These are the best dressy heels I've ever owned, which is why I keep buying them! They fit perfectly and snug but not uncomfortably so. They are a great height - not too low and not too high. I often wear them for 15 hours straight at work (and I walk a lot at work!) and my feet feel fine! In fact, I'm wearing them right now! I love these shoes!

I liked the look of the shoe and the fact that there was a platform. While the heel was higher than I wanted,the platform gave it more stability. Unfortunately, I found both my usual size and larger size squeezed my toes on my left foot. My left foot is slightly larger than the right. Too bad because the leather was beautiful.

One of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Great for all day work and evening wear! Took a couple of wearings to break in but now fit like a glove!

I love these shoes! I had to run in them to a show and that was not a problem! The heel is perfect and the shoe is very comfortable.

Well balanced and relatively comfortable shoe for the heel height. Looks and feels great. I'm a Cole Haan fan although I've returned some shoes that didn't work -- Zappos, of course, is the best!

The most comfortable pumps with 9cm heels I've ever had! Straight out of the box I needed the heel pads (I'm small-boned and usually need a pair in otherwise-perfect fitting shoes anyway) but my feet were very comfy. After walking around on concrete downtown it became apparent the shoes need to be broken in (I think the width runs a bit narrower than others) but that's a given for any well-made real-leather shoes I've ever owned. So far very happy with the purchase! Very cute worn with boot-cut jeans as well as work outfits. Wow.

I have never felt comfortable in heels but I needed some for a wedding. Based on the reviews, I got these. These shoes are great! I could walk comfortably and wore them for over 7 hours at the wedding, despite being on a concrete floor. I have borderline wide feet and the C width was perfect. I am normally a size 10 and the 10 fit fine. I highly recommend these shoes.

These shoes are gorgeous but I'm in between sizes. Tried to use the higher size with a narrow width but it was still a bit off. Totally bummed because they are beautiful.

These shoes run true to size and are comfortable. The heel is low enough to still be flattering to the legs without breaking your back. I think those 5 inch heels that are in style now are for people under 35! But these classic design shoes are perfect for us older ladies who have a young spirit, but who may not have the back to support a higher heeled shoe. The peep toe adds a little sexiness to the look as does the small platform which adds to the look and the comfort of the shoe. I've been wearing them with jeans and dresses. I actually bought this same style shoe in both black and navy blue. I'm getting ready to buy another pair in brown.

These shoes are not only very cute (my mom mistook them for a pair of Louboutin at a first - very quick - glance) but comfy. I live in a city and travel to other cities frequently and the mark of a good heel for me is 'can I run to catch a cab in them?' For these, the answer is 'yes.'

I love this shoe! These were my first "investment" shoes and were well worth it. I wore them 3+ times/week all summer - took them to the cobbler once to get cleaned up, and look good as new. I spend a lot of time running around our office (sometimes literally!) - these shoes remained comfortable through the beating! Will definitely make another Cole Haan Air purchase!

This shoe is very nice-looking, and for a heel of this height, reasonably comfortable. I seldom wear heels, so it's harder for me to adjust. The bottom of the shoe is slick, which makes it a little hard for me to walk on carpet. It's a classic, expensive-looking, flattering shoe.

Initially the shoes felt uncomfortable. But I realized it was because I didn't take care of calluses. Once I did, the shoes got very comfortable, with enough cushion where the ball of the foot touches. I wore the shoes to a fundraiser and had to sit down after mingling for 2 hours on my feet non-stop. But my feet would've hurt anyway if I was wearing sneakers and standing for 2 hours. I'm very happy with the purchase.

I love these shoes and they are my first Cole Haan's. I am a 9.5 so I bought a 9 just in case. Glad I did. The 9.5 slipped off my heal. These shoes are so comfortable!! I am a Cole Haan fan for life! ;)

This is an extremely comfortable heel. I normally wear an 8 to 8.5, but had to buy a 9 in this shoe. Was looking for a sexy, comfortable black pump. Love this shoe. I preferred the Stuart Weitzman black pump, but they didn't have my size in stock. I highly recommend this shoe. Worth the money to buy a comfortable well-made shoe.

I have never been able to wear heels. Now and then, for business or formal occasions, I can suffer through a one-and-a-half incher for a few hours and not very gracefully. I also have weak ankles, which doesn't help matters. I've been told to try Cole Haan, especially since many of their heels have "Nike Air technology." As of yesterday, I can officially confirm that Cole Haan heels are the way to go, baby. I ordered the "Air Carma Open Toe Pump" in black patent from Zappos and wore them for the first time. I felt like a legit woman for the first time in my first real heels. Cole Haan prices are nothing to sneeze at, which is a big reason why I've hesitated to buy the brand. But the heels I bought were on sale! My verdict? Totally worth the investment even at full price.
