The sneakers arrived quickly and I see they're of the same wonderful quality I've come to know and expect from New Balance!

I have owned multiple pairs of these shoes, and I like them and they are very comfortable. My only complaint is that for someone with (apparently) very wide feet, the velcro straps need to be far tighter than I would like in order to engage at all. If the velcro were reconfigured better for wider widths, I would have given five stars instead of four. With it as they are now, the velcro sometimes lets loose and have to be redone, which does not happen often, but could be avoided if the velcro were designed better.

I ordered extra wide the fit is ok, but the straps only come up to half the front making the shoe look too small.

I ordered these four my dad who has swollen feet. The shoes are very nice looking and sturdy, but very heavy for an 83 year old man using a walker. If they were lighter weight they would be perfect.

My husband is a big man, including his feet. He normally orders 4E, extra wide in tie sneakers and is very satisfied with the NB fit. The velcro closure at the bottom of this style barely reached the grabbing side. The top tab was a good 2 inches from touching the grabbing area. These shoes would only close if someone's foot had been flattened by a steamroller into a wide flat foot, and maybe not even then. Very disappointing!

Well made in the USA and fit my Dad perfectly. Easy for him to put on and take off.

I have always shop new balance for extra wide sizes. My order was not wide enough and "the shoe did not fit". Cinderella would not find her prince here.

These last forever, keep their shape, look good, well made.... But, as we age, and most of the group who buy Velcro closure shoes are aging, our feet swell and shoes get tight. I'd be 100% happy with these if the straps were an inch and a half longer!

They fit but they are cheaply made. They wear out quickly, even without too much use. Cheap materials. Cheap quality. High price.

I'm not sure why the picture shows a white shoe, I bought the black ones. I needed these for my husband who had a stroke and has a hard time with shoe laces. They fit well and look great!

The shoe fits but I can't get the straps over my foot straps are to short You shortened the straps to save money and that's why I gave it 3 Stars

these are not true to there size or wide this is a size larger and a extra wide from last pair of shoes and unable to fasten the hook and loop very unhappy with as thses are not cheap shoes

577 walking shoeI have been wearing them for many years and they are comfortable and support my feet well. I am an old guy and it is extremely important to wear comfortable shoes with good support. Thank you! Keep up the good work.

This is the first shoe in a long time that actually is the size it claims to be. Shoes slipped right on and needed no "break-in" time to be comfortable. Velcro tie straps make it very easy to make precise adjustments to keep fit perfect. Sole has nice, firm, but cushiony feel to it. Makes long walks less painful.

For my father and he loves them and we're exactly what he needed.

Good fit. Good price. Very comfortable. Only negative is the straps are way too short, especially the top straps. The Velcro barely reaches, and spoils the overall look. Arrived promptly.

This is a great shoe for my daily walk. It has a roomy toe area and a sturdy sole. I like the convenience of the Velcro straps and that the shoe is available in extra wide size.

The shoe I needed, just wish it was available in black in my size when I ordered.
