I love these shoes and have been wearing them (velcro closure) for decades, but when you have BOGO 40% off, the inventory is never available to get a second pair. Please don't stop making the velcro closure! Thank you

EE width shoes from New Balance have always fit perfectly, but these were too narrow and were returned.

tongue stiff like a board and laces way too long.

Comfortable sneak. One off the few with velcro strap closure, which I prefer to avoid the bending necessary to tie lace up sneaks.

the first one of these that I bought years ago I used as a walking shoe. It was great the thing that I liked best was the extra room for my toes. My new pair I am wearing as a Golf shoe. I have only had time to play a couple of times since receiving them. They definitely meet my expectations.

My daughter needs two different sizes so it is very expensive and hard to find wide shoes for her. New Balance is the only brand that makes it possible.

My husband took them to the chiropodist the day after they arrived. He tried them on when they arrived and they fit perfectly as usual. He wears a size 15 wide so it's impossible to find shoes his size in stock and at a reasonable price. New Balance is the only place we shop for him. They're always true to size, in stock, ship and arrive quickly and fit right. Absolutely delighted and happy with the shoes and service.

I received the 577v1 walking shoes about two weeks ago. So far, I like them. They are comfortable and easy to put on with the velcro straps, especially for an older person like me. I usually walk about 2-1/2 miles a day and wear these shoes almost every day. My only concern is durability. I generally get about one year's service from a pair of walking shoes. Time will tell how these will do.

Haven't been wearing them because the right shoe squeaks when I walk. I changed the inserts, and the right shoe still squeaks. I think it's defective!!

Have bought these for a few years because they were made in . MADE IN NAM now. Sad.

Very comfortable after only min9imal break-in. I work 30 hrs. a week at a home center with tile over concrete floors. These shoes make the 6 hour days easier on my old knees.

I have been buying the se model New Bslance walking shoe for close to 10 years. earlier version assembler in US we practically indistructable even when soles were very worn. On the more current and costly assembled in Vietnam version, the leather detached from sole with less the 50 tread wear. Shoes were properly cared for.

Use the shoe for walking and traveling..right color Easy to travel with..hope it last a long time.

So far so good they squeak when walking and the top strap could be a little longer

I was originally prescribed this shoe by a podiatrist. I believe he chose it for having a straight last, though I don't know the significance of that to the welfare of my feet. Anyway, I like this shoe just fine, and I continue to buy it as needed.
