I've had many pair of Keens and everything was different about these than all the rest. The uppers were a different, cheaper feeling material and the fit was way smaller than all the others.

My old Keenes had great arch support but my little toe poked through a gap in the side, making them uncomfortable for anything but kayaking. These fit much better and hold my toe in nicely, but they have no arch support. My feet and legs ache almost immediately in these. Sadly, I had to return them.

Am returning these sandals. The toe guards were not cut uniformly. One was noticeably larger and put so much pressure on the toe it was unwearable. After years of wearing other Rose sandals, I am very disappointed.

The shoes look really good and I wish they had fit better. The fixed strap across the instep is too tight and can't be adjusted so I had to return the shoes.

I have loved and been buying these sandals for years, but this time, the shoe bed felt strange and not as supportive as in the past. When I compared it to my comfortable pair, I found that the heel bed was not as deep and that is why I didn't feel the arch support I need. I am so sad that the company changed the shoe bed. I will have to find another brand or style sandal, sadly.

Unfortunately, these do not fit the same as the pair I purchased last year. Length is true to size. These are must tighter across the top of the foot, pinching the little toe. Will need to return.

I’ve worn Keens for years, always the same size. I tried 3 different styles and they all were too short and slightly too narrow. I very disappointed because I was counting on a new pair for my upcoming vacation

The shoes would of been fine if I didn't have such fat feet! There is a strap that goes overtop your foot that is not adjustable. (With a velcro strap on top of that which IS adjustable) The bottom strap was just too tight. Had to return.

These shoes run narrow and the tiny, spidery straps, while cool looking, looked like they would snap in two if I wore the shoes for about an hour. Not sturdy sandals like the typical Keens.

I have several pairs of the Keen Whisper in size 9 which I love. I ordered the Rose in 9 which was too small so I returned for a 9.5. Sadly this is also too small. Debating about trying a size 10..... The ankle strap may be part of the problem as there isn’t much adjustment. I really wanted to like these sandals. :(

I bought these for my wife, a light summer sandal. Having purchased Keens before and having no issues with sizing these came as a surprise. Length was at least 1/2 size too small and width was unusually narrow, too narrow for normal stretch to correct. Back to Zappos they went!

These felt quite small -- at least half a size smaller than advertised. I'm surprised others didn't mention that in their reviews.

Such a cute sandal but way too small for the size I usually take in Keens. The return process was very easy and I will try Keens again.

Ordered a 9 instead of my usual 8 1/2 based on other reviews, but these were so tight I couldn't even get them all the way on. If you have a high instep, these will be a big problem.

All the straps and gaps between them just didn't look right to me. Plus, I was looking for something I could slip on and the ankle straps prevented that.

I have two pairs of Rose bought previous years that I love: comfortable and cute. The same size purchased this year were a half an inch shorter and I returned them

disappointed in Keen support. not the usual quality!

I have a skinny foot and I felt like my skin was coming through the straps. I loved the feel under my foot so I"m disappointed....

I returned these after trying to like them for weeks - they're super lightweight, which I liked. However, my toes were ushered one direction and that was not s natural feeling.

Wanted to love these shoes.. but the size is so off, I where 8.5 or 9, had to get a 9.5. I have a narrow foot and high arch, my foot keeps sliding back and too much room in the front, the back is not adjustable. Am going to take them to my shoe repair store to have the sew the back strap tighter. I wore them so too late to return.

Lovely shoe. But the strap across the top of the foot is too tight. It is elastic and does not adjust. Unfortunately, they will be returned.

I had a pair of these from 2 seasons ago and they fit great! I wore them constantly and just tossed them to force myself to buy a new pair. Mistake. The new ones feel a half size smaller and are lacking any arch support. I really think that the pair that I got is either mislabeled (really a 6 though labeled a 7) or they so drastically changed the style that I need to size up.

I'm returning this shoe unfortunately. I really, really wanted to like it but it rubs on the top of my left foot in particular and only after a very few minutes of testing the shoe in the house. Some other reviewers also commented on the failure of having an adjustable ankle strap on the shoe. I can just tell I would be miserable very soon in this shoe. All my Keens are size 7 and are roomy and comfortable. I have a high arch and I could not even get my foot in these because the ankle strap could not be loosened. I did love the style and am disappointed.

Sorry to have to return these. The ankle strap has a nylon strip that is not adjustable and is too tight for my foot. This seems like a design flaw as the upper velcro strap is not really doing anything and cannot be looser than the nylon strap just below it.Too bad since they otherwise look great.
