The right shoe was shorter than the left!

This sandal wasn't comfortable at all. Pinched my toes in several spots. Sole felt good and supportive. Loved the green color, but the material had a moldy smell. Return.

I couldn't even get these on my feet because the ankle strap is fixed and not adjustable or stretchy. I had to send them back. I love Keen sandals but they have discontinued all of my favorite sandals (like the Bali) - so I am very disappointed. Guess I'll look for a different brand but I don't think anyone else makes sandals with the toe bumpers that I love.

Super cute! Wish they fit, I was surprised that they were small and narrow. I thought for sure Keen would be normal to wider width. 7 was too small and narrow.

This shoe is not described accurately by Zappos and if you have a wide foot or a high instep, you won't even be able to get you foot into the shoe (my experience). It was a very disappointing buying experience and Zappos should re-do it's video to accurately show how the shoe is actually designed and how you put it on so there is full transparency about the design of this shoe.

This sandal is NOT correctly described. The velcro that closes at the top is very misleading. There is an attached strap that is barely stretchable that your foot has to fit through first and THEN you can "adjust", across your ankle, which is absolutely ridiculous. If you are someone with a wide foot and high instep, avoid this sandal. You will never even be able to get your foot through the fixed strap across the ankle. Seriously, Zappos, this was a HUGE disappointment and you should do a much better job showing exactly how a shoe is designed and how it works. What a waste of time to buy and have to return. Both the description and the video for this sandal were completely misleading and inaccurate.

The shoes have not arrived!! And the tracking function did not work! I have no idea when/if my shoes will come. Not looking good

This is my third (maybe forth?) pair of Keen Rose sandals. I can wear them on the beach then out to dinner. The perfect transitional sandal!

I'm so disappointed with the Keen sandals lately - either they are too big, or too unforgiving - which is how I would describe the Rose. If you have a high arch, don't bother with these. The straps across the top is not adjustable and is very constrictive. I used to love Keen sandals - I wish they would go back to their previous designs!

Keen shoes were so comfortable, unfortunately not anymore. The support has gone flat. I’ve worn these very little hoping to break them in but looking more closely at the sole I decided that breaking them in is not an option. So sad as keen was my comfort shoe.

I have several pairs of keen sandals and I always wear the same size. These pair are so small my daughter who wears a full size and half smaller can not get her feet in them.

I have probably owned 10 pairs of roses sandals and always loved them. The fit was perfect for someone with a bunion on one foot. But these looked odd when I took them out of the box....the front of the show over the toes was shallow, the straps were short and I couldn't even get my foot in the size that I have always warn. Very Disappointed1

I bought a pair of Keen Rose sandals several years ago and they were my favorite shoes. Great to walk in. Plenty of room for my toes, good support. Light and comfortable. I could walk for many miles in them & never had a problem. So when they wore out I ordered another pair and I am terribly disappointed. These shoes are not the same. The ankle strap is far too tight. My fourth toe slips out of the toe box. Now I have to find another favorite shoe! Ugh. Why the design change? Why not stay with something that works? I am returning them.

Hard to put on and was tight. You have to put your foot thru a hole then the elastic strap folds over it. Struggled to get foot thru. Sending back. If you are not flexible it is hard to manage

I love Keen. Have been wearing brand for over a decade, In this model, straps seem really cheap and crappy. After an hour of wear, straps have transferred black dye into my skin. These are well styled sandals, but seem so cheaply made. Footbed is lovely, but uppers are a real disappointment. The straps seem low level and they leach black dye. Don't buy these until they make all the straps color woven, instead of the cheap dye job they are currently using. Also felt that the sizing was not accurate. These felt way too small and not well made.

I returned the sandal. I usually wear size 10.5 in Keens but the Rose is too small. I really do prefer other akeem sandals but was trying to find a beige summer sandal. I still like Keens overall, just can’t wear the Rose.

This shoe looked great on the website. However, the pictures do not clearly show that the ankle straps are one piece. They cannot be opened or adjusted. There is no clasp or Velcro to open and adjust them. So if you are like me, with slightly large ankles, these shoes are useless. I could not fit my ankles into them. This is such a design fail for a shoe I was really hoping would work well for me.

Ordered size 9, too small. Ordered size 9.5, same size as 9, dissappointing. Ordered 10, too big. Really wanted to make these work, but had to send them all back.

This size 8.5 is smaller than the size 8 I previously ordered and returned for the 8.5. The material feels ok and I like the look and the color otherwise I would not have purchased. This is not my first pair of Keens but IS the first time I had this problem with any shoe.

I bought this sandal in a light color last spring and loved it. So I decided to buy it in the black color for fall. Took it on a trip to New Orleans, and within an hour of walking around it was rubbing painfully on the top of my left toe, just below the nail bed. Couldn’t wait to get back to my hotel and change shoes. I have never had this problem with any shoe before. So bummed!

I was very disappointed in these. They have zero arch support. I was expecting a hiking sandal to provide support, but the bed is totally flat.

I have 2 other older pairs of this sandal and to my surprise the fit on this pair is significantly tighter and feels shorter. Discouraged.

I carefully did the research on these sandals and purchased based on the reputation of the brand, the look, and the reviews. Very happy with Zappos as they arrived quickly. However, I really should have paid attention to the folks that said that you need a half size or a whole size larger. I wear a size nine in every shoe.....but these apparently. Couldn't even get my foot in it! I was ready to love these but back they went and I replaced them with some awesome Rockport sandals instead.

Loved the shoes. Love all the Keen styles. I decided I needed a closed toe sandal for hiking in the Galapagos. As I'm in my very late seventies, I just might need a bit more in a sandal than younger travelers. However, there is little cushion and I do need that. Just walking around the house in these left my feet hurting. With a high arch it was difficult to get them on and it took work! No way to loosen them. Once on: no arch support either. Also, the strap across the instep is too short and doesn't allow for true fitting across the foot. I tried on several Keens. Loved them all but they just don't work for me. Darn.
