Born shoes are always comfortable. These are a little snug across the top edge but should break in with time. The color is a muted blue vs. a deep solid blue.

The shoe fit as expected. The color is not a true navy, but rather a faded denim color.

I have not had much success finding comfortable flats. Typically flats create too much pressure in the bunion area & crowd my toes. These were a great find! First, they are stylish & provide a nice splash of color to my summer outfits. They're casual, but nice enough for the office. They look nice with summer dresses & straight legged pants. After wearing for an 8 hr day, I have only a little tenderness in one bunion area. The toe box isn't as generous as I like, but is not uncomfortable. The leather is soft, so I expect the shoes to become more comfortable over time with stretching. Glad I purchased these!

I normally wear a size 8 in a Born flat, but even the 8 1/2 was too short.

These have a very comfortable insole. No toe cleavage, tough to find in a ballet flat. They were just too cramped in the toe box. This probably has more to do with my sensitive toes than the shoes themselves. A larger size would be too big for my feet. In a size 10, they looked a little clownish so ballet flats may not be for me.

Very comfortable. Good support and nice color. Well made. Not particularly stylish but not unattractive. Very versatile. I would buy again in other colors.

The shoes are fairly comfortable with a padded insole. Toebox could be a little bigger as it does feel a tad snug but not to the point I would return them. They fit well in the heel and I think if I went up a half size, it would be too big.

Cute shoe! I wanted to love it but there was too much toe cleavage! I don't have crazy long toes but the top part of the shoe was just unproportionally short. Thank you Zappos for your amazing return policy!

I love Born flats, and they usually fit perfectly to my size; this time, however, they ran a bit small. The leather in this style is soft and lovely, and would probably mold to my foot with wear, but I need a pair of brown flats for travel and don't want to risk sore feet when I can't pull another pair of shoes out of my closet.

They're cute and comfortable to walk in, but I'm still getting blisters on the sides of my little toe and behind my heel. Maybe it's just me, I have a super hard time with flats. I'm hoping they'll break in and be okay.

These rub a bit on the back of my ankles straight out of the box, but I think they will stretch out a bit. The lining is soft and comfortable and overall the shoes work well. A simple and stylish flat.

Comfortable footbed and very soft leather. The navy leather was more of a soft blue.

The color isn't as shown. These are not Navy. They are a powder blue. When worn with Navy blue dresses they just don't quite match, and make your outfit look off. They are tight in the toe box which hopefully will loosen. The arch support? There is some... but not a noticeable difference for a flat.

These are comfortable flats, and I have a hard time finding flats that work with my feet. My only complaints are that they rub a little on the tops of my feet near my toes, but I expect that to go away as I break them in, and that the color is really a very light navy. They are true blue, and don't go with my navy clothes.

These were fairly comfy out of the gate, they rubbed a little on my bunions but then so does everything. I was able to walk a fair amount first time out, I love the color and gets lots of compliments.

My verdict on the color of the Julianne's in navy is: dull, dusty blue. My fiance´ thought that I had bought them used because of the dusty quality. The color is like a worn pair of denim pants or the shading that you might see on a restaurant or hotel wall (i.e., it's not uniform). I kept them, because I needed them for a wedding and had no time to return, and I'm okay with that, but if I'd had more time, I probably would've tried them in mango. They do have a surprisingly cushy footbed and I like them for that reason. I chose "Felt true to size" in my review, but the more fine-grained analysis is that, if you tend at all toward a half-size up, they may feel too snug. Mine do, but I believe that they will stretch enough to make them a good flat for everyday use to make jeans seem a little more pulled together. They feel a little narrow too.

Finally a comfortable ballet flat. I have narrow feet and these work for me. I wish the arch support was a bit better.

I really loved how these looked... very classy and easily dressed up or down. I am looking for a shoe that i can wear on my Europe tip and walk many miles in and these simply aren't comfy enough for me. they run pretty narrow around the toes.

Unfortunately it is hard for me to find flats that hide my bunion, and these were no exception. I'll have to send them back because of it. But it is a beautiful shoe. The leather is high quality and super soft. The footbed is comfortable. I would have loved to wear them if I didn't have bunions.

I like the Born Julianne flats very much. They are comfortable for flats - I prefer a slight heel. They are good quality. No problems. I got the red, it is a true red.

Fit very well right away, except I had to do the bandaid on my heels thing for the first 2 days of wearing them (without socks). But never again after that. They do not breathe at all, without socks my feet get sweaty. They are holding their color and shape well.

I was disappointed in these shoes. I have worn Born for years without any problems. While these gave excellent arch support for a ballet flat, the heels have an extra 1/4 inch of material that rubs my heels raw, even after wearing them in for a few days.

I have not worn these for more than an hour yet, but, unlike other brands they don't into my heel and the sole feels thick and supportive.

These shoes are supremely comfortable right out of the box. Being on my feet all day long working retail was a breeze in these shoes. One note of caution. I ordered the exact same size (10) in black and they were at least a half size to one size smaller although they were clearly marked size 10. At least the return process is easy.
