These shoes are amazing. They look and feel great. They were comfortable right out of the box. I wear a wide shoe and have had trouble finding a stylish shoe that feels comfortable. I have had painful pinching across the top of my foot and blisters on my heels from other shoes. I love them so much I'm going to buy two more pairs.

I was sent a 6M instead of the 6W that I ordered. When I called, it was quickly exchanged and sent. Unfortunately, I saw and felt no difference in width of the M or the W. Therefore, back they go. Unfortunate, as the felt soft and looked like what I wanted. I can't be the only person with wide feet. Why can't I get cute shoes to fit?

I ordered these in what I thought were wide width, but they were marked medium width. They were the only Born that came up in a search for wide width, but a zoom-in on the photo showed M width. Not sure what's up with that. Way too narrow, had to return.

THE WIDTH OF THIS SHOE WAS TOO NARROW FOR ME. I ALWAYS HAVE WORN A MEDIUM WIDHT BUT NOT ON THIS ONE.

Love these shoes. Just received my third pair, and have also ordered for my daughter. They are a very comfortable flat with some contour to the insole (which is unusual). They fit my narrow heel well with no slipping; I am usually able to wear them from Day 1 with no blisters. And unlike other brands, these do not get extra wide as the sizing goes up--a big problem for me with flats. I find them to fit true to size, but they may fit a little more narrow in the upper sizes compared to other brands (my daughter and I wear a 10 and 11). I wear these to teach in all day (lots of time on my feet in front of the classroom and walking around campus), but they also end up being my shoe of choice on the weekends and evenings out. In the last couple years, I have worn through two pairs of gold (which wear well and work great with denim and more dressy attire), and I just ordered the grey (and considering purchasing the gold again as it is such a versatile color). My daughter has the black flats and loves them.

Love this shoe! Have difficulty finding flats that don't dig into my heels. These are so comfortable. Love the grey--neutral and goes with anything.

I love these shoes! I have bunnions on both of my flat feet, so comfort comes first, but they are also cute and nuetral and go with lots of casual wear. I wore these while walking miles and miles all over Paris. They are soft snd roomy in the toe box, with support in the arch. On my second pair!

These flats are surprisingly comfortable! I appreciate the arch support, and the cushioned heel and sole. At first the left shoe felt a bit tight in the toe box (bunion issues), but after 2-3 minutes, it was just fine. The right shoe shows a little scuffing at the toe, but nothing that a tiny bit of black shoe polish won't fix. The heel with its raised tab at the back is soft and flexible, so I don't think there will be any chafing or rubbing - hurrah! Lovely to receive exactly what was described.

I live in San Francisco and walk everywhere, not only are these flats cute as heck but they also don't tear up my feet after a long day. I want them in every color now, so far I have red and black and adore them so much.

Love this shoe! I have a very narrow foot so runs a bit narrow which I love -- no gapping! The color is a great neutral and it is very supportive compared to other ballet flats!

Very comfortable shoes that don't need breaking in. They replaced my sneakers that I wore commuting to and from work and I am very happy!

These, without a doubt, are the most comfortable pair of flats I have ever owned. They have extra cushion and arch support, and feel like slippers! I have a wide toe box and it is hard for me to find shoes that fit and are fashionable. I wear these with skinny jeans on the weekend, and skinny pants for work. Very cute.

Wow, these are a gorgeous color! But note that the Petunia Purple is really purple, not the pinkish color that it looks like on the website. It is beautiful though. I've been a Born fan for awhile, as their shoes are such great quality and very comfortable for flats. These are even better than my other pairs, as they seem to have a little more support to them. They are large though. I am usually between a 6.5 and a 7, and the 6.5 were definitely too big. I'm returning for a size 6, fingers crossed those fit well!

100% pleased! These are incredibly comfortable. I can walk endless city block in them with no adverse effect on my knees, feet, etc. The 3 stars for "style" are just because they are only flats -- nothing extraordinary about those, but a wardrobe staple.

I love these shoes, they fit perfect and so comfortable! I ordered the Orange, it's more like a burnt orange, I like them so much I ordered the light blue. I haven't received them yet, but I know they will be awesome! These shoes will spoil you for sure!

In my new role as "comfort shoe" wearer, I have been trying out a number of different ones, hoping to find something not too stodgy, yet, not crippling. These shoes are high on the comfort scale, and accommodated my odd-shaped feet. But they are stodgy. The leather does look kind of cheap (as others have noted). So, back they go. I am going to try another style by the same manufacturer. I hope they are lower on the stodgy meter.

I felt that this shoe felt smaller than it was described. I wear a 6.5 wide, and these did not feel like they were that size.

Even though I consistently wear a 7.5 M width this shoe was way too short. The toe box also felt cramped. It was a cute shoe but I had to return it. I’ve experienced other Born styles being similarly too short and cramped.

This shoe was a bit tight. It eventually molded to the shape of my foot after I broke them in and they are very confortable.

Had to return my usual 8.5 M and go up to a size 9 M, which very rarely happens. The 8.5s were so tight, I could barely get them on. On the plus side, the size 9 did the trick. The shoe is a very basic style, and while on the one hand I wish it was a little more snazzy, it should be very versatile for different outfits/occasions.

Here is what I like about the shoes: they are simple and complement most any outfit which is why I bought them. They are comfortable. They are ballet flats so if you’re looking for arch support or sturdiness, look elsewhere. They do not show any toe cleavage which is extremely important to me. I wear flats with no-show socks (because feet are disgusting). They work well with those socks also. The only small, tiny drawback I would have, which is why I rated it down, is that the sides ride a bit low on my feet. I am a wide width so my Fred Flintstone stompers could be to blame here. Overall, a good shoe.

These shoes are for fun, I would not wear them for a day of walking, but they're really cute. The toe is very round and there is very little give in the bed, so be sure to order accordingly.

This is my third pair of Julianne flats. The leather on these is not nearly as soft as the last two were, but I am keeping them and hoping they eventually soften so they are more comfortable. Otherwise, they are fine.

Was looking for a classic brown ballet flat that I could wear every day. Unfortunately, the longer I kept these, the less I was able to break them in. I've worn them several times to work (maybe a dozen), but still haven't gotten to the point of reaching for them in the mornings. The back digs into my heel just enough to skip over them when selecting a shoe for the day. Will be donating them to Goodwill.
