Great shoe. Sturdy and comfortable.

All New Balance shoes are comfortable. I buy no other. This walking shoe is comfortable for all day wear. It would be especially helpful for someone who spends a lot of time on their feet. I own three pairs of New Balance that I rotate on a daily basis. The oldest pair is a wide fit. My size is a standard fit. It's still a comfortable shoe.

Soft on the foot and laces allow for great adjustment. Light and strong.

Shoes are made well. The size 13 was a little bit too tight. The last ones I bought fit perfectly. I was able to stretch this one out some so I think they will be okay

Good design with a tongue that is wide enough and well cushioned. Not the most stylish shoes but OK. Holding up well. Had to get 1/2 size bigger than my other shoes.

I have had numerous pairs of 577 walkers and will buy them as long as they are made.

I do a lot of walking and these are comfortable and good support

Just breaking in

I have been wearing New Balance for many years now and they're the most comfortable and supportive shoe. No more back aches . Also a great work shoe especially New Balance Safety shoes. And they were recommended by my orthopedic doctor.

My son was very pleased and said they were very comfortable.

I've been struggling to find a shoe that wasn't truly ugly that would address my increasing foot pain. This shoe is my biggest success in that quest, so far.

The fit is spot on - comfortable, supportive and well constructed

Use these as every day walkers, size as advertised.

I use 2 pair of these Walking shoes, rotating them everyday. I have narrow feet and this model (577v1) is my best choice in a long life of searching.

I use these for my morning 3 mile walk every day. They are well cusioned.

I use these at the gym every day but for almost anything else. My problem is I have a shoe size that no shoe manufacturer Carrie's anymore-12 AA! The narrowest size that NEW Balance Carrie's is a B, which means I have to wear a minimum of two pair of socks, sometimes three. If I don't, my foot is not secure in the shoe and my heel would slip too much. It's not ideal, but what else can I do, short of having shoes custom made which I assume would cost a lot. I'm very thankful NB carries the size I bought.

I was expecting the usual trial of a break in period. Nope! This shoe was comfortable on the first try and has only gotten better. I'm still not sure if the uppers are leather but it looks good enough to nearly be a dress shoe. Love this pair.

Very good fit, comfortable, third pair , I get a new pair approx. every two years

I got these for my husband because he has started walking the neighborhood but didn't have a good walking shoe. They fit true to size and were comfortable from the first time he put them on.

As a senior it's extremely important to have a supportive walking shoe and this model is perfect. I enjoy a morning walk and wouldn't use anything else but this brand and this style

New Balance has been the only sport shoe that has been able to provide me with the style, fit, and comfort since my foot surgery in 2018. Don't know what I would do otherwise.
