Great shoe, lopve the way they feel, very comfortable

My podiatrist insists that the only shoe I can wear is a New Balance sneaker. And, except for an occasional formal affair, I do indeed "live" in my New Balance! It's not only comfortable and therapeutic for me, it's attractive as well. Black work for me for business, for casual walking and for nature hiking and exploring. The consistency of production makes it so easy for me to switch as they wear out - about once a year. This year I went to my sneaker store but I had trouble because of their hours etc., so for the first time I ordered on line. It was a pleasure! It knew what I had purchased in the past (I once had a problem and they recorded the details), the ordering process was swift and easy, and they arrived a few days later... Perfect! I feel fortunate to patronize such a superb company.

I walk a lot. Very comfortable. I wear them all day and they are easy to get on and off

The walking shoes are just what I need.***********

I order this style and size regularly for my grown son who has a job that puts him on his feet 8 hours a day. The shoe wears very well. His only complaint is that around the top edge of the shoe where the foot goes in, it seems to wear much quicker than the rest of the shoe. Loved the tan color for the spring and summer. Maybe you could make it in a brown in the future!!

My girlfriend had a stroke 10 years ago and cannot tie shoes and wears a brace on one foot/leg. New Balance continues thankfully to provide Mens and Womens shoes that have the Velcro closure. With the Velcro closure she can make the appropriate adjustments for the shoe that is too large for her foot without the brace. It would be nice if the Velcro was available in other styles for adults that have issues with arthritis in their fingers etc. .

The shoe is of great quality and finish. I am a diabetic (type 1) for 64 years and are beginning to have some neuropathy in my feet. These shoes adjust easily as my feet may swell from sitting too long. Very comfortable for walking and every day wear. New Balance is the only shoe I buy for fit and finish, I must have a very wide shoe and they provide it !!

Recieved my new shoes put them on & push mowed the yard for 5 hours. I was tired but feet felt good!! My orthaticts fit great.

good fit and my husband likes them all but doesn't have enough arch support he said but other than that fit and feel good

These shoes last me about 6 months per pair. I am extremely rough on my shoes at work. I am on my feet 9 to 14 hours a day with many steps taken and twists and turns. I also have to get in a squatting position to retrieve product numerous times daily. I buy these because my feet don't hurt after wearing them all day and my leg muscles are not fatigued. When the sides finally give out, they become my yard work shoes for a couple of months.

I've used these since I needed to be able to slip them on easily. The first pair wore out after 10 years, so I just replaced them. I got black this time rather than white, which showed the dirt and needed cleaning more often. I'm happy with them. I also got a size larger. Seems my foot is spreading with age.

I use this shoe mostly for yard work and doing exterior household maintenance. The velcro strap closures make it easy to take off the shoe and put it on when going in and out of the house. I hate shoelaces. Thank you New Balance for continuing to make this style!

Right out of the box the 577s were super comfortable. Usually with new shoes I have to break them in which takes anywhere from several days to a few weeks. Not with the 577s. Straight out I started my walking routine and they feel great. Highly recommended.

NB walking shoes, mens 577, the only shout that fits me, this is my third pair!

Bought 577's a long time ago and not been able to find them in local stores. Finally tried the on line store and am back with my old friends.

These are my favorite walking sneakers. I have tried other models but like these the best. They are extremely comfortable and last for a good deal of time.

So comfortable. I got the extra wide width . I love them. 8 hours shift is no problem.
