this is a good shoe at a decent price. They didn't have a wider size and so i stupidly ordered the regular size and it fits too tight on my wider foot. I needed to opt for the 2E. A good lesson i suppose when ordering online is if they don't have a wider size don't order it lol.

Closure top velcro is short. Difficult to keep shoe fastened

use to wlak but their to stiff and hard. I need to return these.

Perfect for the feet width, but too narrow for the toes. These need to be expanded on the toes end for maximum comfort. Otherwise, excessive cramping on the toes.

Only sneakers I've bought for many years. Good quality, just can't find in stores around here.

I wear it almost every day to work and normal usage.

Needed some good walking shoes, these are great. Felt a bit tight at first but after breaking them in, they're perfectly snug. Comfortable enough I sometimes forget I have them on.

Quality was very good but straps were so short they could not be secured.

I had a pair of the original 577 that I wore for 16 years until finally falling apart. Sure hoping these will last that long! So far so good!

Need to fit braces.That's why he needs these shoes.

The shoe is comfortable and looks nice, I just miss the more breathable construction.

I walk an average of 5 to ten miles a day. I thought they would be comfortable. I was wrong. If I could return them I would.

Used for long walks around town, and also trail hikes in the hills. I like the cushioned footbeds which must be a newer feature. The last pairs of these shoes I had (from 2020) didn't have them. Nice improvement!

The best sneakers. I been using New Balance shoes for 40 years. Running and now walking.

I honestly thought they would be way more comfortable. They feel stiff and tight for a walking shoe with Velcro straps, I guess time will tell how they loosen up once I wear them more.

After an auto accident ( Nov 25th, 2020) the five surgeries and skin graft on my right calf left my lower right leg SO swollen I can no longer wear regular pants or shoes on my right leg and foot. Not knowing the size of my very swollen right foot I bought a pair of size 10 extra wide 577s, with the velcro closure, that were a 1/2 size too small (they cramped my toes). ( My regular shoe size is a 9 1/2 D) Next time I bought a size 10 1/2 extra wide. These fit nicely ( I like everything about the second pair). The third pair I have just bought. A size 10 1/2 EE seems to still be too tight and the velcro strap seems a little short as I have had trouble keeping it "buckled". Even after a couple of weeks of off and on wear. (Naturally the left shoe is a little big but I can make do with that)

I purchased these walking shoes for my 96 year old father. I had originally purchased another pair which didn't fit. I called and a very pleasant and helpful young lady helped me to return the shoes without any hassles and to reorder the proper ones. My dad loves his New Balance walking shoes.

These shoes are great. They are great for the cold winter.

Unfortunately I require special orthopedic foot wear I couldn't wear sneakers because they rub my toes Where they dip down in front.

Wore the same size of New Balance for years (11 1/2 wide). These are so short and narrow---couldnt even get them on. Exchanging for a 12 extra wide (a size that would normally be way too big) and hoping they will fit because I need the hook and loop closure.

I use these shoes to walk in! Don't like...The fit was tight, not enough padding or cushioning. Like...Wide width 4E and made in USA
