Defective stitching: I like keen sandals and I have 3 pair. These are nice shoes but one of them has a defect in the stitching that makes a gap in the top strap. I'm currently trying to get a replacement, a process that is only slightly less complicated than applying for a bank loan. I recommend buying locally rather than online.

Unfortunately, the sandals didn't fit, Unfortunately, the sandals didn't fit, although I ordered them in a size that fits me well in another model. Further, they didn't seem sturdy enough to meet my needs. (My guess is that the straps will stretch badly.) I returned them without trying to order another size. I appreciated the straightforward return process. I am unlikely to order online again for an unfamiliar product.

Rose sandals: I ordered big on purpose, needed more width, and still slightly too narrow.

Too narrow in the arch: These a nice sandals but run narrow in the arch area for my foot. Had to return.

painful for bunions: I bought the Rose sandals because they were more pretty and elegant than most Keen shoes and sandals. I wanted something nice to wear to work with dresses that wouldn't look too sporty. I have bunions and flat feet, so I need super comfy shoes, and I enjoy wearing my Jasper to work with jeans, and my NXIS boots and Astoria West sandals for hiking. Sadly, after wearing the Rose sandals for one day, I couldn't wait to come home and take them off. They're too narrow in the toe box for me, and the straps pinch my bunion which sticks out between them. I had to return them. Keen, please make more pretty shoes that are more comfortable for bunions, with straps placed more sensibly!

It is narrow with long length: The shoes is nice but it hurts my wide feet. My size is 5.5, the length is good but the width is narrow and tight, not good for hiking sandals

Sizing variance results in return: Loved the look of the shoe so much ordered in 2 sizes, the Shiitake and Black. Super cute in person as well. Unfortunately the sizing between the 2 varied a great deal. Feeling a bit like Goldilocks as one was too big, one too small. Maybe I need to order a 3rd and would get a 'just right'. :-). SUPER cute and comfy if sized approrpriately. The toe box on shiitake was wider and allowed too much movement of foot. I almost kept the black but realized toe was slightly touching so was a bit shorter than the order shoe as well. I could see keeping this style for a long time. About to take both for return sadly. As to would I recommend, absolutely if you get a pair that fits your foot.

Rose Sandal Sea Moss/Tie Dye Review: Unfortunately, I don't have good things to say about this pair of sandals. The left top ankle strap is too long so, it just bunches up. And, both shoes are a bit too wide so they look sloppy on and are just not supportive. I've ordered many Rose sandals & have loved them but not these. I only wore them 2-3 times but haven't returned them because I moved out-of-state in May & they just got set aside.

Disappointed: I have loved Keen shoes in the past but these were disappointing. The fit was loose around the toe area, the material seemed flimsy, and the arch was minimal. Whether it was the way they were packaged, there was a raised area on top of the foot. I ended up sending them back and vowing not to buy shoes over the internet.

Ankle strap too smaill: I have had two other Rose sandals and love them both but the latest doesn't have the adjustment the old style had on the ankle strap. By the end of the day ( I stand all day) the strap is digging into my ankle. I can't call these an all day shoe anymore. I wish Keens would keep their reliability like they used too but the quality has definitely deteriorated

Width: Too bad they don't come in wide!

Don't be fooled: While it appears that the strap opens up, it doesn't. If you have a high instep Keen isn't for you.

Too narrow, had to return: I was expecting a typical roomy Keen toebox, but this sandal didn't meet that expectation. Returned.

Not Fully Adjustable: This is a beautiful shoe and fits great, but then you HAD to take away the fully adjustable ankle strap and put in that silly whatever that material is that the adjustable strap is simply window dressing for. I thought, from the pictures that this shoe was FULLY adjustable and it sure isn't. I have issues with edema in feet and ankles and this shoe LOOKED great but when I got it I was so disappointed that the shoe is NOT TRULY ADJUSTABLE at the ankle. I wish I would have known. It is a pretty shoe. I am sad.

Uncomfortable design inside: These shoes were attractive and I really wanted to like them. However, there's a toe cap under the webbing in front, and it caught one of my toes every time I took a step. I bought these for hiking, and could only imagine what damage this would do to my toes after a couple of miles. I had to return them.
