Bought these for my husband’s birthday. He’s usually a 13. Bought that size and they were too small. Exchanged them for size 14 which fit great.

This is my second review. I have now worn the shoes several times and find that they fit very well and are really true to size and width. I'm 86 years old and find the hook and loop closure is easier on my back than laces. They've been quite comfortable and I'm considering ordering another pair in a different color. I recommend them especially for older folk. Not very stylish but very convenient and comfortable.

These shoes are fabulous for my 81 year old Dad. He absolutely LOVES them. I recently made him go through the entire process of getting "diabetic shoes" and he swears that these shoes are far more comfortable and supportive than his prescribed shoes. He loves them so much that I am ordering a second pair for him to keep on supply for when he walks through a bunch of mud or spills paint on them (he does stuff like this~~he's not about to change now).

Zappos goes the extra mile with class. Got a different style and they did not fit, the lady on the phone was super helpfull and suggested these instead. Issued a return label and sent the new shoes. Got them NEXT DAY! Plus they were less expensive and she said I would have a credit for the difference as soon as the returned ones arrived there. WHAT GREAT SERVICE! By the way, the new ones fit perfect first try. Terry

I use these for work and I am on my feet all day. They are the only shoe I have owned in long time that are conformable all day.

I bought these for my husband after having tried and returned a few sizes of Propets, which were recommended by his PT and had higher reviews on Zappos and elsewhere. He just didn't like the fit. He loves this NB pair though, and the PT says they're working out well. My husband is usually a Medium width, but we got a Wide (EE) to accommodate a leg brace for post-stroke PT.

I purchased for my Dad. This is his 3rd pair and he loves them. They give him great support and are very easy on and off. thank you for the great shoe.

This is the second pair of New Balance shoes with velcro straps I bought for my husband. He has Parkinson's and his feet are wide, but his toes curl and he needs a 4E instead of a 3E. These shoes are very comfortable and even though he is wheelchair bound, they are easy on the foot when he has to transfer back and forth.
