I was shocked at how large this run, being the first pair I've purchased. So they are going back for a whole size smaller. Tan looks a bit dirty. The sole has a little bit of cushion, well worth the extra $ for it. Overall, the shoe is nice, but the color doesn't make it look "new" and the fit was way off. So a little disappointed.

Really nice shoes but because of foot problems they were not for me.

I was so excited to get these sandals. However, I was disappointed when they arrived as they appeared to have been worn or either tried in before because there were toe imprints on the footbed. Also, I don’t know if it’s standard for this shoe to not come in its original Birkenstock box or what. But they were in a a plastic bag inside a plain cardboard box. The soles didn’t appear to be worn any so I didn’t return them but was just terribly disappointed! Will think twice about ordering anything else from Zappos.

Soft, easy to break in.

I bought my 1st pair of Arizona Soft Footbed in mocha 10 years ago. I ordered the dark grey suede last year. And ordered the taupe suede this year. I would not own any if it weren't for the soft footbed.

Great sandals! Everything is top notch.

the fit and size were pretty good but the arch support hurt on both feet just trying them on and taking a few steps. maybe I need shoes with less or no arch support

It was described as a soft footbed but it was too hard and ridged for me.

For my 5.5 size 36 is a bit large. Taupe looks greenish-grey in real life. Not very happy about it. Soft footbed is not soft at all. My feet hurt. The only good thing is suede top. Really soft and does not require breakage. Also Zappos declined cash back for this shoes. Would buy from somewhere else next time if I have options.

This was the second time I ordered the same pair same size. Zappos shipped out the second hand shoes as the brand new shoes for those two orders I placed. Very disappointed..... RETURN.....

These are very soft and comfy! I do like them. The only con is that the straps are suede and they keep falling down. You have to lift the straps to put your feet in each time. They don’t stay up like the oiled-leather.

Love these sandals!!! I live in them all summer. Very comfortable and go with everything.

The size fit perfectly. I like the softness to the suede instead of the rigid/hard leather that I normally buy. These are very comfortable sandals. I would definitely buy them again.

Need this black suede Birk to wear with socks as I recover from toe surgery. Surprisingly, the narrow was too narrow, so this original width is my new best friend!

Love these. I’ve worn birks before in leather and in the rubber version. These suede ones are my favorites by far, so soft and comfortable they’ll be what I stick with when buying other colors in the future.

Love the suede uppers. So much more comfortable for walking with no break in period.

These shoes were USED. They came in a weird box and had clearly been worn as there were top imprints on the bed of the sandal. I'll be returning.

i so wanted these shoes to work for me, and ordered the soft sole version. however, the arch support is very stiff, and my feet are tender, so these aren't going to work for me. thanks for the great service.

DISGUSTED!! Zappos sent me dirty, well used Birks. Military living overseas delivery is slow, so this whole process of returning and waiting again for order is a bummer. Thankfully customer service helped me out….sort of. The return label had no scan so post office could not guarantee tracking… ugh… ended up paying for return because i honestly dont trust Zappos. Last time I use Zappos after years of shopping with you, BYE.

These were to replace a worn out pair of the same color/size. However, the suede is raw and furry, nothing like the black and grey i recently purchased.
