This company is beyond excellent in every department. I tried to give business o a Greeley store and they couldn't even call me back. Then I looked on Amazon and E bay but was not happy with either places. I ran in this site while searching and I couldn't ask for better customer care or service. My shoes arrived the next day one pair and the second pair arrived the day after. I am amazed with their service as so many company's now days could care less. BB

I reviewed these once, but received a request to do another review, over and over, so once again. I have liked Arizona Birks for 40 years. Stopped wearing them for about ten and tried again with this pair. This particular pair is a bit cockeyed. The left shoe has a top part that is as it should be, rounded but going upward to meet the inside edge. The top of the left shoe is longer and more slanted than round. They look a bit odd when I am wearing them, but I don't actually think many people are paying attention as I did. They are comfortable and I like that I have to work my toes without thinking when walking. It is good for my feet. Hope this is the last review for this pair of shoes I need to submit.

If you like Birkenstock you’ll really like these!! The soft bed footbed makes it feel like you are wearing a pair that has already been broken in. No stiffness.

As always, Birkenstock makes a great shoe. I’m very happy with this purchase and will be wearing these sandals all summer!

These are the most comfortable sandals; I bought this color because it goes with different clothes I have.

I wore Birks for 30-40 year when living in San Francisco, when I was younger. Moved to Bend, OR and I'm older so I stopped wearing Birks and got loafers and other sandals. Had spine surgery about a year ago. That changed by walking and balance. I had been having a lot of pain in my foot for various reasons and with the balance issues, I decided to try Arizona Birks again. You need to do something with your toes when you walk in them, which was always good exercise for my calves, but now that action helps my foot pain considerably and amazingly. I have loved these shoes for comfort for years and years and years. Now for comfort and health.

I’m a long-time fan of Birkenstocks and the Arizona soft bed, suede straps are the most comfortable of all. However, I have a narrow feet and definitely prefer the look of the Sydney on my feet. Sadly returning them.

I ordered the size 38 bc it was equivalent to a size 7-7.5. My better judgment told me to order 37 which is what I own in the Gizeh model. The 38 was too large so I returned and purchased the 37. I love these and for those wondering, I am a true size 7-7.5 and the 37 fits as it should.

This is my second pair. I only spent $135 because I have very narrow feet, and the first pair fit perfectly and wore like iron for several years. This new pair, however, is cut a bit wider than the first, and therefore a bit sloppy for my foot. Also, the leather is quite a bit flimsier (thinner) than my first pair; it just lays limp when i slip them off, preventing me from just slipping them back as I was used to with the first pair, which held it's shape. Overall, I'm disappointed in both the width and quality.

The foot bed was to hard for my foot. I need soft and comfortable for my feet at my age.

I’ve been wearing Birkenstocks since the late 1980’s and this is probably my 10th pair of this same style. Obviously, I love them or I wouldn’t keep buying them!

Staple item.

These were horrible. They arrived the day after I ordered them (last night) and they’re already back at UPS on their way to be returned. Yes, Birkenstock are not ‘stylish’ - that’s not the reason I bought them. They initially fit was good- I had high hopes. But as soon as I stood up, both of my feet ached, and my arches felt like they were being stabbed. I tried adjusting the straps, but it was the foot bed and arch support, shoes shouldn’t hurt as soon as you stand up. These went back in the box.

Some facts, the taupe pictured looks more like sand. The taupe I got is darker, like taupe light gray. Sizing....When on the fence buy the larger size only if it is NARROW. You can go a bit smaller in the regular width. My feet are a little wide and narrow width works great. The shoe looks more feminine, a thinner look. I can easily wear a 38 regular or 39 narrow (I am normally an 8.5). I think the narrow looks way better.

Normally a size 9.5 and had to return the 40 for a 41. If you have narrow to standard width foot, I suggest ordering the narrow. If you have very narrow feet you may find the top buckle to bother you a bit initially but gets better time

In love with this sandal! Followed the Birkenstock size chart and felt it was very accurate. On a scale on wise to narrow feet I would say mine are slightly more wide but pretty average. I ordered the regular width and they were perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone! ***Also the soft foot bed takes way shorter time to break in.

Worth the money. I have wide, flat, pronated feet and these make my feet happy!

I've worn birks size 37 in the past. Got a pair in leather, not suede and they didn't fit well. Ordered this pair size 38, and they were much too large. These will go back, I'll get a suede 37 and hopefully they will work. Zappos is great and I should have a pair for a drive to Reno next Monday. I don't know if these felt true to size or not. I have trouble with shoes.

Soft Foot bed makes all the difference. I have a pair with out the soft foot bed and they are still not comfortable.

This is my third pair of Birkenstock soft footbed sandals, and I couldn’t be happier with them. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on—no break-in time required. The suede uppers are super soft and never cause irritation. I will definitely buy this style again!

shoes are fine, even great. But I am annoyed that I keep being pestered for a review. I have unsubscribed from this in the past, yet here they are asking for a review. I hate Zappos marketing team because to unsubscribe one more time I have to login again. Sort of the last thing I want to do. Please Zappos and everyone else please, please, please stop asking for a review or at least make it so I do not need to log in AGAIN to unsubscribe. I am so annoyed that I have logged in to write this review. I will buy my Birks somewhere else next time. Please just give me a unsubscribe button that does not require me to log in. Actually, just leave me alone. please, if I unsubscribe this year the remember that next year or I will find a different vendor.
