I originally purchased a size 10, then went to a 9.5 and still too large. Kept coming off my heel even with heel pads. Also in just a few short minutes of standing in them my feet hurt bad. Wasn't fond of the stubby looking front part of the shoe. Exchanging them for a Naturalizer brand. Gotta love free shipping and returns.

Beyond disappointed with this shoe. Very cute, great color (red). So excited when they arrived. Bought my regular sz 7 and they were comfortable at home. Wore out 1st time last night. My heels popped out of both shoes with every single step, even after adding heel cushions, something in toe box (so I could no longer return them). Was in NY City for dinner and literally had to buy another pair of shoes just so I could walk. I had shoe clerk throw them away. Understand they weren't expensive, but this should NOT have happened. Bad experience with this brand. PS - Bought a pair of Vince Camuto pumps on sale for even less than this pair and had NO problems for rest of the evening.

Size completely wrong, not wide considering it was a size wide width. Also very small for size.

After reading what great reviews there were about the comfort of these shoes I decided to purchase a pair for work. The shoes are adorable but after just walking into work my feet hurt like heck! I am very disappointed after reading the positive reviews...the size fit right but my toes hurt so bad! Not a happy first customer.

Adorable...but Ouch! I went down half a size...which was needed...and within about an hour I was barely making it down the hall at work! So cute. I wish they were more comfortable!

Holy mother of Pain. I wore these for my hubby's pier side homecoming thinking I would be okay. They were a tad big but walking around the house I felt fine, so assumed they would work for a few hours of wearing them. Boy, was I wrong. They rubbed against my pinky toes so much that I have bloody rips in them now. They hurt so much that I literally walked back to the car (which was not close) barefoot, risking getting Hepatitis C. I did not care. Did they look cute and make for some sexy photos in my hot dress? Yes. And that is all. (I usually wear a 9 and got an 8.5. If I had sized down to an 8, maybe the experience would have been less excruciating?)

Toe box is way too small. Not comfortable at all. Too bad, because this is the shoe I've been looking for!

I listened to others and ordered down a size. I normally wear a 9.5 so I ordered an 8.5 like others had said. The heel area was large - my heel slipped in/out; my toes were squished together in the front. But other than this the shoe was a nice looking heel. But will be ordering another pair of Type Z - very comfy shoe! True to size also!

I am so disappointed with these shoes! I read all of the feedback, ordered a 1/2 smaller than my normal size and as I wear them today they are still slipping off of my feet, making them extremely uncomfortable to wear.

These shoes are so cute but the toe box is to short and the heel is to long. They slip on my feet and make walking in them hazardous. I had to buy the thickest heel pads for them and then doubled them up. Save your money and don't buy these!

These were by far the most painful shoes I have ever worn. I even tried breaking them in walking around my house before going out in them. I even bought two sizes to see if that made a difference. I normally wear heels 3inches plus, so I was so craving having a nice looking, modern shoe with a semi-low heel. Much regret in wearing these. The shoe was digging into my heels, not even bandaids helped. As well as digging into my 1st & 2nd toe (on both feet) to the point where I it was bleeding. So painful. I bought the black patent, and I know patent takes some time to stretch out and adjust to. But I will not be spending any more time in these shoes. Not worth the pain.
