Very narrow width. Other reviewers advised to order a size down. I usually wear a 10 1/2 or 11, so I ordered a 10 based on that suggestion. Much to small and extremely uncomfortable. I am disappointed in Steve Madden, usually a sure thing.

Cute shoe but way too big. I wear a 9 1/2 to 10. I ordered a 9 and they are too big. My heal slips out with every step.

I ordered wide. What a joke. It was wide in the heel but not at all in the toe box. News flash to the entire shoe industry: Women with narrow feet end up with a wide toe box by the time they are 40. Why won't anyone realize this. And in the meantime Zappos needs to start providing width measurements for the toe box of shoes. I feel that all I do is buy and return shoes... please provide toe box measurements for width millions of women have narrow feet, yet by the time they are 40- their toe box has expanded.

Though these are stylish shoes, the fit is really disappointing. The toe box is extremely narrow (even in the wide), and I only have moderately wide feet (in some brands, I do not even need wide width). I tried a full size larger, which was wide enough but entirely too long. I settled on half a size larger than normal, and they are barely tolerable for a day at my desk job. Some of these companies need to reevaluate their width standards.

These shoes look great, but they are easily a full size too large! I am a true 7½ but even ordering a 7 I nearly tripped over myself. I love the look and the built in platform, but sadly they are going back.

Super cute but after wearing them for one day they stretched out so much that even though they were unwearable by the end of the day. I ordered my size which I guess was a mistake because they run big. They were about a half size too big so I put some inserts into the shoe. By the end of the day, they were now a full size too big. What a disappointment.

Got these in black patent and the color they call navy. Which isn't navy, it's very similar to the picture. It was gorgeous, went with everything blue, from teal, to baby blue. Unfortunately the 8.5 was too small, and the 9 wouldn't stay on my heel even with the little heel grip pads. So they had to go back, I'm so sad, they were awesome looking shoes, but couldn't get them to work for me. If they stay on your feet, get 'em in every color!

I bought these in green and am returning. The color and style is beautiful, but my heel slips out if I walk. The size felt right, and I think a smaller size will be too small. I bought a size seven and occasionally have this problem with shoes that slip because I have narrow heels. I've not had luck with the heel pads to prevent the slippage, so these are going back.

These shoes are gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. But like other reviewers, my heel slips out, at half a size smaller than I normally wear, and with heel pads in it. Which makes for not great walking. Besides that, they are fairly uncomfortable, but I am not too accustomed to wearing heels this high. It was one of my first attempts at higher heels and I don't know if I'm cut out for it. So gorgeous, yet so painful.

These shoes are very cute but they run small and narrow. I ordered my usual size in wide and could not even fit my foot in it! Definitely for the narrow-footed only.

So cute, but not wide enough in the toe box. Great heel height and platform seemed like it would be comfortable, but the toe box (W) was far too narrow for my wide feet. Also felt a little small in overall size.

I got this pair in navy blue. Definitely order a half size down from your normal size. This was my experience (normally 8.5 and order the 8; fit like a dream). I also have a friend who picked up her normal size in store without trying on was very disappointed at how big it ran. I like that the heel is reasonable (not sky high and not frumpy), and it's pretty comfortable. It's cute but maybe not as conservative as I normally like probably due to the platform. The first time I wore them, I scuffed them on something, and the big tan scratch is very obvious against the navy color. I bought these six months or more ago and have maybe worn them three times, probably because I like my Nine West Austin navy blue heels a lot more.

These shoes are really cute but unfortunately like many have stated, they do run about half a size big. I usually wear a 6 but even with shoe inserts and heel padding they still do not fit. I wish they came in smaller sizes.

I received my shoes and was sorely disappointed. They do not fit true to size. After reviewing post that the shoe runs big I decided to proceed and order my true size and the shoe ran extremely small. The shoe appears to be wide only at the widest portion of the shot. The goes are tight and cramped, but the heel is nice and the arch not to bad. The shoe also fit a half size to small. I am hoping they will stretch a hit and become comfortable. I suggest if you have wide feet to maybe order a half size larger or not at all. I like the style so much that I think I will order another pair a half size larger just to see.

Love the style. However, they are big and don't fit true to size. My feet kept sliding out. Would recommend getting a half size smaller.

Normally this brand fits me true to size, but this pair was slightly too big. I wore them to work as soon as I got them so it is too late for an exchange. I bought some inserts for the heel and they aren't falling off my feet anymore, but still don't fit exactly like they should.

This shoe is very cute, heel isn't too tall. The toe box is super small and hurt my toes after a few hours (without dancing). I usually wear an 8 in dress shoes and these felt a 1/2 size too big. I have another pair of shoes in the brand (flats) that are a 7.5 that felt tight so I went with the 8. They are super cute though so I kept them

These shoes are not for me. I did think they were cute, but the double seem in the front bothered me. I din't mind the look of it, but it rubbed on my toes on the inside.

Eh. These shoes are just okay for me. They're a really great conservative work shoe. They fit nicely though. I am returning.

I took all of the advice from the past reviewers and bought a 7 instead of my typical 7.5. I can see where some people might say that the shoe runs about a half size bigger in the heel area, as the black patent shoes seemed a little big in the heel. I also ordered the patent nude and I am going to have to send them back. They're way too small - I wish I got a 7.5 and a 7 just to see which fit better. For some people ordering a half size down may be beneficial but for me it was not. I believe the shoes are true to size and I will be re-ordering my normal size. As far as comfort goes, I am sure that once I get my true size I will love these shoes. The platform makes it seem like you're wearing a very low heel and the material covers the platform which makes them more appropriate shoes for business dress, interviews, etc.

Beautiful but ill-fitting. The back of your foot keeps coming out. If you go down a size, the front will be too tight. I tried the stick-on pads to help, but all they did was fade the writing in the shoe. Hoping for a no-fuss return. Disappointed because it is a gorgeous shoe!

LOVED these shoes right out of the box. Stunning! Trust me, the photos don't do them justice. Unfortunately, I had to return them because the fit was not right. I tried a half size too small and my normal size. The half size down was way too tight and gapped in the back; my regular size was more comfortable, but the gap in the back was WAY too big. I had to return them yet the stylista in me weeps!

Ouch! Really wanted to love these as the style is so cute-- they remind me of ballet pointe shoes. But they are narrow in the box and squish my toes so much. I even tried a half size larger and they still HURT. Dang. Returned them. But they are adorable.

Ordered these in a red; they were a beautiful shiny bright red (think Marachino Cherries). Loved the look! Fit was a different story. I usually wear a 7.5, so that's what I ordered. I think I would've been fine with a 7. I have a very wide toe area, so I though these would be comfy, but there was too much space at the heel. The shoe slipped off my foot with each step I took.

The other reviews were right - I didn't listen. These run about a 1/2 size big. Mine were great and so comfy, but they slip off my heel when I walk. I wish I had bought a smaller size.
