These are the only shoes in my closet that I like enough to own in two colors. The narrow width is perfect on these, not too skinny, but just a little bit narrower than a regular-width shoe. I wear them with thin socks and jeans or slacks.

I've been searching for a comfort shoe for some time. I finally. Saw Rockports on Zappos and decided to try them. They are very comfortable with a good arch. I wore these right out of the box. They were comfortable with no breaking in needed. I like the styling details too. They look nice for work.

Perfect fit and sooo comfortable! I have had trouble in finding shoes that provide the arch support that I need in a dressy shoe. May get this in the black when it comes in.

My feet are extremely hard to fit, due mostly to huge bunions, but these shoes are so comfortable! Plenty roomy but without slipping. I'm so glad to find a pair of shoes that fit me!

Comfortable right out of the box. I know from previous Cobb Hill shoes that they run a half size large for me. But I love them, and remain a fan.

I have this exact same shoe in two other colors in the same size and width, and they fit me perfectly. This one is way too loose and falls off my foot !

I am very happy with these shoes. I need arch support and these fit the bill. Overall comfortable and I think that they are nice looking for work and general use. I am sad that my former go-to brand Romika seems to have stopped adding awesome arch support to their shoes, so these are my new favorites!

These were a little tight when I first tried them on, but walking around in my house for 5 minutes had them fitting like a glove! My cousin had these and told me how comfortable they are. I think they look a little clunky, but who cares! I am a nurse and all about comfort. I am thinking about buying them in other colors. Love Zappos!

This 9.5 W is extremely more narrow than the 10 W. I wonder if the width is marked wrong. I cannot even get my foot into the shoe. The 10 W I am returning...the width is perfect just too long.

All day delight! I have long narrow feet; thus, it is very difficult to find shoes that are stylish and comfortable. These wear well for the office or casual running around.

Absolutly LOVE these shoes. I bought them in three colors. Very comfortable day one. I've had to switch to wide since loosing my arch, so hard to find stylish shoes. These I think these are so cute, I feel good wearing them!

This is a great shoe. Looks very well made. Unfortunately the narrow fits like a medium. My heel slipped terribly and they were just too wide all over. I am sorry to have to send them back. They would have looked great with slacks or jeans. As always, thanks to Zappos for their awesome customer service and free return shipping. They are the best online shoe store.

I really like these shoes so far. Comfortable from day one, actually like the gray color although i typically go for black. Bought these as walking shoes for an upcoming trip, to have something I can wear all day yet walk into a nice restaurant for dinner without having to go back to hotel to change out of tennis shoes. I believe they are fairly true to size, but do feel a tad it loose. I had ordered a 6.5 the first time, then exchanged for 6's. They might be feeling a tad loose since I purchased the wide versus narrow style. I highly recommend these shoes for something different than tennis shoes. They are flexible between casual and nice.

Wore these for the first time at a trade show where I was on my feet all day. Super comfortable, stylish and in gray! I have wide feet and have a really hard time finding comfortable shoes that aren't ugly. Love these!

This is the second pair for me. First pair was in gray, just bought the black. Comfortable right out of the box and no break in period. I normally wear gym shoes for long distance walking. Once day I forgot to change my shoes and the end of work to walk to the train, super comfortable, even forgot I was wearing them! Although the arch support is good, since I have fallen arches, I wish there was just a bit more support but overall love them.

I absolutely love this shoe. I originally bought a pair in navy & have now bought a second pair in black. They are extremely comfortable. The best feature is that I can fit my orthotic in the shoe and they still fit perfectly - no slipping in the heel at all.

As soon as I put this shoe on I knew it was great. Comfortable from the very beginning. Great arch support. I can wear them all day with no problems at all.

I am auditioning travel shoes, and I almost kept these because they are comfortable with a marvelous padded lining and good support. I think they would have broken in nicely, but I was concerned about the button falling off. In addition, they were just a tad tight on my bunions. I decided to go with the Keen Kaci so I didn't have to worry about parts dropping off or breaking in the shoe. If you don't have duck feet like me, however, you will probably like this shoe a lot.
