My husband has difficulty tying shoes. These shoes are perfect for his needs.

Purchased for an elderly friend, hook & loop make it easy for those helping him. He has a small foot, wears a brace on one foot/leg so I'm able to have the loop extended on that particular shoe for ease.

This is my fourth pair of these shoes, and I must say that the quality has been denigrated. The velcro straps do not cover the entire velcro attachments. They used to cover the entire velcro attachments, but now, they are too short. They are easy to put on and take off, and they are comfortable, but I may have to seek the next pair from another retailer.

I wasn't sure this style with velcro strips would work out for me, but I think it's going to be fine!

I love NB shoes. I am retired now and wore the sister product of this shoe in black with laces for 10+ years and they were great. This shoe unfortunately is just not comfortable. It chafes the top of my arch and the fit with the straps is just not comfortable ... the inside of the shoe just feels rough. Anyway .. I will always be an NB customer .. just not with this shoe.

I have worn these shoes for ten years or more and have loved them all the time. They are very comfortable, easy on easy off. The shoes are very durable and good looking. The only problem I have had is the color. Was unable to get my bone color.

I have owned and bought these particular shoes for years, at least ten years. Recently I have developed a problem with my feet (hammer toe) is what the doctor called it. He suggested I get a larger size 13 extra wide, they were to wide, bought just the wide width. I have been very happy with the over all comfort these shoes have provided me with one exception. The tounge on the right shoe slides off to the left side resulting in an uncomfortable fit. Suggest your Quality Assurance department take a closer look as to wether the tongue sewing to the shoe my need a better alignment for a better fit.

These shoes are a bad fit. Not like my old NB shoes of the same size (12W)

Shoe was comfortable but strap was not long enough to close across the top of my foot.

They run a little small so order a half size larger. Otherwise very comfortable and seem to be well made.

Hi, The top of the "tongue" is very stiff, causing the ankle to feel pain.

My Husband wears them daily and loves them. Arrived on time.

I'm a diabetic, my doctor says these are good for my feet. I agree, not always easy to find. But they work, best for me

This is my first experience by email with ordering from New Balance although I have been wearing NB shoes for some time. The experience went very well. I am glad to know I have such a quick resource for footwear instead of looking for a store in the community. Thanks for your outstanding help.

Love these shoes. Only style I've bought for the last 6 years. Comfortable. Like that they are available in wide and extra wide.

I wear these on a daily basis. They are comfortable and easy on/off. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered them and usually purchase 2 or more pair so I can alternate them.

Bought on price. Should have stuck with my tried and true 813 model. Not as comfortable and left shoe squeaks. Oh, well. I hope the squeak goes away and I'll be happy. Back to good old No. 813 next time. Happy with New Balance delivery and overall quality.
