Backpack arrived as described, but it is a little smaller than I imagined. (As in, it holds a little less than I thought it would.) It is perfect for traveling, though, and is a really nice looking backpack. Definitely recommend, but keep in mind a full-size or large laptop may not fit inside of it.

Love this backpack. Only downfall I'd that it is very stiff

Looks attractive. Has good waist and chest straps. Spacious pockets for storage. Wish it had another small pocket in the front for smaller items. Really supportive backpad, great for a laptop. Not the best design for hiking as it makes the bag heavier.

I used the jester during my 4 years of undergrad. Just purchased this one for more room for law school! I'm sure it'll hold up.

I was hoping to have an all purpose backpack that I could use for travel. This backpack seems to be very sturdy and durable. One thing I like about the "women's" back pack is that it fits my shoulders and back much better than most backpacks. I would've given this 5 stars, but the design of the pockets inside make it really hard to get the most out of the bag. The front pockets only extend about a third of the way down and they don't have much room. The main compartment does not have much depth.

I use this backpack for school. I like it because it is spacious and for the most part, I have a pocket for everything and it protects all of my electronics. The only thing I do not like about this backpack is that it does not stand on its own, you have to lean it against something, and even then the chance of it slipping is high. Also because I am not used to using computer backpacks with protective gear inside I personally think the flex gear is too hard but I know it will protect my back so it is one of those situations where you have to think if you would rather have a harder backpack that protects your back and your laptop or if you would rather have something with a softer back to it. My other complaint is that if you want to be able to grab things quickly there really isn't enough space in the hidden front pocket to put a lot of things, I am only really keeping my masks, keys, and headphones in there but I wish I could fit my wallet. Finally, the second most front pocket does not extend down the front of the backpack so if you put too many items in there you end up with too much bulk so you have to put some items elsewhere to avoid the eyesore. Overall good backpack, just has a few issues that if fixed would make it even more awesome than it already is.

Love the backpack overall! I use it daily for work. It's the perfect size for carrying a lunch bag and essentials to and from work. I would recommend it for anyone with a smaller frame. However, my one complaint is that the side pockets don't keep my 32 oz. Hydro Flask very secure.

This pack feels a bit tighter than my old North Face one but it might be because it's new. Otherwise beautiful color, lots of pockets and compartments, and lightweight.

I think this is a perfect clinical bag. It has space for a change of scrubs, a felt pocket perfect for a stethoscope, and many more compartments for whatever you need. I love it & it's so practical.

I like that this has a lot of pockets. The straps are comfortable. The does not stand on its own so be mindful of that when setting it down. I wish it was smaller compared to the men's so it's more tailored to women's backs. I will continue to use the Jester for my daily commutes and reserve this for out of state trips and camping.

This backpack is very comfortable-you really don't feel the heaviness. I got the TNF BLACK/ASHEN PURPLE color and I love the design it's classic yet modern. The pockets are doing good so far. One thing that I would change is make more room. It can probably fit 3 big school books fine, but more than that would stretch it out. Overall, great for your back and nice design!

Love this backpack. It is sleek and lightweight and allows me to carry the necessities of a trip. Only downside is it's large pocket a little small and doesn't fit all that many items. Overall great backpack.

I bought this backpack for travel and some light hiking. The only thing I don't like about this backpack is the laptop space. It's bot needed in my case, and is a useless space. I adore the color!

I love this backpack! I had the same kind from a few years ago but wanted it in black so ordered a new one. I have very few complaints and recommend it to anyone who's looking for a classic durable backpack. The only thing is that I think the smaller pocket is smaller on this one than the one from my old backpack (same style just older model)-the pocket isn't as deep which was a little disappointing because I feel like I have less storage space than my old backpack. Other than that, it's great and I love it!

Super stylish, a lot of space. The biggest pocket is a little stiff. Perfect for a lap top or slender text book

I love the multiple zip compartments as well as all the little pockets inside and around the backpack. The mesh side pocket also has an extra strap for tall water bottles which prevent it from falling out as well as putting less stress on the mesh pocket. Only thing I didn't care for was the weight of the backpack BEFORE it was even filled. My daughter is a petite high schooler and with her chromebook, notebooks, water, lunch and school supplies, it is about 10+ pounds at least. She walks so I worry about her back. Other than that, it functions well, is sturdy and good looking.

Great. Very comfortable and practical. I enjoy using it at work and home for my laptop, shoes, scrubs and umbrella. Only complaint is that it doesn't sit upright.

I love the color, it looks nicer in person. My 14" laptop was able to fit comfortably (even with a sleeve on) but I wish the side pockets could fit my 40 oz hydro.

My only complaint is I have a hard time fitting books/binders with my computer. It's a little smaller than I thought but overall I love it & would buy it again!
