Overall these are your typical Birks but I have an issue with Zappos packaging. I paid $140 for these shoes only to have them placed in a plastic Amazon bag and shoved in my tiny mailbox. The buckles were undone and there was no padding. What the hell, Zappos?

The right sandal was a whole size larger than the right and my right foot is the bigger foot.

Good fit but don’t like the floppy loose construction of the suede upper. Does not provide any support for the foot.

The classic summer sandal - wear it with anything and everything. Super comfortable once the footbed confirms to your feet - hang in there it’s worth it. Makes everyone look better and hotter. One of the many reasons to look forward to summer.

The width felt small. The rest of shoe was perfect

These are super comfortable and the color (taupe) goes well with my skin tone.

Love Birkenstock shoes. Great for walking and being on your feet all day. The suede on these stretched and I ended up having to punch extra holes for the buckles. I ordered another color, in a narrow, and they’ve been great.

Was a full size larger than what is normally worn

Just a fine sandal. Top in its class. They take a little while to break in. Color and finishing just perfect.

These are the most comfortable Birks I've ever worn.

Turns out I'm not a softbed fan. I miss the deeper heal cup and the subtle arch support. The suede uppers feel really (really) good.

I broke my foot last year and am not comfortable in many of my shoes and sandals. But this style and soft footbed feel so comfortable. I love these. Was not a fan of the Arizona style until it became the most comfortable with my foot. I have many Birkenstock sandals and find the soft footbed the most comfortable.

One shoe was clearly mismarked. Yes I know one foot is smaller than the other on humans but this was crazy big. I have worn Birks for 50 years never had a mismatch before. Will try ordering directly from the manufacturer. These need to be tossed. Packaging was not like new shoes either. Possibly these were stretched out from someone and resoled I am not sure but they are going back.

It fit, but I felt like the shoe was falling off.

These Birks do not fit like my other Arizona birkenstocks. Because I have feet issues, I have many birkenstocks. The Arizona Soft Beds have become a favorite. However, these suede version do not fit like my leather version. Sad to return.

I have always purchased the oiled rubbed leather but no longer! This suede soft strap is so much more comfortable! I love it! Besides the strap bleeding on my foot, but I'm sure that will stop eventually. I purchased my usual size in birks- 38 but I did choose narrow and I'm glad I did because it fits perfect! And I feel like my foot is kinda wide. I'm a size 8 shoe/sandal and 38 fits perfect. Years ago I tried a 39 and it was way too big.

Amazing materials. Handcrafted quality. I'm chemically sensitive, yet this worked for me immediately.

These sandals were much much too wide for me. I needed them for a vacation, so I wore them and then regretted it because I could not return them. I punched more holes in straps to try to make them stay on my feet and that did not help. What a shame.

Tried to wlove them but even in tightest buckle they were still too loose. Never thought I had a narrow foot but I evidently do on this style. Wore around the house a small bit & outside in the yard for about 10 mins. Can I exchange for a narrow ? I think I threw away all my original wrapper but I’ll check.

Comfortable out of the box for me! Liked these with the black buckles for a little change. Have several pairs of the Arizona’s in different colors.

These fit and feel great!

Returned because the wide is too wide for me and I have wide feet. The Papillio style is marked as narrow yet it fit perfectly so that’s what I landed on instead.

Loved this Birkenstock style but wow, it was too wide for my wide feet! Even if I strapped them in tighter, too much play.
