Why couldn't Keen make the SOLES black to match the upper black? They made the Grey sandles with Grey soles to match.

They are cute and what I was looking for but the toe box is too low and could not even put my foot down due to it squashing my toenail.

This is the second pair of the pine green sandals I have had a problem with in 2 months. One lasted 3 days, the second lasted 3 weeks. In both cases the velcro on the LEFT shoe frayed and pulled away from the stitching. I don't know if it is just the green ones, so I'm trying brown next time. I have a friend who has 3 pairs of these in 3 colors (not green) and she's had them for months, if not over a year. Keen you really need to look after your QC. Zappos has Been GREAT and did the exchanges with no hassle. Giving a one star review because of poor manufacturing quality of the shoe.

I'm so disappointed in these shoes! This is not a Keen quality shoe. I love the style and the comfort is perfect, but the velcro strap completely ripped off after only one month of having the shoes and I am very easy on shoes in general so I know it wasn't due to me. Unfortunately, I have returned the shoe and rather than getting a replacement I was given a refund...I see now that the color I had is not even available any longer. Don't buy these shoes if you want something that will last more than a month!

These sandals are a huge disappointment! I have worn Keen for many years because of their excellent support. These sandals lack Keen's usual support. Also, in the picture they appear to be adjustable at the ankle - which they are not. I am returning them.

As a wearer of Keens for many many years, I have to say that their quality has plummeted. These are some of their worst. They're cute, but they have NO arch support whatsoever, bad uppers (digging into the top and side of feet) Generally terribly design. No reflection on Zappos - they're still great! But I need to find another good shoe company I guess.

Potentially a great shoe if it weren't for it's one FATAL flaw. The velcro ankle strap. Within 2 weeks of wearing the shoe, the strap separated from the velcro and dangles on the foot. Looking very sloppy indeed. Considering the overall cost (expensive) for a sandal, needless to say I was very disappointed.

I bought two pairs of these incredibly cute sandals, but I must return them! They are designed with a neoprene liner near the toe-box that is meant to keep the leather bands in place - except the neoprene catches under the edges of my toes when I am walking. The neoprene catches on my toenails each time i take a step! So, they are really cute - if they work for you. I am returning both pairs.
