2 pairs of shoes that I ordered came promptly. So far they have been the best I have had so far. The soles are thicker that box store shoes and way more comfortable. I will buy all my shoes there from now on.

These shoes are so much better than I'd hoped for that I'm almost afraid to let on to y'all just HOW much more wonderful they are than all them others. Only real problem here is if you're into BRAND NAME BLING BLONG. In which case why are you looking at this off-brand in the first place? New Balance hasn't paid anybody $4 million to endorse their shoes. Go get a pair of Jordans. If you're just looking for a GREAT shoe - these last me over a year and I wear them 16/7. That comes to $0.18 per day, which I can afford. And have. And will. And I'm asking to be buried in a new pair so they'll last forever. Unless some loose Angel decides to take 'em when I'm not looking. Now: Far More Important: These Fantastic Folks at Zappos go so much further in Customer Service I can't say enough - and I'm an Author. Let it Suffice to say they walk on water, and I don't mean spilling some on the floor, slopping across, then going back to Stomp Out Loose Puddles. Nope: Real People Real Nice Real Time. Count me as a Perpetual Customer. Um, footnote (get it? haha): I have WIDE toes and these will do after some stretching, but if you put 'em on at first and they're tight, send 'em back for next size up. Nuff said.

I got actually got these for my husband, and he loves them. He reorders these a lot because he wears them at work and for play. He has told me many time they are comfortable and fit perfectly.

I love these shoes. I finally had to fess up and realize that my arthritis in my back was getting so bad that I could not bend and tie anymore. The velcro straps were god sent. These shoes work great for easiness of install, comfort of walking and upbeat appearance. What makes them even more spectacular is the hassle free service Zappos' provides. Shoes are shipped free and the returns are free. I exchanged the first pair for a different size in what is known as "break-neck" speed. I will have serious doubts about buying shoes anyplace other than Zappos.

I recently ordered a pair of the MW557 11.5 4E Hook & Loop in black. I own a pair of these shoes in white in a laced version and found them to be a very comfortable walking shoe. I walk about 5 miles per day. I was very disappointed in the length of the straps on the MW557 I ordered and returned them immediately. I have a wide foot thus the 4E width, but I do not have a high instep and yet the hook & loop straps were not of adequate length. The folks at Zappo's handled this situation wonderfully and had a pair of replacement New Balance Dunham Winslow shoes at my house in 3 days.

Shoes were fine. I found Zappos an excellent company to deal with online. You like the shoes - good price. You don't like the shoes - send them back. No hassle. Further, they ship fast!

I walk my dog four times a day, so I put a lot of miles on my shoes. I demand comfortable footwear, and these walking shoes have passed the test. I got them in extra wide. They are roomy and have a soft enough rubber sole that gives on concrete. I found that other major brands have harder soles and heels which are not as comfortable. One more thing--hook and loop shoes do NOT come undone, as laces do. I find that a big advantage when walking a frisky dog!

Great fit and comfort. At age seventy, I do not have to fuss or trip over shoelaces. Easy on and off - especially at airport security!

These shoes are great. My husband loves them. He has Parkinson's disease and has trouble tying shoes now, these shoes make it possible to put them on and off without asking for help. The beauty of Velcro and the beauty of New Balance to utilize this great product along with their great product. Thank you.
