Training for my first half marathon, and these are one of the shoes I chose. I try not to run in the same shoes everyday, but these are by far my favorites!

This is my 4th pair of the same exact running shoes. Light and comfortable. I take a size 9, but always order my running shoes a full size larger (I got a 10).

This is my 4th pair of the Wave Riders and it has never failed me. It is a great neutral shoe and offers the perfect amount of support! I look forward to wearing them in my next half marathon!

Honestly, these are gold. I've got wide feet, PF, and super picky arches and these feel great. Stable, springy, light, cute. The sky blue (Aruba?)/Pink combo is so girly-cute. I've also got the Mizuno Wave Inspire and holy cow are those freaking comfy, supportive, and light too (and a bit more flexible than these, IMHO). Mizuno's are just a good quality running shoe. Totally worth the money because they'll last and they work. My legs feel strong running in these shoes. For reference, I ordered half size up and fit is great. I've got wide feet but didn't order W and I feel that I have plenty of room in toe box while shoe comfortably hugs foot.

Love these shoes. From the moment I placed them on my feet. So comfy and stable for running. They do run small. I usually wear an 8 1/2 in all tennis shoes. These I needed a 9.

Very comfortable. I'm a nurse and on my feet all day, and then I run after work. I never have to change my shoes. They have great support, and for running, I haven't had a problem.

Purchased these for my 18 year old daughter who is an avid runner and triathlete. She swears by the Mizuno Wave Riders; this is probably around her 5th pair of them. She wears them hard and replaces them about 2-3 times per year.

I was looking for a good, supportive, cushioned walking shoe. Based on the reviews I bought this one. Very happy I did. Great shoe. Everything I was hoping for!

First time buying any show from this brand. I suffer from shin splints so it is important for me to get the right shoe. I fell in love with the Mizuno Wave Rider. It was the perfect cushion and comfort, not to mention how light they were. Love running in these shoes and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great running shoe.

Love these! Color was great and it is the second pair I have purchased. 1st pair was used for high school track. This pair for running enjoyment.

Great shoes for an over supinator like myself. I always feel sure-footed in these. They have great cushioning and are true to size. Lightweight too.

I've been running in Mizuno Wave Rider for a long time...starting with the Wave 12. I average 15-25 miles a week, plus I wear them during my daily errands. Before Mizuno, I was sold a pair of Brooks as I started training for a half marathon...for their "durability and wide toe-box to accommodate expansion over long distance." My husband bought me Wave Rider 12s by chance one Christmas. The Brooks were done! They are very supportive and comfortable. I have a slightly narrower heel and a high arch, no blisters, no aching arches after a long run. My gait (stride) is neutral to pronator. If you need help figuring out what yours is, visit Mizuno's website. I have also run in Nike (horrible) and Adidas (good, but left with achy arches). Mizuno is the best shoe I've worn.

Cute, comfortable and stable. I suggest ordering a half size up. I normally wear an 8 and my toes bumoped the end of the shoe so I exchanged for 8.5.

This is my 5th pair of Mizuno Wave Riders. I am physically active...not a runner but cardio work outs. I also have had for problems...plantar fasciitis...turf toe and must wear comfortable and supportive shoes. I love the Wave Rider 16. I have bought 3 different colors which is fun! The shoe has arch support but is not heavy to wear.

I recently switched to these from my Asics Nimbus 14 running shoes. Unfortunately, the Nimbus 15 didn't feel right so I tried these. I love them even more than the Nimbus 14! Very nice ankle support and very nice cush on the soles.

I absolutely love these shoes! I love to run, and for months have been unable to run with any enjoyment due to recent diagnosis of bone spurs and arthritis in my 1st metatarsals. I used to run with Saucony Kinvaras, which I also loved. However, the doctor had instructed me to find a shoe that has less ability to twist. I find that this shoe is comparable if you're looking for something lightweight. It bends well for forefoot runners but is sturdier so that it doesn't twist if you have any foot issues. Honestly, running with these is the first time in a long time that my feet truly felt great! Love how cushioned that they are, while only being 8 oz. I felt like I got my bounce back with these :) 100% recommended!

I was completely amazed how much these sneakers improved the way I run. The comfort allows me to run longer periods of time at a faster pace. I highly recommend them and found my new favorite running shoe.

These are great, comfortable, easy to wear and everyone mentions how cute they are which gives me the opportunity to tell them they are the shoes that Texas State Senator Wendy Davis wore during her 12 hour filibuster to stand up for women's rights.

I am a neutral runner with very high arches and a tendency to supinate (run on the outside of my foot). I have been wearing the Mizuno Wave Rider for years, though I'm embarrassed to admit that the last pair I bought was the 13 - I definitely wore them too long. I tried the Brooks Ghost before I bought these and had to return them. They were too cushy and unstable for me. The Wave Rider 16 is narrow enough to give me great stability while the toe box is still roomy enough for me to run comfortably. I love the arch support and the fact that these shoes aren't overly cushioned (I hate it when shoes feel squishy on a run). I regularly wear a size 8 and bought an 8.5 in this show to allow for my foot to expand when it gets hot. Going up a half-size allows me to wear medium-thick socks without feeling like my shoes are too tight. Overall, an excellent shoe for those with high arches who supinate and want a fitted, stable running shoe. Also, thank you, Mizuno, for making running shoes that actually look good and aren't pastel. Just because I'm woman doesn't mean I want to look like Easter or a prom dress from 1984.

Love Mizuno and love my new shoes. I have had surgery in both feet so finding comfy shoes is important. They fit well in the heel, not so high that they hit my low ankles like most shoes. The mesh around the front keeps your foot cooler and allows plenty of room for those of us with wide feet. The red isn't the bright red like the picture. I almost waited for the 17's because of the color, but I'm glad I didn't. Buy half size up from your usual size with Mizuno's.

These shoes run about 1/2 size small, but other than that they're great. Very light and comfortable. A joy to walk in once I found my correct size. This is the first pair of athletic shoes I've owned in years because I thought athletic shoes were ugly and boring. I love them.

I am a nurse who works 12 hour shifts and I wear these at work. They are supportive (especially in the arch and I am picky about arch support) and provide good cushioning. I get lots of compliments on them too even from people who say they don't like bright shoes! Very worth the price.

I absolutely love these shoes. They have been my go to running shoes for the past five years. I am pretty sure that I have gone through upwards of five pairs. If you are looking for extremely lightweight shoes, these are for you. I have high arches but I believe these shoes would work well with normal arches. Also if you have narrow feet, do not forget about the narrow option. Order half a size up for toe room for running movement. They fit like a glove. I highly recommend these shoes.
