WIsh the fabric expanded more, and that the water bottle pocket on the sides were more expandable/larger. The water bottle pocket does not fit large bottles.

Mostly awesome. It seems really well made and like it will last a long time. The only short coming is that its less spacious than I expected- it fits my work laptop but it takes some tugging on the zippers. I can fit my purse, lunch box, and water bottle- but thats it. No hope for adding umbrella, cardigan, hat, etc etc. Serves most of my purposes and seems like a relatively good value for price.

This backpack is definitely a backpack. Truthfully i don't really know if it is worth the price, however I have only been using it for a week. I think the price of the backpack can be seen in durability and the fact that it is water resistant. The design of the backpack makes it feel like it isn't very spacious, but it can hold a good amount of things, but everything is very squished

Well built, lots of pockets. One minor complaint is that I wish it expanded just a little more. With the bungees, I thought they would be a little more functional; so you could have a 'bigger' pack when needed, and the ties would compress it when not. I was hoping to use it more for travel, and less for work, but for work it will be good.

I love the product. It had a lot of room to store all my things and is great for school or traveling. However I wish I'd had more room is the water bottle pockets and a water bottle is a little hard to fit into it

I previously had the Jester for the past couple of years, until my dog chewed on the straps. I am very glad I spent a little more on the Borealis. It is stiffer and so stands up and isn't constantly tipping over like my old backpack did. I love all the pockets and it is really cute. My only complaint is that there are no retention holders for loose straps, and there are a lot of straps. So the extra lengths are always just hanging and flapping around. Really annoying because I sometimes wear this on my motorcycle and I can't have a loose strap dangling near my wheels like that.

The bag is sturdy and of good quality. The colors are vibrant as shown in the picture. When filled partially, the items bunch up at the top however and the weight distribution can be uneven.
No complaints otherwise. I was able to fit two 13' laptops in the back compartment.

The bag is sturdy and of great quality. the colors are as shown in the picture. The items tend to bunch up at the top if you fill the outer pocket. If you don't have items that are close to the bottom of the bag, the bag will not stand and might tip over even if it is resting against something.I was able to fit 2 13 inch laptops in the laptop compartment. I can also fit a whole puffer jacket in the outer bands of the bag.

I used this backpack last year for my senior year of high school and I loved it! I'm happy to say that I will also be using it in college.
I could fit my laptop, folders, a notebook, my pencil case and my water bottle.
My only complaint would be that it is a little heavier than other backpacks because of the thick padding on the back.

Will use for school backpack. Seems a little smaller than what I expected but will probably do the job.

This is going to school every day. It's a perfect size for all the books needed, a jacket, water, and those little odds and ends you need during the day!

My kid has to take PC to school. This bag is good for the use because compartment for PC is prapared and sturdy. And my daughter likes this design and color ver much. Weight is a little heavy for kid to hike.

Excellent style of backpack. The color was a little more muted than it appeared online. Would love some brighter color choices. Overall best backpack design

I use this backpack when I travel for work, but also for camping/hiking. It's got a nice range of pockets/organizational features. The only downside is it's a bit too long in the back for someone my size (5'2", shorter torso).

Backpack arrived as described, but it is a little smaller than I imagined. (As in, it holds a little less than I thought it would.) It is perfect for traveling, though, and is a really nice looking backpack. Definitely recommend, but keep in mind a full-size or large laptop may not fit inside of it.

Looks attractive. Has good waist and chest straps. Spacious pockets for storage. Wish it had another small pocket in the front for smaller items. Really supportive backpad, great for a laptop. Not the best design for hiking as it makes the bag heavier.

I used the jester during my 4 years of undergrad. Just purchased this one for more room for law school! I'm sure it'll hold up.

I was hoping to have an all purpose backpack that I could use for travel. This backpack seems to be very sturdy and durable. One thing I like about the "women's" back pack is that it fits my shoulders and back much better than most backpacks. I would've given this 5 stars, but the design of the pockets inside make it really hard to get the most out of the bag. The front pockets only extend about a third of the way down and they don't have much room. The main compartment does not have much depth.

I use this backpack for school. I like it because it is spacious and for the most part, I have a pocket for everything and it protects all of my electronics. The only thing I do not like about this backpack is that it does not stand on its own, you have to lean it against something, and even then the chance of it slipping is high. Also because I am not used to using computer backpacks with protective gear inside I personally think the flex gear is too hard but I know it will protect my back so it is one of those situations where you have to think if you would rather have a harder backpack that protects your back and your laptop or if you would rather have something with a softer back to it. My other complaint is that if you want to be able to grab things quickly there really isn't enough space in the hidden front pocket to put a lot of things, I am only really keeping my masks, keys, and headphones in there but I wish I could fit my wallet. Finally, the second most front pocket does not extend down the front of the backpack so if you put too many items in there you end up with too much bulk so you have to put some items elsewhere to avoid the eyesore. Overall good backpack, just has a few issues that if fixed would make it even more awesome than it already is.

Love the backpack overall! I use it daily for work. It's the perfect size for carrying a lunch bag and essentials to and from work. I would recommend it for anyone with a smaller frame. However, my one complaint is that the side pockets don't keep my 32 oz. Hydro Flask very secure.
