Really comfortable for walking... my main reason for purchasing these shoes.

Especially pleased with the width and look of these shoes - with narrow feet, most shoes make my feet look like skis. Not so here, this is my second pair.

The fit is perfect, the material durable. Very comfortable walking sneaker.

Good fit and size. Feels okay when walking but a little thicker insole would be nice. Swapping a slightly thicker insole does the job.

The shoes are very nice. I was startled that they are overall about 1/2" shorter than two other pairs of shoes of your brand in the same size. But they feel OK. The insole is very feeble.

I have a pair of these shoes but in white and they work for me. They're comfortable and good for walking. A good all-around shoe. I use Orthotic supports so the arch support of the shoe is not an issue for me.

These are my daily work shoes. I rotate between these and the NB411's. If I'm walking a great deal I think I prefer the 411's but these are far more comfortable for daily work around the office.

This is the same shoe I've been buying for years. The fit and quality are good, though I'm still breaking these in and they're a little stiff.

These are good walking shoes. They provide good support and are well made and long lasting. The style is conservative, but that is what I like. I will continue to purchase these walking shoes. Thank You.

I bought these shoes for my son, since the model he previously had was no longer available. He takes a Size 14 - 4E, so it's hard to find shoes for him. I had them shipped directly to him, which is always a plus. I was on the phone with him when he tried them on, and his reaction to them was amazing. "Aaahhh, these feel wonderful!!" That was a couple weeks ago. I have spoken to him since then and asked how the shoes were working out, and he is just as pleased with them now as he was when he first put them on. Happy son, happy mom! I highly recommend this product and Zappos.

We are most happy with these New Balance shoes. they are so very nice looking and fit absolutely perfectly.

good shoe for the money

I usually wear a 10.5 in most shoes. My big toe was rubbing on a 10.5, had to return. Thanks, zappos for great return policy! Got size 11 and they seem just right. These shoes seem really narrow to me. They're ok on my foot, but just barely. Other reviewers have complained about these shoes being really squeaky and they are! I changed shoelaces and that just about completely fixed the problem. They're still a little squeaky but not really bad. Try different laces if the squeaking bothers you. See pic for alternate shoelaces and narrowness on my foot.

Perfect fit. I haven’t been able to get a true narrow width in probably 40 years. This shoe has a true narrow width!
