I love the shoe and it felt alright when I first put it on. It is the left shoe and I have trouble with my left foot. I'm sorry to have to send it back, I've ordered shoes from you in the past.

It felt good when I put them on but I think they are a little too narrow and I think the next width would be too wide.

I felt these those were too narrow across the toe area. Nice looking shoe but I will probably be returning.

Very comfortable shoe. Just a little dowdy for what I wanted to wear it for.

I like these shoes a lot. The quality seems to be good and the fit is good for me. I do have a problem with my right foot being swollen on the top so they are a bit snug but I believe I will be able to wear them.More attractive than anything I have been able to wear in the last few years.

I bought a half size larger and a wide instead of regular width in order to fit my orthodic insert with room for a sock . The upper is snug with the orthodic , yet the heel slips out. The depth of the shoe is rather shallow in back with the orthodic in. I may have to use very thin socks.

Nice shoes for work, comfortable and great for walking.

The right shoe is larger than the left shoe in the pair I received. The shoe itself runs a little large, I had originally ordered my normal size and returned those for 1/2 size smaller. Very disappointed I have to return these as well. They are exactly what I was looking for.

These are super comfortable. I wore them for several months but was disappointed and how quickly they got scuffed. I just wore them inside at the office and running errands, so not sure how I roughed them up so much. Other than that, I really like these shoes.

I usually wear an 8.5W, but the 8.5 shoe is slightly too large and the 8W is slightly too small. I also wish the heel was tighter in the wide shoe. But this was the most comfortable dress shoe I could find.

I was really hoping the 9 would work. The 9.5 (my usual size) slipped at the heel and the 9 is too small in the toes. They are otherwise very comfortable but I guess this style just doesn't work for me.

These are comfortable shoes. As others have noted in the reviews as well, though, the foot bed is roomy to the point it feels a little too loose. Going down a size would be too tight in the toes. I think it’s an issue with the footbed needing to be more snug to the foot. They don’t slip off my heel and they are still comfortable, but that roomy feeling is kind of annoying.

The material and color are awesome. Unfortunately I am returning the shoes because my instep and arches are too high which causes discomfort.

These shoes were very comfortable as far as the foot bed goes. But the left shoe felt 1/2 bigger it slipped off my heel when trying to walk in them. The right shoe was the correct size and was comfortable except the one side of the shoes was very stiff and rubbed on my ankle. I really wanted to love these shoes but had to return. Thanks Zappos for being so great!!

I have very wide feet and was happy to find these in WW, but they did not work out. I bought the WW and they were too wide. I also bought the W and they were too narrow. The navy shoes are a very light navy, a navy/gray.

This shoe looks nice, and was comfortable, but unfortunately slipped a little in the heel. I have a narrow heel and will re-order the shoe a half size smaller to see if that solves the problem.

When I first put them on they felt very comfortable, but after walking around the house for awhile I could feel the snugness on the sides of my toes although these were wide. Overall, the shoe is made well and looks great.

I wear a 7.5 narrow and these fit well and are comfortable; only downside is they do stretch with wear and narrow won't fit as snug after a while.

These fit true to size. I found them to be a little wider than a typical "W" width, but that is helpful for me. These shoes are very stable. A more robust arch support (and overall support) would be beneficial, but these are not bad in that area. They look cute with jeans and stay reasonably comfortable when worn all day. They are well-made and last pretty long. I like these enough that I bought them in brown and black both.

These loafers are comfortable with some cushioning and arch support. The fit is good in a 7C. Just what I needed in navy.

Nice shoe but so big that I had to return it.
