This was my first purchase from Zappos. Great company! These shoes are the lightest in weight and most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! The color is Navy and they are style, but comfort is paramount for me. I walk about 1 mile a day from parking to the office and back. They are excellent!

The first pair was big so I returned it and got a size smaller. WOW!!! I have a very hard time finding shoes because my foot is long, narrow, and with a very narrow heal. Usually slip-ons will not stay on my feet. These shoes not only fit perfect, but were extremely comfortable for my very arthritic feet. This is the first pair of shoes in a long time that fit other than a tennis shoe!!! Thank you Rockport.

I ordered these in my usual 9 1/2 Wide. I have Hobbit feet. I have had surgery on both, bunion still on one and extended toes on the other. Surgery has not been kind. These were comfortable right out of the box. But I still wore them around the house for a couple of hours just to make sure!!! I usually like Cobb Hill and I will be able to walk all day in these—the heel is low—rather looks like a moccasin. In fact, it was the artisan styling of the shoe that first got my attention. They really look good on my feet.

Great shoe! However - Almond color is not as pictured. It's awful. Returned and exchanged for ther very nice blue. Well made shoes with perfect fit.

Looked stylish, wore all day right out of the box with no issues. I will be ordering another color.

These shoes feel good on my feet in spite of hammertoes, bunions, corns, a high arch, and a size shoes don't usually come in (11.5). These are 11's and fit me well, and they don't look like gunboats as some of my well-fitting shoes do. They are cute too. I am very happy to have found them.

I have been very happy with the Rockport Cobb Hill Collection shoes that I have purchased, including these Paulettes. They are very cute, comfortable, and well-made. The leather is a beautiful rich color, and they are true to size. I plan to purchase more of the Cobb Hill shoes in the future. I would definitely recommend them for quality and comfort!

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned, including athletic shoes. I'm not in love with the way they look -- I'd rather have something sleeker looking, but I wear them almost every day. I have a short narrow foot, 6W. It's hard to find them in stores. Often wide shoes are too wide in the heel, but these aren't. Love, love, love them.

I have problems with a recurring stress fracture in my foot and this is one of my favorite dress shoes. It provides excellent support. I often have long days on my feet in the lab and this shoe works great. It's pretty cute for how comfortable it is (I'm 27 years old), I have owned the bark for a number of months and just purchased a second pair in black.

I love this shoe! It has a removable insole that can fit an orthotic insert. That's why I bought them. It's attractive and comfortable and doesn't look clunky at all, even with my orthotic in it.

Love the style, fit like a glove, lovely soft leather. A friend had a pair and had been just as pleased with them. Her recommendation resulted in me looking for and ordering them myself.

I have wide feet and normally a size 9. Tried 9W, 9M but an 8 1/2W worked -- so very thankful for the free shipping both ways and it was fast! Was looking for lightweight, comfy shoes for travel with lots of walking. Haven't really put them to the test yet, but I believe they'll be great. Good looking with pants.

Cute and comfy shoes, I mistakenly bought an 8B and returned them and bought an 8W and they were perfect! I wear these shoes all the time, I’m wearing them as I write this review. You can wear these all day long without hurting your feet, I get compliments on them, and they’re stylish. Buy these if you are looking for comfort! Very happy !

I love this shoe! My feet are a mess and I have to wear orthotics. It's hard to find a shoe that looks professional enough for work, is comfortable to walk in and fits orthotics. This does - the insole is removable and I got them in a Wide. Super comfortable - almost like wearing running shoes. Even better, there's a small bit of elastic in the heel, so if you have duck feet like me, the heels don't slip off. I highly recommend these!

Great go-to shoe when you don’t want a sneaker. Bit dressier & works very well with my orthotics - in face it is my second pair - wore out the first & that took several years. Highly recommend for fit as has comfortable elastic over your instep that doesn’t show. Trotters is a wonderful brand!! Zappos service was excellent as usual!!

Rockport Cobb Hill Paulette has nice style, The heel seems a little big for my narrow feet so am returning. It feels comfortable right out of the box, but having not worn can't judge completely. The footbed feels soft.

Love the feel of these. Great soles. Quiet walk.

These shoes are so comfortable, I wear them all day and never have to think about my feet! They are great for traveling, have great support and look smart.

I work all day on my feet in an elementary school setting. Shoes that can last in this environment AND look good in a size 12, without making my feet look matronly, are hard to come by. These shoes are not only comfortable, but they also look smart! Getting my steps in and feeling great! Thank you!

Wore these shoes all day right out of the box! This is the second pair I ordered. Wore out the last pair, liked them so much I ordered another pair. First pair lasted a long time.

I really like this slip-on shoe. It’s comfy and cute. I tried many others before this pair. So glad I found a winner!

In the hopes that this helps others. I wear a 9M sandal and in a closed shoe like this one, I wear a 9-1/2 Wide. I ordered these in black in 9-1/2 Wide. They are certainly cute and appear to have good support. I liked the heel lift too. For me, the toe box was great, the width was perfect. I have a bunion and have to be careful. I intended to wear these with socks and even with socks they were too long, my heel was slipping. I will consider reordering a 9W and just hope that the width is the same and the toe box cooperates. Cute design. The leather was a little stiff. They definitely have a nice look and I love the button. Recommend.

Great fit and true to size; style is a little too clunky.

Love these shoes. I have been buying them for a few years for work. Recently had a sizing issue. I currently have 2 pairs for work but when I wen to replace a pair, I ordered my 8 W but the shoes were very small and I couldn't get my foot into the shoe at all. I then moved up to a 9W but the shoe was way too big. I am ordering an 8.5W as I really like these shoes and hopes this works.
