Of course I appreciate the comfort of the New Balance shoes. In the winter I can go to informal staff meetings in the black walking shoes. They look great. I just got the hook and loop for the first time. I like how easy it is to put the shoes on now.

Have bought several of the 577 shoes over the years. They are very comfortable to walk in and they last a long time.

Wear these only for you daily walking. They are very comfortable

I use this shoe for walking and everyday use. Although this shoe is warmer than my other New Balance because it is leather it is a very comfortable shoe and needed very little break in. I like the ability to order wider sizes that are not available in many other manufactures shoes.

My husband loves this shoe and it is the only sneaker he will wear.

My husband has a difficult time tying shoes at this pint and this velcro was a answer to this problem. He has always bought new balance for years so was glad to see them in the velcro closures.

After trying on the left shoe I knew there was no need to try on the right shoe or either shoe of the second pair I had purchased. The tongue f the shoe was not secured (properly stitched) in place. There were only a few stitches holding the tongue rather than stitches across the entire base of the tongue to hold it in place securely. Looking at the other shoes I could see they were stitched the same way. When I spoke with customer service, I was informed that this was the way it's done - at least for this shoe (#577).

The shoe is very comfortable except the 4EEE is not as wide as Model 811. Maybe due to moving manufacturing out of the USA.

For being a X-Wide (4E) the width on these seems a little small compared to the other NB shoes I have/had.

Perfect shoe for walking, yard work and/or casual wear.

He loves the shoe. The only complaint he has with the shoe is that the Velcro stops holding before the shoes wear out.

They work with my ankle brace. And they easy on my feet.

The shoes fit perfectly and my feet and legs feel great. I can walk so much further in my new balance shoes. The one complaint and it really isn't a complaint is that they are so white. I have to scuff them up so they don't blind others when I walk. :)

I use it for walking. I am a senior person and walking is what I like to do.

the shoes are typical New Balance, well made, nice design. I seem to be having problems with finding shoes to fit me right. I usually take a 9 and a half, 4E wide shoe and that's what I ordered and received, but for some reason these don't fit me right, they seem to be a little narrow and the top Velcro strap isn't long enough for me to comfortably wear the shoe without feeling pressure across my instep. I don't know if a wider shoe would work or what, but I don't think I will be able to wear these comfortably.

The hook and loop "straps" lengths were too short. Only about 1/8 inch overlap on top strap. Not enough to secure the shoe on the foot for long. I found them uncomfortable. I will buy a different style to replace these. New Balance generally makes very good shoes so I will stay with them.

I ordered a 10.5 4E You shipped me a 10.4 E. Waste of time

Great shoe for casual walking and general use. Very satisfied, as I have been with all NB shoes.
