These shoes were very comfortable from the minute I put them on. They are great with slacks or jeans. This is my second pair of Cobb Hill shoes. I love the comfort!

Beautiful and comfortable, what more can you ask from a shoe? Felt great out of the box, no need to break in. I bought the red, which is a dark red with brown undertones. Please don't change a thing except add more colors. I'll be back for another pair.

I have always had the world's most sensitive feet. Even many so called "comfort" shoes are not comfortable for me so I wasn't truly expecting much when I ordered these shoes. I have now worn them a couple of days inside my carpeted office to try them out and I am finding that they are very comfortable. I am having no pain in my feet at the end of the day! I am not as sure that I love the style but since these seem to be the most comfortable pair of shoes that I own, I will probably be willing to sacrifice a bit on style.

These are very nice shoes. I ordered an 8½W, but they were a little too big. I returned and ordered an 8W and they fit perfectly. I would recommend these shoes.

Very comfortable shoe! I wore this shoe all day long, right out of the box, and had no problems. I work in a school so am on my feet most of the day.

I am usually in between size 10½W and 11W so it is really difficult to find shoes that fit well. I often buy slides or mules so I do not have to get a perfect fit. In addition, my feet and ankles have started to swell as I go through my day, which makes the challenge of finding a well-fitting shoe that stays comfortable all day even greater. After reading all of the reviews I took a chance on Cobb Hill's Paulette in 11W. The first day I wore them teaching, my feet felt great at the end of the day. The shoes start out a little loose in the morning, but they accommodate my swelling feet and do not pinch my toes or rub my feet anywhere. They have great arch support, too. I will also be able to wear a heavier sock when the weather gets colder. This is my first pair of Cobb Hill but I know of New Balance's reputation as athletic shoes. Cobb Hill certainly met my expectations.

Who can complain about a shoe that's super comfortable? I had been searching for a shoe I could slip on to run out to go shopping that wasn't a sneaker but was so comfortable that I could wear for hours on my feet...this shoe handled that just fine. As I'm waiting for knee surgery to be scheduled I have to be careful that the shoes I wear don't add undue pressure to my knees and these also help greatly ...I purchased a narrow width and they still fit wonderfully even with socks (black of course) ..don't hesitate to try them with Zappos return policy you can't lose!

My feet are very wide, and because of foot pain my physical therapist recommended Cobb Hill. These shoes are cute and very comfortable! I bought them previously in brown, and came back for the black ones. Zappos is the only way to go!

I have been searching for nice looking loafers that feel like I am wearing sneakers. These, finally, are what I needed. I have high-maintenance feet - a bone spur removal that left me with a very inflexible foot, plantar fasciitis, etc. Shoes are not my friend. These are. My heels slip out a tiny bit, but as a longtime Dansko wearer, I am used to that. That was not a deal breaker. I also added cushioned inserts for added comfort. Still enough room for my wide, unbendy feet. Hallelujah.

With age I am looking for comfort. Right out of the box I put them on and headed for the mall. Six hours later I am still comfortable. My sister is ordering the same pair. They are not as red as picture but still a good color.

Very comfortable shoe. I am able to wear them all day long, even when my feet swell. The only thing I was a slightly disappointed with was the arch support. I would recommend this shoe to others.

Love the color, fit was good but a little loose for my heel. Think I need to see some others that fit my heel better. This is a sharp little shoe.

Loved these shoes, easy to wear right out of the box. I usually wear a 41 in Dansko, got size 9 W in these for a perfect fit. I do wish they had a tad more arch support, they do have a little.

I am a 60+ year old career woman; who left the high-heeled, dress shoe world behind a long time ago. This is the only shoe I wear to work. Black, brown, almond, grey and red (for fun!)... Given the fact that they are made by New Balance, it doesn't surprise me that they feel like I'm wearing my running shoes to work. They are a little snug at first, but quickly mold to my feet after a few hours. I have one old pair I wear as slippers around the house. The first pair of "reds" I bought years ago, lost a button. I wished I'd ordered them from Zappos... their no fuss no muss return policy is the bomb!

I have a lot of problems with my feet. This brand of shoe has a good toe box and is at least moderately supportive. This particular shoe has those attributes. However, I have two other pairs of Cobb hill shoes. I really like them. This pair is less stylish. I need them for everyday shoes. They work for that. I have an orthotic. It fits. This pair was just a small amount uncomfortable right out of the box. One day and they were a perfect fit. My others two pairs of Cobb Hill's were very comfortable and stylish right out of the box.

I'd bought these shoes before while visiting my daughter in another state. They're SO comfortable & very good looking, so I wanted to replace them w the same pair. Finding them on Zappos was SO easy, the shipping was very fast, & the no charge for shipping or return shipping was very appealing! There's no better service!

I have been wearing Cobb Hill shoes for a couple of years now. Last year, I purchased the Cobb Hill Pamela style and was terribly disappointed in it. After wearing them for one day, I was limping so I quit wearing them. Recently, I ordered the Paulette as a replacement for them with trepidation. I was so pleased that the Paulette shoes are extremely comfortable and it restores my faith in Cobb Hill. These are a great shoe to wear with slacks or jeans and the navy color is perfect.

These are very comfortable shoes, nice arch support (not too much)and have a nice toe box so I don't feel squished. The red is a bit darker, maybe "aged" is the right word, so don't worry about getting eye-shockingly RED shoes. Very nice color.

Really like these shoes. Very comfortable, nicely made and stylish, too. Nice enough to wear with a casual dress and of course pants.

Recently I purchased my second pair of Cobb Hill Paulette shoes (in the narrow width) because they are so comfortable! The shoe is light weight and supportive; it looks great with casual slacks and jeans!

Very cute shoes! I am still breaking them in but I think they will be fine. Comfortable so far and as I said, very cute details.

I am 72 years old and can no longer wear shoes with any elevated heel. And I'm not ready for the "ugly," but "serviceable" alternative. This shoe is stylish and extremely comfortable. I wear narrow with and fits perfectly.

Shoe is comfortable in length and width. Nice for work and for casual too! Loved them so much I got a pair in black and a pair in navy!
