I was excited to see a blue violet color, and prettier style, however, the strap is too narrow,too high and uncomfortable. :( so sad these don't feel good, Keens are my favorite! I should have grabbed my favorite style in purple when I had the chance, they don't seem to make them in purple anymore. (Venice H2)

I recommend either getting a size up and wearing socks all the time for air circulation, or simply buying a different pair of sandals with a better design for the foot cushions. These sandals have a problem with air circulation for the bottoms of your feet. After less than an hour, the bottoms of your feet can become sticky just from wearing the sandals (without walking or running), as even the slightest amount of moisture stays around without evaporating. (I would return these if I could, however I accidentally spilled something on them while in the kitchen the day after I received them!)

Feels great, costs enough, sounds cheap. Since when did choosing vegan mean "I'm willing to announce it to the whole world by having squeaky shoes?" This is not the first pair of shoes I've had that gets squeaky with the smallest amount of wear. The shoes are comfortable enough - I broke them in during a super touristy weekend trip with plenty of walking - but just one hour's worth of foot sweat and they started making a rubbery beep with every step. Since I already wore them that much, I won't be returning them, but for the amount I paid, I wish that I could keep wearing them without worrying if everyone is going to hear me coming. I love that they have a little "V" on it, that's a quiet enough statement about my compassion for animals. But vegans get enough flack for being the "loud and preachy" stereotype, without our shoes saying, "Oh hai, I'm here! Can you hear me being a vegan all the way down to my toes? Look!"

Very flimsy material. These sandals look like the ankle strap will completely open but it doesn't. This makes it difficult to get them on for people with wide or large ankles. I was hoping this Keen style was different. (Need better pictures.) My teen has too much trouble getting them on and they will never take the abuse like other Keen styles. Will have to send them back and try a different brand.

I loved the design of these shoes but was very disappointed in them. I have several other pairs of Keens and have always been impressed by the quality and fit. I wear a 5½ or 6 and a 6 in Keens has always fit. As other reviewers have noted, the inner strap is not adjustable. The strap on the left shoe was comfortable, but the shoe itself was very loose across the top of my foot. The strap was on the right shoe was noticeably tighter and was uncomfortable. Across the top of my foot, it fit well. I was disappointed in the quality of the nubuck and thought it seemed thin and cheap. The Velcro on the top strap was not sewn all the way across and had strings that were untrimmed on one shoe. The other one had Velcro that was not trimmed completely and a small piece was left hanging on the strap. This pair was definitely not up to the quality that I have come to expect from Keen. Sadly, I will have to return them.

For those used to the larger toe box of the other style of Keen sandals, this is much narrower and jams my big toe. A half size larger was too long and my nail would catch the toe bumper. Very disappointing for a cute style.

These sandals are cute but the quality was incredibly poor. Not at all what I would expect from Keen. The straps were fraying and coming apart at the seams right out of the box. I won't be keeping them.

I really wanted these shoes to work, but they are oddly proportioned. They felt a bit small with tighter straps across the toe box. The straps also seemed rather thin and cheaply made. As others note, it is supposed to be adjustable but there is a fixed elastic strap. I wedged my foot in to try it on and then it looked too long. Not a comfortable "roomy" shoe that I can see wearing all day touring and hiking about. Because of the odd proportions (tight straps but too long) they were not cute at all on my foot. So, they were a miss. I was also disappointed in the burnt henna/bombay color. I was expected a vibrant orangy/red but they were more of a dull rust. I have had some Keen clogs that I love for years, these just didn't live up to that standard. They felt more poorly/cheaply made and not as much arch support.

This shoe is oddly flat at the toes. The foot bed fits, but toe box seems to be designed for a big toe that's only 1 cm high. I'm a nurse and I don't think I've seen adult feet with toes that flat. Otherwise, these seemed to fit; my Keen lace-ups fit fine except for being too wide. I'd hope I could stretch the leather of these at the toe, but the rubber toe cap would never stretch any taller. Have to send these back.

Needs slight arch support and an elastic type strap across the instep or an adjustable strap. I have these shoes and they are fairly comfortable, but I had to cut and sew the strap to keep it from cutting off the circulation in my feet. Keen you could have done better.

Love the look of this sandal. The problem with it is that under the velcro closure is a very tight not so stretchy strap that puts alot of pressure on top of your ankle. I do not have a fat foot but the sandal squeezed by foot so tight I ended up with fat foot from the swelling. I ended up giving them away. Otherwise they would have been comfortable and sturdy.

This shoe is so cute but I cannot wear it because the ankle strap is too tight. There is no way to loosen it since it is connected with elastic. I don't know what the purpose of the Velcro is since the strap is permanently affixed to the shoe. There also was not enough arch support for my foot as I am prone to plantar fasciitis. I had to return these shoes.

I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. Reviews are right-on. The top, fixed strap (not 3-way velcro adjustable) cut in in so tightly at first try-on, I knew I wouldn't be able to go through a day in them. I looked for a Wide, but not available.

Can't believe how cheaply these are made compared to the Keens I bought years ago that are virtually indestructible. Flimsy leather, unlined where the straps/material used to be lined. So cheap -- can't bear to keep them just on principle. Too bad because they look cute. Also, although the strap over your arch has velcro, there is an elastic strap under it that doesn't adjust so the velcro strap is weirdly just for show since you can't loosen the underneath strap. Glad about the easy return policy. These are headed back to you.

Disappointed! I suspected the toe box would not be tall enough for my foot, and I was right. But the disappointing part is, while the ankle strap is velcro, that bit covers an elastic band that encircles the entire ankle. That made the shoe more difficult to get on and often resulted in my little toe hooking through the gap of the straps. Once on, the shoe was comfy though - even with the squeeze.

BEWARE - this is not our favorite ROSE Sandal. This would have been my third pair of these sandals, but OUCH! What a pinch across the arch!!! I'm almost blistered from my walk across the living room. I still have my last pair so did some measuring. These are a half centimeter narrower across the arch. SO BACK THEY GO!

These are very small for the size. More like a 9 than a 10.

They added stretch materials under the straps to make it feel so tight. It was uncomfortable wearing the sandals now. I had the old one but disliked this new designs to make it feel tighter. I am disappointed with their new designed.

Other reviewers have mentioned the neoprene ankle strap BUT I am not sure they emphasized it. This not a strap but rather a set,immovable ankle piece. That piece made it extremely difficult to pull on the shoe and then, once on, was very uncomfortable. I am unsure of its function, other than to make people miserable.

had assumed the back strap would be the same as the shoe I purchased previously. The new strap had barely any stretch in it and was nearly impossible to get on.I loved the old version-why do you have to change a good style. I have returned them.

The material feels stiff and unpleasant. The shoe feels chintzy. The photos of it on the Zappos site look better than the shoe itself is.

I have worn Keens for years and have another pair of the Rose Sandal which I like. This pair, however, is different. The toe box feels restricted and the length seems too long for the ball of the foot. Very uncomfortable and painful. Will return.

The shoes are cute, butI have a wide foot & a bunion on one foot. I was unable to even get my foot in! I had read previous comments that stated the shoes fit their wide foot. Not so for me!

I have narrow feet so mine would slide all over the inside and cause blistering.
