I am wearing these shoes today for the first time!! They are very comfortable and have good arch support. The 9W fits my foot perfectly. The little downside is the elastic under the flap is slightly tight for my high arch. I feel this will loosen as I wear them. Great casual show. I am going to order other colors. Thanks, Zappos!

These cute, comfortable shoes arrived last night. They are true to size and I'm very pleased with the fit, comfort and look.

Love these shoes! They're very stylish and comfortable - perfect for casual pants or jeans. I wasn't sure what size to order based on some reviewers comments that these shoes ran wide so I ordered both the 6.5B and the 6.5W (my normal size). The 6.5W fit perfectly. The cushioning in the shoes is wonderful. I know I'll be able to walk around in the city all day without a problem. Thanks, Zappos, for making my shoe shopping so easy!

These shoes are very comfortable and very well constructed. I have never bought this brand before but will probably do so in the future. I normally wear a size 7-7 1/2 and decided to get these in a 7 after reading some of the reviews. They are a perfect fit. They are roomy in the toe and very cute. I bought them in the almond color and love it! By the way, can't say enough about the service you get with Zappos... It is the best!

I first ordered 8.5 Wide. I returned it for 8 Wide. They are PERFECT! I have difficult feet. These have tamed them. Yeah! Zappos.

I bought this shoe in red and liked enough to buy it in black. I enjoy wearing them. They are very comfortable. This is the kind of shoe that you can wear shopping.

Added these shoes to my order on whim since the reviews were so positive. Glad I did because these are super comfortable right out of the box. Great if you're going to be on your feet most of the day. Light and flexible soles. They have a slight heel, but read pretty much flat. I work in a casual office and these are fine. They may work for business casual, but not for more formal offices. I also ordered the RevMuse and ended up returning those (although the RevMuse is more appropriate for the office).

I have trouble getting comfortable shoes because I need prescription orthotic inserts. I got theses shoes in navy and I ordered the size that I wear without inserts. They are absolutely the most comfortable shoes ever. I can wear them without orthotic and my legs and feet do not ache. I have tried Clarks but they never fit right. Theses are the best!

2nd review for this shoe in this color (I have them in red & blue, very nice shoes). I wanted them in grey, the 1st pair I received I could not get my foot in! The red & blue were also a 7W (I normally take a 7-1/2 W these seem to run just a bit big). I decided to try again with the grey, this time they fit fine (left one seems a bit looser in the back but they are okay). Very comfortable shoe, for my bunion & arthritic feet. I buy 99% of my shoes/boots on Zappos! 4 stars for the fit problems.

These shoes are as comfortable as they are cute. I've been wearing them to work and about town. I have another pair of Cobb Hill shoes that is equally comfortable. Both pairs are a bit too long though. I would recommend ordering a half size smaller as I will do in the future for this brand.

I have a high instep & wide foot, yet I purchased this pair in a 7M & they feel, fit great. My normal shoe size is 71/2 M to W.

It's really hard having size 11 feet. I can't find any local options over size 10. I've ordered from other online vendors before and been satisfied, but I never know how the shoe will fit. This pair has been perfect for me. They are very comfy. They fit perfectly (and 11 W). Sometimes the manufacturers make them too long and the heels rub when you walk. Not these...I am going to look into more styles in this brand. I've worn for 3 weeks straight, and they are still shiny and unscuffed. Good purchase for me.

I highly recommend these shoes. Well made, easy to slip on, and they have a nice amount of cushioning in the sole. I wear an orthotic insert which lifts my foot up enough to require a deeper toe box. I have to play with size, and did well with my normal size in a wide width. Thanks to Zappos free return policy, I was able to order these in several sizes to see which was comfortable.

I had purchased another pair of the Cobb Hill Paulette from a store in the mall and found them so comfortable that I immediately ordered the navy blue from Zappos.com. My left foot is a bit wider than the right but I found that I had plenty of room. Being retired I am usually in either jeans or long pants during the fall and winter and they look really great. I would highly recommend the Cobb Hill Paulette.

Wonderful. Never heard of this brand before but I picked out ten pairs of high-ish end shoes that would be comfortable AND dressy enough to wear with work dress pants. Liked them so much I got them in two colors!

I absolutely love my shoes. I tried the navy ones first and they were so comfortable, I bought them in black. The inside is cushioned nicely which I like. My foot is narrow and is usually hard to fit, but these fit exactly the way I hoped. A very good buy indeed.

This shoe is very, very comfortable and the color is great. Comfortable from the first moment I put it on. Need a shoe that comes up higher on my foot, but still like to have something that looks goods. Have had many comments on how nice they look.

First pair of Cobb Hill's. I have a very thin, narrow foot which makes it extremely hard to find shoes that fit. I agree with the other reviews that this is such a comfortable shoe. I use it mostly for everyday running around. I think it is a little old looking but not bad. Plan to order a pair of their sandals to see if they can fit me.

Great shoe, runs true to size, I did not have to break them in. They are so comfortable. I did not know if I would like the color, but it goes with so many things and looks good.

These are the most, wonderful and comfortable shoes! Also they are very attractive. I found them to be a little tight at the widest point of my toes but just used stretchers for a couple of weeks and they are perfect! Love them!

I have this shoe in both navy and black. The simplistic, yet attractive, style is becoming. I appreciate the width in the toe area because it doesn't pinch the toes. The overall fit is perfect, with no heel slippage. The shoe is made very well, has great support, is surprisingly lightweight, and provides the ultimate in comfort.

I had all but given up....have ordered no less than less than 15 pairs of shoes only to return them ALL b/c of severe leg/knee/foot pain...I've had 2 leg surgeries & 1 knee surgery & these are the 1st comfortable shoes that I have put on my feet & can actually walk in them without additional pain! Excellent combination of comfort and professionalism. Wore all day at a week-long conference and didn't once think about my shoes. Great for walking, standing, etc. I bought 2 more colors!
