. I have wide feet, and these seemed like the solution (I have been avoiding pumps and been only wearing sandals due to the width of my feet). They are much more ladylike than other wide-foot options. I just wish the bottoms were rubber instead of leather. I'm on the waiting list for the nude color!

I got these shoes this morning, and had the chance to wear them all day. I know these will be comfortable as soon as a few days pass for breaking them in. But unlike the other shoes I have, this shoe does not cut on my sides which is so helpful!

Love this shoe! I've got tiny feet, and was thrilled that this one was available in a 4! It's actually a little on the small size, but I think that's good for a strapless pump. The toe area is pretty tight, but after wearing them for 2 days, it has already broken in a bit and is much more comfortable. I hope Zappos starts carrying more beautiful shoes like this in smaller sizes!

My best Zappos purchase so far! The style in lower heel height is so dowdy. This one is so sexy. It gives an instant upgrade to an old favorite outfit. Although I give it only a moderate rating for arch support -- for a shoe that isn't a wedge, this pair is comfortable enough to wear in the office for a whole day.

These shoes were immediately comfortable in all respects, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

These shoes were comfortable for the few hours I wore them. Loved the Nike air cushion and will be my go to heel for black heels. These shoes did not slide at all.

I ordered these in a size 6C and 6.5C. Wonderful pair of classic, peep-toe pumps. Unfortunately the 6 was too small and the 6.5 way too big - my heel was slipping out with every step. Sigh. They are awesome otherwise - perhaps if you wear a different size you'll have better luck.

Great classic pumps that easily transition from day to night. Perfect for the woman who is on their feet during the day.

I have not been able to wear a three inch heel in years. These shoes feel great on my feet but I did have to help them along a little. I put inserts in both foot pads and a heel pad in the back of the left shoe. With that done, they fit like a glove.

Very, very confortable shoe. Doesn't feel like a 3 1/2 inch heel. Very happy with this purchase.

These are one of my favorite pairs of shoes. They are sooo comfortable and very pretty. Definitely worth the price!

Ahhhh, my old friend, we meet again. Seriously, I have a black patent pair of the OT mary jane from when they first came out, and was a fool to not snatch up every pair of these since. This is an amazingly classy, yet sexywithoutbeingtoomuch shoe. Of the Cole Haan "air" heels I've tried, the Carma OT and other Carma variations are the best fitting and most useful for me...particularly how they fit around my forefoot. The black leather on this is smooth and fine looking and the slight platform and shape of the heel give this shoe a fantastic profile with jeans, dress pant, or skirt of any length. Hose or not, this shoe looks great. Just enough "peep" for the toe to appear, without allowing your entire foot to slide forward and/or cut into the sides or tops of your toes like some other OT heels I've tried. My experience with this style is that they hold up very well, don't stretch unreasonably, and only get more comfortable with wear. I wear mine while at work, dressed well, but usually moving on cement floor, walking up and down cement stairs, or across long stretches of area. These will be worn for work, but also with jeans as the flat black looks amazing with denim and is not too high to be more casual. Thank you Zappos for updating your product availability so I could see when at least 1 more pair was available!

My new favorite shoe! I wear this at least three times a week. They are so comfortable and stylish.

I love these heels. I can wear them all day. It took 3 days to break them in and now they fit like a glove. They look sleek and this is the best basic spring/summer shoe.

I wanted these shoes to wear for an upcoming wedding. I have 4 other pairs of Cole Haan shoes and could not be more pleased to add these to my collection. They took a few days to break in since they are a bit taller than most of my other shoes, but they are now feeling ultra comfortable! They are classically stylish and look great for work or social events.
