Ordered these in Navy and was delighted with the fit. They really are comfortable and casual...exactly what I wanted. Will be ordering them in another color!

Gorgeous shoes. Run a little large which would normally not be a big problem for me but these shoes rub against my heels when I walk. I am trying to size down to see how they feel.

This shoe is very comfortable; however, it is not Navy blue. I would describe the color as faded denim. Returning because I need navy.

This shoe was okay, but for the price, it should be awesome. The leather on the sides seemed very thin and not durable. The toe box was cut too high up - covered too much of my foot. They did feel comfortable but I just didn't love them.

Apparently I can't wear a ballet type shoe. Just not enough there for my foot. The heel isn't deep enough and I couldn't keep it on. The dark brown is a very nice color and the shoes are soft with some support.

Cute shoes. Love the color. I'm usually a 9-9.5 and the 9's fit perfectly. They look and feel sturdy. After wearing them for about an hour, I'm pretty sure I'll have to work through some blisters on my heels, but hopefully they (or my feet) will adjust quickly.

Purchased with the same pair in black. The black pair seemed to have softer leather and a looser fit. The leather on these is a bit more firm, and will need some working in. They felt a slight bit tighter as well, but again, with some breaking in they will soften and loosen up. If you don't want to go through that process, or buy a product to stretch the shoe you may want to half size or full size up. I decided to keep these and work into them as the leather is really nice and I am confident they will form to my foot. The elastic around the top prevents any digging or rubbing into the top of my foot, which has been an issue with other flats I have purchased. Decent arch support and a squishy insole, which again is not common in flats.

A very basic-looking shoe--the kind (I ordered the gold) that would go with anything and look good, but unmemorable enough that you could wear them over and over and over. I didn't think, per one reviewer, that they looked cheap, but they don't look expensive, either. I'd probably have kept them if they were comfortable--alas, the toe box was not wide enough for me; the vamp was also cut so that it lay right across my bunions. Born used to make (for my purposes, anyway) a much more comfortable shoe, but in recent years, everything seems to be made thinner, tighter, and smaller. Sad, because they used to work every single time. Fortunately, thanks to Zappos, I've found (and love!) Arcopedico shoes, which offer the fit, support and comfort that Born used to.

This shoe is comfy right out of the box. It's difficult for me sometimes since I have a moderately wide foot with a high instep. I feel that in person this shoe is definitely more tan and darker than what is shown. On the website it looks much lighter more of a nude.

I have been searching for a classic pair of flats to slip on for errands, work, dates, etc. I really wanted these to be the pair (at last)! I have wide feet, and these are way too tight across the toe box. There's a piece of elastic-y fabric that lines the foot opening, and that is also tight -- I think if these were just leather, they may have been able to get worn in. Alas, they're going back to Zappos.

Nice ballet flat with some padding and support inside. I have to return them, though, because low cut shoes (toe cleavage or nearly) don't fit me properly.

I bought these in panna cota and the tan color. The tan shoe is true to size, hugs my foot, does not rub on my bunion at all. The leather is soft and supple, decent arch support for a ballet flat. The panna cota felt a size smaller and was very stiff. While I liked the metallic color, it was very uncomfortable. Kept the tan, sent the other back.

These are so comfortable in the foot bed and fit perfect in the length, but the tip of the shoe pressed down on my big toe. They are a great looking shoe all in all. There were some scuffs on the pair I received.

To be clear: I've only worn these once so far, and they were - by far - the most comfortable ballet-type flats I've ever tried. That being said, I do have more comfortable shoes in my closet, and by the end of the day, my toes were starting to hurt a bit. Love the way they look, and I suspect with a few more tries, the toe portion will be broken in. Pro: Unlike other ballet shoes I've tried on, these didn't slip easily off of my feet, so I didn't feel like I was trying to hold them on all day long. Overall, I'm quite pleased (purchased in black, navy, and red). Size: 7 B!

Toe box too short. Do not like toe cleavage. Also there is no arch support contrary to the insole's appearance. My 6-1/2 to 7 foot did fit well in a size 7. I might have kept them as they were more comfortable than other ballet flats but I was expecting a slightly wider shoe based on some other reviews.

Foot-friendly fashionable flat. These are a welcome addition to my comfort collection. Soft leather, arch-support and rich color make these shoes a keeper.

These flats were comfortable right out of the box. I bought them to wear when flying; so that I can remove my heels and put on something comfy. They work well for that purpose, but I don't think I will be wearing them out for other events. They have knit edging all the way around the foot, which improves comfort but it makes these look kind of like slippers.

Comfortable for a flat shoe. The back is little high and rubbed my heel after a day of wearing and walking. Not bad enough to require any attention. Very versitile and will travel well.

I have never spent so much on flats! But I can tell the difference over my cheaper flats. Pretty comfortable and not dowdy! The heel of the right one gave me a blister, but I hope that goes away once broken in. These are comfortable and the "elastic" around the top is not tight, or binding nor does it "dig in" anywhere. decent amount of cushion. Would buy again, but would buy more now if a bit less expensive.

Great ballet flat for Grandma. Me, not so much. No offense to all the Grandmas out there. Just a heads up for those who are not yet ready for geriatric shoes. I got a size 8 in red. They look and feel nice, other than the fact they look a little too mature for me.

This ballet flat has a very nice appearance, it's quite comfortable however the front of the shoe in the toe area is a little narrow, as a result if its worn all day it can become a little uncomfortable at the end of the day just in the toe area. Other than that I do find it to be comfortable. I wear size 12M.

The shoes fit okay but the heel slipped off after walking around in them for a few minutes. Also, the toe was a bit more rounded than I thought it would be.

I love this shoe. You can't tell from the pictures but it has stretchy sides so the fit is secure. One big exception: the toe box has a lining that come up from the footbed. After wearing a couple times it started to peel and rub against my toes. I've brought them to a cobbler to see if he can reglue it, but I'll be really upset if they can't be repaired!

These shoes look great, they are the classic perfect flats. Sadly, I ordered a size 8 and that felt big. I ordered the 7½ and though they feel better, for an unknown reason, one shoe is larger than the other so I will return both pairs soon. I am not sure if I will order again, but that is exactly the style that I was looking for.

These flats have arch support and are really comfortable, yet still cute. They are a simple style, but the leather is soft and they have a classic feel. The elastic helps keep them on my feet, but the back rubs the back of my heel more than other flats do (without the elastic). Hopefully this will improve as I wear them more, but an unfortunate discovery on the first wear.
