Love the look of this shoe in purple. Wore them today for the first time pinched a little at the heel. The shoes do feel a little short, ordering 1/2 size up might help but the toe space is great!

These Merrell's are oh-so-adorable! Simple to slip on, really well made and the pumpkin orange color is awesome! Very true to the picture online. Merrell makes a great shoe: sturdy and well designed. The inside of the shoe is well padded with a wonderful supportive arch. I ordered a 5.5 M and usually find that is the perfect fit. However, I think these run a little small both in width and length. I'm going to keep them because I think a half size larger will be too big. I'm hoping they stretch a bit after I wear them for awhile. Because of the style, I think they will. I would recommend these shoes!

These shoes are well made and extremely comfortable! Plus they look really cool with jeans as well as with skirts. I wear size 10½ which is usually not found in stores. I love being able to order shoes of the correct size from Zappos!

I've been looking for a shoe like this for quite some time -- something that looks like a ballet flat but with some much-needed comfort and arch support. I am between an 8.5 and 9 - I sized up to a 9 at first and they were much too big. Reordered and the 8.5 is perfect. A little wide for my narrow feet but still a keeper.

Terrific shoe! Looks great and is very comfortable. The suede gets dirtier than I'd like but I have gotten a lot of use out of them.

Love these shoes - very comfortable - have two pairs and can wear them all day. Never had to break them in - comfort from the first day!

My first Merrells. They took a minimum of 3 wears before they were completely pain free and comfortable, but now I'm in love. Adorable simple flat, super comfortable. The suede is standing up well.

I was looking for a shoe to fit my new custom orthotic, as well as provide arch support for my foot that did not require the orthotic and these are great! Stylish enough for work, fit my orthotic, and super great arch support!

I have this shoe in black and oak (love the oak color). In response to the reviews that called the edging sharp -- I took the advice of a shoe expert who said you should never break in shoes with your feet. Sat in front of the tv and just worked all the edges before I ever put them on. Never experienced the problem that others have reported. Very cute ballet style -- which I normally can't wear due to higher arches. These are great, v. comfortable and stylish. Am tempted to get more colors!

I bought these shoes, because Merrell was highly recommended for people with arthritis. I LOVE THESE SHOES! They are cute ballets, and appropriate for work. My knee pain has improved, since I started to wear them. I pray that Merrell won't discontinue them.

Haven't really had a chance to wear them because of cold, snowy weather, but they are really cute & well-made and have more cushion & support than most flats. Am really looking forward to spring so I can wear them!

I love these shoes! I am a big fan of Merrell's and when I needed new flats for work I was so excited to find these. They are simple and comfortable, just like Merrell is known for. I bought them a half size big based on other reviews and, after about a week of wearing them every other day to break them in, they have become my go-to every day shoes. I've gotten several compliments on these shoes! Highly recommend.

I love the style however like other reviewers these shoes hurt my feet after an hour or so. I do not know what to do as a bigger size wounded help. Maybe I will wear them around the house with heavy socks. Any ideas would help, these are supposed to be great comfort shoes maybe the company has some idea on why they feel so great in the beginning and hurt our feet within hours...

These shoes are so pretty and dressy with my Christmas dress. They are very comfortable and seem true to size.

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for and perfect in every way except size. I wear a 10M. I ordered the black suede in 10M and 10 1/2M. Both pairs were too short, even though the 10 1/2M was quite loose. This is a great, versatile shoe, and although I had problems with the size, still recommend giving them a try.

I was surprised by some of the reviews so I had to write my own. This is the second pair of these shoes I purchased. The first was black and the second tan. I have long been a fan of the quality and sturdiness of Merrells, so as soon as I saw that they came out with a flat I can wear in my formal office setting that is also odor resistant, I had to try a pair. The are comfortable, nice enough to wear with work trousers or a suit but also cute with jeans, and they fit my orthotic inserts. The perfect flat after my ankle injury. Do order the size you would wear in sneakers or boots rather than typical flats. For me that is a 6 1/2 rather than a 6. Like many flats they do take some time to break in and rub on the ankle. But they are worth breaking in. I definitely recommend these shoes!

Love these shoes. Bought both black and espresso. Very comfortable right out of the box. Look great as a dressy or casual shoe. Fit seems true to size - oddly the black pair are a tad bigger than the espresso although both are the same size.

These are cute, comfortable walking shoes. I bought some for myself, and then for my 90 year old mother! We both love them.

I love these ballet flats. They are flattering yet have more support than other flats I have owned. There is some variation in fit within the different colors. I own two - the black fit the best and the espresso runs a bit shorter and tighter. They are probably manufactured in different plants. I kept the espresso shoes only because I love the style and hope they will stretch a bit after wearing them. If you bend in the heel (a technique I learned when selling shoes years ago) it loosened up the heel and makes it more rounded.

These shoes are wonderful - I have not found any other flat with the famous Merrell comfort that are as versatile. They look good with capris. skinny ankle pants, jeans, dress pants, & skirts.

These are shoes that in the beginning wil give you blisters but you put up with it because they are so cute and otherwise comfortable.

I was looking for a casual, comfortable flat and am so glad I came across this shoe! I ordered the brown color, and I've been wearing these with almost every outfit this summer, both at work and outside of work. I like that they are durable and have plenty of support, but are also feminine at the same time.

I'm a Merrell lover and I had a previous model of these shoes. These shoes did run a bit large, they were cute, and the foot bed was comfortable. However, I am returning them because they are cute so low and cut across my bunion. Too bad they weren't a bit higher.

I'm an 8 1/2 (sometimes/not often an 8). Ordered an 8 and an 8 1/2...neither fits quite right, but I am going to try an insert in the 8 1/2 because...I was looking for a commuting shoe that would 'blend' a bit with my suits, and this one is the best I found. It does look like a flat from afar, and it has the awesome support and structure of a Merrell. I feel like it's going to hold up for years. I'm going to try to make this work.

Very comfortable and soothing to my sore heels from wearing flats with little padding. The suede material and Merrell sole add style. Ordered my true size but they were tight so sent them back and got half size larger - perfect fit.
