My first pair of Birkenstocks. I don’t know what took me so long. I just love them.

I loved the feel and comfort of these Birks but I could not get past the bulky look of the Arizona style. The soft bed is sheer heaven and the nubuck suede is so soft. I did return because they are too crunchy granola for me. I ended up switching bacl to the Florida style instead. I'm a 7.5 and the 38's fit perfect.

Can’t speak highly enough of birkenstocks. If you’re in between the normal and the soft footbed, the normal took me a week or two to break in (was totally worth it) but the softbeds felt like they were made for my feet within the day.

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love these sandals. I ordered the narrow width ones because my feet are on the skinnier side and they fit great. Arch support is far better than any other sandal I've owned so these are automatically my favorite. I also got the "soft footbed" option, and I'd say it's worth it. I also own non-soft footbed Birks and it's not awful but it's not as pleasant. The only reason I knocked a star off was because the strap sizing seemed to be different on each sandal. One of the straps is longer than the other so I have to put on buckle on the 3rd hole vs the other on the 1st. It's not super noticeable so I didn't mind all that much. Overall, great shoe and I'll buy again once these are worn out, but that probably won't be for a few years if they're like my other pair :)

I had some Birks back in the 90s and never expected to buy another pair (mainly because I associated them with jam bands and patchouli), but I really needed some footwear to relieve pain in my feet (plantar fasciitis). After some internet research, I learned that many people with PF find Birks to be amazingly comfortable, so I started looking around for a pair. I ended up picking these up in the velvet grey suede and absolutely love the color... and the style! I've worn them a few times to try to break them in, so I haven't really noticed a big difference yet, but I do really like them!

I absolutely love these! This is my first pair of Birkenstocks. I have been having trouble with plantar fasciitis and these shoes are so comfortable. My feet are so happy. They are really cute too. I use to think Birkenstocks were kinda nerdy and but I actually LOVE them. Will be ordering more :)

I ordered my regular size (39 Narrow) and they fit perfectly. The black suede looks dressier than the leather ones in my opinion, and is very soft and comfortable as is the soft footbed. These are my first Birks and I'm very happy with my purchase. Zappos is great and I love the fact that I can sign in with my Amazon account--fast and simple.

Birkenstock has always been a little expensive but worth the price. My last pair of sandals lasted 10 yrs! The quality of these seem similar. I wear them in the summer and in the house as slippers in the winter. Good value. Fits my foot like a glove.

These are sooooo comfortable. I love the soft footbed. I was reluctant to jump on the Birkenstock’s bandwagon, but so glad I gave them a try. I own several styles now but these are my favorite. The dark grey goes with everything as well.

I really had high hopes given the reviews but these sandals did not work for me. Based on the reviews, I ordered the regular size for wider feet. The sides of my feet rubbed the edge. Also, the strap would not tighten enough to keep my foot from moving around. IMO, these are the ugliest shoes ever but if they're really comfortable and good for your feet, who cares! They just didn't work for me.

I love these shoes! The soft footbed is definitely nice. I didn’t find that the regular width was too wide, but i am pregnant and my feet are a bit bigger than normal so I’m not sure that has anything to do with it. Luckily the straps are adjustable so if my foot thins out I’ll be able to still wear these! I am usually a 8-8.5 but ordered the 7-7.5 and they fit perfectly!

Zappos is the best. i got a regular width on this as I usually get wide width footwear. This time it sure was too wide. Not really the foot base but the straps were way past any holes to hook up on. I called Zappos...easy exchange and they delivered the narrow width the very next day. Wow. Fits fine.

This is a lovely shoe;we have exchanged it for the regular width. the narrow was noy roomy enough.

The taupe color is a little darker/grayer than it appears in the stock photos but I really like them. They are breaking in more quickly than I expected.

This is first time I've ever ordered shoes that were so big on me. I wore Birks many years ago. They were true to size back then.

Apparently these are all the rage of the middle school crowd these days as my daughter begged for a pair for her 13th birthday. She loves them and has worn them constantly.

LOVE these Birks, they are so comfortable and the fit is perfect and true to size. I’m always a 38 in Birkenstocks and these were no different, love them.

This is now my fifth pair of Birks that I've purchased in the last few years, but I think that they're my favorite, by far. The grey suede is such a beautiful color, and when you combine the soft sole with the soft suede, you basically have a pair of slippers. They're so comfy! And with the color, they pretty much go with everything. I could see how the suede might stretch after lots of use, but that seems like an easy fix. All I can say is that this definitely won't be my last pair of Birkenstocks!

Love love love! This is my first pair of Birks and now I don’t know why I waited so long! I found the sizing to be accurate, I was nervous they’d be too big but I wear size 8 and 39 was perfect! I also thought they would be too narrow but I had plenty of room to adjust the buckles tighter on my feet. The suede is neutral and will go with everything! Glad I snagged them before they all sold out!

I had this exact shoe when I was in 7th grade. There have been a few great updates (I love the narrow option as well as the soft foot bed) but I love going back to these shoes and falling in love all over again.

Finally caved and bought myself a pair of Birks! I didn’t know what all the hype was about until I tried them on. They are so so comfortable and more stylish than I expected! I was nervous to try the narrow width but it actually ended up fitting perfectly. Glad I was able to snag a pair before they all sold out!

These are incredibly comfortable, but unfortunately, I’ve had to return two pairs so far. The first pair had stains on the suede when they arrived. The second pair, which I tried in a narrow because regular was out of stock, arrived in a completely different color of suede. Birkenstock prides itself on consistent quality...I can’t imagine they’d be pleased with the inconsistency of Zappos I’ve experienced.

I have gotten almost all of my Birkenstocks from here and it’s absolutely amazing. Once you figure out your size you cannot go wrong. Love these and will continue to buy from here!
