my husband loves his new sneakers, they are very comfortable and look good!

This is the 7th or 8th or 9th consecutive pair of New Balance 577 (and predecessor numbers) Velcro sneakers I've had over about 10 years. Haven't found anything even close in quality, comfort or convenience. Don't pass up the opportunity.

working in a hospital for over 30 years I had problems with my left knee. My doctor told me to check with a local chiropractor. I when to their web site and they had a list of shoes they recommend for different things. The first shoe on their list of many was New Balance. Checked walking and ordered a pair. It's only been a little over 2 weeks and I notice an improvement in my walking and less pain in my knee. 5 Stars

I've owned several pairs of this style over the years, and I keep coming back.

My son does a lot of walking and goes to the gym. He does not like laces. He does like these sneakers because they offer good support and are comfortable. He has a few pairs in both colors.

Purchased this for my 91 year old Dad. This is his go to shoe. It is easy for him to put on and fasten and it is secure around his foot. He is a young 91 year old - still drives and works. But this shoe is a blessing for him. It isn't as easy to do things as it was 10 years ago.

I already had a white pair that i was extremely satisfied with and I wanted another pair and chose the color black. They fit very comfortably just like the white pair. I am a senior citizen and like the fact that I do not have to tie with laces.

One day, as we become "older" and arthritic, and cannot "bend" any longer; these shoes may just be the ticket. In all honesty, I got these for my father-in-law a few years back. He is in a care facility. I just got a second pair (for his brother) who is even older and headed to a similar situation. They both need these shoes, and they work.

Bought these to replace old pair, have been wearing this style shoe for over 10 years, always reliable in fit and performance.
