Attractive and supportive. The 8N was the correct length for me, but the heel was too wide for me, even with a wool sock. I had to send them back.

I REALLY wanted to like these. The design details are adorable, this shoe is one of the only ones available in grey leather, and the comfort is HARD to match, but the shoe is a little bit longer than it appears to be online. I thought the toe box would be on the squattier side, just barely peaking out from under a boot cut leg. In actuality, the toe box is a little bit longer than I like, and has an oblong shape to it. On the plus side, I could probably order a size down and get a wide size, since that option is available. Until then, I'll be sending these back.

I have 2 pair of boots in a similar style to these. I was disappointed that these were narrower and longer than the boots in the same size. The style is nice with the button accent, soft leather and elastic at the back. There is even elastic hidden at the top of the foot. Very nice touches and I really wanted to have these work. So sorry to have to return them as they were too narrow on my wide feet and just too long. A half size smaller would be too small with the narrow toe box. I will buy Cobb Hill again as I love the brand, just not these. Thanks Zappos for making the returns as simple as possible!

The shoe is very well made. My feet are a little on the wide side, so at the end of my day they pinch at my small toe just a bit, the way it looks on my foot isn't quite what I expected; I was hoping for a more "modern" look, reminds me of my grandma's shoe, but as far as durable, it's top and comfort is great.

I was hesitant to get these shoes since I wasn't familiar with the brand. They look just as nice in person and are perfect for a business casual office or jeans. Very comfy. I have wide feet and a bunion but there is still plenty of room. The support reminds me of Born shoes. When I first put them on I could feel it but after walking that went away. My only con is that the back slips when I walk. I couldn't go one size down so I will need to either wear thicker socks or put something in to keep the slipping. Overall I'm very happy and they were box to foot without any issues.

Comfy, comfy, comfy! Lack a little in the style department, but not ugly in any way, just a bit ho hum. They feel a tiny bit roomy, but that just adds to its comfort level.

I am in search of the perfect shoe with a slightly wide toe box, great arch support, and soft sole with no heel. This shoe fit well, but as I walked the right heel turned inward (pronated). I wore them around the house on different days with the same problem. The inserts do not come out and adding inserts made the shoe too tight. Give it a try if you are comfortable with Zappos wonderful return policy.

These shoes are really cute and very cushy on my feet! The heel doesn't slip, which is nice, but I wish the toe box had more room! I could use a 12.5 since the toe box is not wide enough.

I previously bought two different Coss Cobb ankle boots in 7½W. They fit fine, a bit loose in the heel but I planned to wear them with a medium weight sock. I needed to replace my Merrells with something similar but not as casual. I looked at these reviews, decided to get a 7½W (red) and a 7W (blue). The 7½ is going back (too loose in the back even with a medium wt. sock). I am keeping the blue and reordered the red in a 7W. The blue is a true navy, the red is a darker red (no orangy red as a reviewer stated; not bright, not dark but a duller red. The online photo is correct. I do not think that I will find perfect shoes for my arthritic and bunion-challenged feet, but these will do until I win the lottery and order custom made shoes! (fat chance!). Shipping with Zappos superb as is the return process. I am very happy with Zappos.

I liked the look of this shoe and the support was incredible. It just felt a little too big but not big enough that going down a half size would make it fit. It's almost as if the shoe itself was too shallow. But, I have a hard time with shoes and can't blame the shoe for my bad feet!

I ordered these because I was looking for easy slip on shoes that were also cute. These fit the bill! I read other reviews about the great arch support, and with some plantar fasciitis, I thought I'd try them out. I would say they're not the best support but definitely better than most shoes. I thought the gray might be too masculine, but it's not. Cute and goes with everything! I will say that they seemed to stretch way out after a few weeks! I would've ordered a half size down if I would've known that. I don't like to wear socks, but even with light socks, these are going to slip. I will have to get pads to go along the heel.

I really want to love this shoe, but it runs large. I have limited experience in buying European sizes which might play into it.I exchanged for half size smaller and it's still too big. I will return this 2nd pair and probably try again for what will be a full size smaller than I originally ordered. They seem to be really well made with good arch support, and I like the look. I'm sure if I can get a good fit next time they will be a go to shoe for me.

Like the look of this shoe and think it would have been comfortable if it fit but although I ordered wide it was still too tight on the front half of my foot.

The shoe felt perfect on my right foot, but too tight in the toe box of my left. It's my foot - not the shoe! I would keep them if not for this reason.

The shoe felt a little narrow and a tad short. Since I wanted to wear them in the fall and winter with socks I felt they would be too small. Too bad.

I generally wear a 10.5 W. This shoe doesn't come in that size so I went with the 11 W, which fit well. The smart styling and comfortable design made them seem perfect for work. Unfortunately, the shoe that was delivered had a scuff at the front of the left toe box, so I've got to send them back.

What a gorgeous shoe! Unfortunately the wide is not my wide...and though it is tempting to keep these and see if they will stretch out, I don't want to take a chance at this price. It breaks my heart to give up these pretty shoes (much nicer looking than the pictures), but back they go.

This is such a pretty, stylish shoe. It was comfortable right out of the box. However, I have hard to fit feet: medium forefoot with bunions but 4A heels. Therefore, my heels continually slip out of these shoes. I'm afraid to get a narrow or order another size since everything else is perfect. So not a shoe for narrow heels.

These are very comfortable shoes. They are also a good navy color, not too dark. I need a narrow and they are hard to find! These shoes are narrow, but they are not quite as fitted as I would like. Overall I am very pleased with quality and comfort.

Overall, a very comfortable shoe. A little wider than I expected, especially in the heel, but not enough of a problem to send them back. I work mostly on my feet for 12-14 hour days, and these shoes give me the comfort and support I need. And for a work shoe, they're cute!

Very comfortable shoe and the leather is very soft. My orthotics did not fit, but I bought an extra arch support that I slipped under the insole.

I REALLY wanted this shoe to work. When I got it on it was totally comfortable--cushiony, great support. But I had great difficulty getting it on! Almost didn't! The band across the instep, which looks like elastic, has no give at all. It did not feel like something that would stretch with time. Also, while the bit of elastic in the heel was helpful,the heel fit quite loosely. I was very disappointed as I have been looking for this kind of shoe for a while. Just couldn't pay this much for a shoe that is so hard to get on.

I was immensely pleased with the quality of this shoe! However, I must return it. Because of my high instep, the shoe didn't fit. Customer service was superb as always!

I have a very narrow heel and I ordered a narrow. This fit pretty well in the heel and slightly tight, but manageable, in the front. I really like the comfort and style. I am a fan of Cobb Hill now as they are plush in padding.

I love these shoes but the heel slips and even when I ordered a larger size, the same thing happened and I just cannot use them so I regrettable will return them. They are beautiful! The rich mahogany color is wonderful as is the styling and comfort. I will order another style.
