These were tight around the toe area and didn’t feel very supportive.

These are some of the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever worn. The toe box looked roomy--it isn't. Even though I went up half a size my toes are crushed. They dig into my achilles tendons. and there is no arch support and little cushioning. Won't waste money on this brand again.

I've worn these quite a few times since the last 5 weeks & I'm really disappointed. The shoes look really worn out & the inside layer has peeled up a little. I just don't think they are worth the money.

The back of the heel digs into the back of your ankle. By the time I arrived at work I had blisters on both heels. I bough special blister bandaids (the really expensive kind) and layered two on each heel. Within an hour the weird bump/tab on the heel wore through the layered blister bandaids, just abraded holes in them. They are really cute, but absolutely unwearable.

Waste of money. All of the dye leached out of them. After only about 10 wears, they are a dull gray. Too bad because they are comfy.

About a year ago I got a pair in the light blue and love them, assumed it was the same shoe in a different color NO. These are those type of ballet flats that are elastic around. So sad because I loved my others.

Horrible - scraps the back of your foot (near the achilles tendon) and leaves with blisters. You need to have a band-aid on so the skin doesn’t scrap off from the friction

If I could rate them a Zero, I would. They have totally injured the back of my foot. I have only worn them once and will not be wearing them again!!! I was extremely disappointed!

Again, trying to pass off a shoe as wide when it isn't. The feel and look of these shoes is exactly what I'm looking for (tho sole could be thicker), but NOT WIDE. The upper gives nicely, but I CANNOT abide the sole being narrower than my foot! Please, begging some shoe company to make a REALLY WIDE, nice-looking ballet flat for casual clothing.

I received 2 left shoes in the Black pair. Gold pair does not run true to size. It runs smaller. Very unhappy with these particular shoes.

quality not a good as earlier pair i bought. Maybe they changed the country of origin. leather was cheaper not as supple. Im returning them.

About 3 years ago I bought these exact shoes, in navy in a size 10 and wanted to replace them. The shoe I just received marked size 10 and is one size too small and was silver-gray, not navy. What's the deal?

These shoes were a true disappointment for me. I love Born shoes and have many pairs. I bought these in black and nude (9 M) and both pairs are too narrow. They dig into the sides of my feet as well as my heels leaving blisters. I have tried to stretch them out using a hair dryer and a pair of socks but they did not stretch much. I have to wear heel protector bandaids every time I wear them. Should have returned them but I thought I could make them work. These flats are too pricey to be uncomfortable. :(

I regret this purchase. Although I measured my feet and bought the right size, it rubs my heal when I wear it for a full day's work at a school. I have to wear a bandaid so it doesn't rub my heal raw. Wish I could return them.

I bought these in gold and I had to return them for a few reasons. The gold is "fake mottled", and I thought it looked cheap. The leather was stiff (I'd even say it felt fake), and I could tell by the way creases were already forming in the upper after wearing them around my house for a couple hours that they would look worse if and when they broke in. The lining is pretty (floral) but it felt synthetic and gross, like those weird new kind of paper-towel. Even though I wear an 11, these shoes gapped a little and felt loose. And the stitching around the top looked cheap. Basically, I liked nothing about these shoes, and I returned them. Disappointing, because I really need a good pair of gold flats.

These cute shoes are almost perfect! Have yet to wear them longer than an hour- but so far they are great!

I have these in three colors because I like them so much! The leather is soft and the style is classic. I wear the navy ones with jeans…..these are the best shoes and so comfortable.

This is my favorite color of shoe…..this leather is so soft and the style is a classic. Feels true to size……slight arch support, too.

I ordered up a half size and the shoes were still too tight (perhaps too narrow?).

True to size; as expected in terms of style and color. I liked the shoes but not sure yet if they will give me the support I need and expect from a Born shoe.

These are my go to black flats. They are comfortable and go with everything. They are my 2nd pair to own.

These shoes were comfortable the minute I put them on! I especially appreciate the cushion padding when I work onboard the aircraft performing my duties as a flight attendant. The added bonus is that they're stylish enough to use on our layovers so no need to pack an extra pair of shoes!
