I have this shoe in brown and all ordered the blue and both fit well. The black had better arch support than the blue I ordered at the same time, but was too large in the heel area and kept slipping as I walked.

They are professional looking but not stuffy. They are comfortable to me, and I spend nearly all day on my feet (I'm a secondary teacher). The leather is soft and gets dented easily. The first day I wore them, I noticed the toes were misshapen from my kneeling next to students. I have worn them two-three days per week for the last two months, and, being careful not to kneel on my tip-toes, the shoes have held their shape just fine. You might wonder why someone would go to the trouble of changing her behavior instead of just buying other shoes. Having lived a fairly long time on this planet and in this society, I understand that nearly nothing will ever meet my needs perfectly and sometimes I have to adjust. If I find better shoes once these are worn out, I will try them. However, the Paulette shoes are very nice, and I may decide to stick with them. Besides becoming easily misshapen in the toes, there is very little air circulation around my foot which seems worse than with other shoes I have worn. My feet smell awful when I wear these! Odor fighting insoles helped. I dry them out completely on my boot dryer and wear them no more than every other day.

I loved these shoes! They looked very cute and stylish on but as some have reported, there is too much slippage in the heel. i even tried wearing my orthotics together with the shoe's insole but still the heel was slipping. I guess that's why I've been wearing Mary janes!

I already have these shoes in black and love them so much I wanted a second pair in a different color so ordered them in gray. I was so disappointed when I opened the box and saw taupe colored shoes. Not even close to gray. Fit was great and so comfortable. I tried to liked them but decided I could never like this color. A true gray is what I wanted.

Very comfortable but did no care for style or color. I order gray but it appears more taupe. Also my heel slid out when I walked. Going back

Nice shoe but the fit isn't right.

Nice shoes. Very comfortable. Excellent arch support and nice style. Unfortunately, leather uppers are 1/16th as thick as they used to be. Disappointed in quality of a $100 shoe. I believe this is the norm these days. Happy with shoes. Would be happier if they cost $50.00.

I ordered this shoe in the navy color. It was a bit brighter than navy, but the size 10 M seemed true to size. There did not seem to be enough arch support and the shoe reminded me of what my Mom are mother-law (both in their 80's) would wear. Might be more attractive in another color. Sending it back.

This is the second time I've reordered this shoe and it is still too large for me. Definitely larger than a normal size 9. Love the shoe thought.

Very comfortable. Not red as in the photo (really wanted red) - more like a stewed red cherry, kind of muted and not much shine. I take a 7 -7.5, medium width. I ordered the 7.5 medium and wide and kept the medium and returned the wide. My feet are narrow in the heel and wider in the toe area. The mediums fit fine. The sole in the front of the shoe is much thinner than shown in the picture - not even 1/2 inch thick. That being said, these shoes are very comfortable. If you're not hung up on red then I recommend you try them out

It seemed a little too long for my foot. Overall the shoe is cute and comfortable. But I am returning them since they are not quite right.

I am returning these shoes. My heel slips with every step. I ordered my normal size....very dissapointed, I have had good luck with Cobb Hill/Rockport in the past.

I really wanted to like this shoe. It is well made. Not as attractive as I hoped-it's a bit old fashioned. It was too long for my foot and if I tried to downsize I knew it would be too small. I'll continue to look at the brand though. They are beginning to include arch supports. A higher arch support would be better for me.

I love the look of this shoe, very nice stitching and cute little button. I ordered the grey in a size 11 wide ( have big feet that are hard to fit). They came very quickly, great shipping with Zappos. When I tried the shoe on I found that they were too big, by one size at least. Also the color was different looking compared to the website photo. I did notice that they were quite comfortable so I ordered another pair in size 10 and a different color. I love my second pair, great fit and color (Nubuck). Also the customer service has been amazing! Thank you!

I was excited to get these as I planned to wear on a trip to NYC. I got them in the gray, which was kind of a weird color. I wouldn't call it gray. The style is very cute. The shoes did not have enough cushioning in the front of the foot. They fit OK, but I returned.

These are beautiful shoes and very comfortable. I returned them only because they didn't fit as narrow as the naturalizes and I have a very narrow foot. My heel slipped a little and I was afraid that after ai wore them for awhile it would get worse.

It's a very cute shoe and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the shoe felt loose around the ankle and when I walked, I thought the shoe would come off. I had to return it.

I have a very hard to fit foot and these feel amazing! Lots of support. Sort of stiff but that feels really good.

A godsend for women over 40 with A (not AA) narrow feet. So many narrow shoes are TOO TIGHT across the toes and TOO LOOSE in the heels, but Rockport got it right with these, and the arch support, comfort lining, and stretch when you step is the perfect combo. If only they would put this to work in a less matronly style! Be warned, the width will stretch out with time, and they run about a half size big. I wear a 7.5 to 8 narrow, and always need a 7.5 N in Cobb Hill shoes.

I love the shoe and have several in different colors. I sent these back because it was not a true red. To me it had a shade of purple that I did not care for.

Love these shoes, so much that I bought 2 pair in black. The Bark color though is a disappointment, it doesn't look like the image displayed, instead it looks like its name, bark. the color of a brown tree branch. There is no pop to the color, it isn't shiny, instead it is a bit dull. It's only because I didn't like the color that I returned the shoes.

There is an uneven footbed that created the arch support. It just didn't fit my foot's shape. Very cute shoe. Just not for me.

Have only worn this in the house so far but it seems comfortable. It's not the most stylish but better than many comfort shoes. I would wear it primarily with casual and occasionally with dress pants.
