I read the reviews and ordered half a size smaller than I normally would. After a day of wearing them at work, I realized they weren't just extremely uncomfortable shoes, they were just too small. Since I had already worn them around all day I didn't attempt to return. I would order again but in my actual size.

I'm so sad that these had to go back! They are beautiful and the reviews made me so excited to get them. I usually wear a 9.5 and get 10s for heels, but I got these in 9.5 and my heels popped out of the back when I walked. Zappos graciously allowed me to swap them out for a smaller size, but the toe box area was really cramped in the 9, and my heels kept popping out! Rather than go down a full size and risk not being able to cram my foot into the rest of the shoe, I opted to return them altogether. So sad!

Alas, my hunt for the perfect heels continues. I love the angles within the platform -- the construction here seems to me to be perfect for long-time wear. However, for me, the toebox was too tight and the heel was too loose, thus making a return requisite.

These are extremely cute. While the heel has a tall look, the platform makes it manageable in terms of walking. Once I started to break the shoes in a bit, my heel slips out, but my toes feel crushed. The second time wearing them is less uncomfortable than the first, so hopefully with time they will be better. My toes are at the very end of the shoe, maybe order half a size up for a little more space.

For someone with wide feet, these shoes are not happening. Toes are crammed in the toe box, and show slips off heel. Too bad, they are SO cute, but you literally walk right out of them. If your feet are a little puffy, it will be a challenge.

These run big! Order half a size down! I am usually a 7½ and I had to order a 7. They run very very big! Other than that they are very cute and very comfortable.

These shoes are cute, but they just don't fit me. I usually wear an 8.5 but some people said these run large so I tried the 8 and the 8W. Too small. Then I tried the 8.5 and 8.5W and they still pinched my toes. Bummer because they matched my dress perfectly.

I am so sad that I have to send these very classy shoes back. Ladies, if you retain water in your feet ~ this shoe just does not look good with foot bubbling over the top. I ordered the wide size, and I tried them on at the end of the day. There is simply not enough shoe on the top. As all the other reviews stated, the heel DOES slip off, while the toes are a little cramped. Shame, I had 2 other colors in my cart to buy.

I ordered a wide width but it was still too narrow to be comfortable. I will have to stretch the shoe if that's possible. Someone with a regular sized foot will, of course, not have this problem. The style - I like the fact that the platform can't be seen and I like the height of the heel. I don't like the 2 seams at the front of the toe. I would also prefer a toe covering that wasn't as shallow - if you have longer toes, you may find that the shoe box won't cover the area where the toes meet the foot.

Beautiful shoes but ZERO arch support and the material is incredibly stiff so I found them to be really uncomfortable.

The shoe isn't high enough quality for me to settle on any of the style points. I thought it might be worth going synthetic, but once I tried it on the top for the toe is so short you can see my toe cracks from the top, which is just not flattering at all. The toe of the shoe has two seems that detract from the elegance of the shoe, and the bottom is a slick synthetic material only good if you want to spin while dancing, but might make you fall if you're walking on a smooth floor. It's too bad because I LOVE the light blue color can can't find a better quality shoe in the color.

These are so cute! I bought them for my teen daughter but her heel flips out of them and they are too tall for her. We bought a 9 and a 9 1/2 and both of them she walks right out of them. I size smaller would not have worked. Isn't there a pump that stays on your heel and is about 2 or 2 1/2"? If so, we can't find it.

I was very disappointed! This was a super cute pump - but for whatever reason it flops off the heel when you walk. I even tried to put heel inserts in the back - no go. Should have listen to another reviewer who said the same thing.

I listened to other reviewers and ordered a half size smaller and was disappointed. I wear an 8 1/2 wide so ordered 8 wide as others did. I could not get the shoe on much less fit my wide foot into the shoe. Both wide and size did not fit. I have to return.

I have a wide foot with a narrow heel, so I realize that this is a hard foot to accommodate; however, this particular brand has been one that fit well for me in the past. The toe box did not feel like a wide, and the back of the shoe was too wide and rode up and down when I walked in them. I hate that, because the style of the shoe is very cute and exactly the color and heel height I wanted.

Lovely shoe but not a good shoe for someone with a narrow heel. I ordered half size down from usual size as recommended by others and still my heels came out even with a pad in the ball of the foot.

These shoes are really cute - and surprisingly comfortable given the price point and the materials. Unfortunately, my heel slipped with every step. Adding heel pads or any other combination of padding either had no effect or they squished/made the shoe too tight so that the comfort factor was gone. Too bad these had to go back. Half size too big for me. I wear an 8.5 and got these in an 8 based on reviews - 8 was the correct size.

I read the reviews on the shoe where the back of the shoe do widens making the shoe slip off the feet. Yet the price, style and color was what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the shoe is to widens just at the upper part of the heel.

I was really hoping these shoes would work. As others said, this shoe is really big. I normally wear a 8, so that is what I ordered and I was slipping out of them every step. I am debating on ordering a size 7 or 7.5, but I think I will just look at other brands of shoes to order first. cute shoe, bad fit.

This is a beautiful shoe, I love the look and the heel is the perfect height. I was so hoping they would fit and be comfortable, but they just didn't work for my feet. I ordered the 8.5 wide width and the toe box was fine, but my foot kept sliding forward when I walked and if I put a heel cushion in it, then it would be too tight. So, I am sending them back. I love ordering from Zappos and will continue to order more shoes in my quest for a perfectly comfortable pair of heels.

Depending on the shoe style, I normally wear an 8.5 or 9. So I ordered these in size 8.0. But as others have pointed out, there was still a gap in the heel! Otherwise the toe and overall fit of the shoe was surprisingly comfortable! So I've requested a replacement in size 7.5 to see if that creates the stuck-on-my-foot fit I'm looking for. I want to be able to walk confidently in these shoes and not have to worry about whether or not the heel is going to slide off at any moment! Shall return to edit or add a new review if the size 7.5 fits. I order nude and pink. Happy with the colors but I wish they were available in non-patent matte (no-shine) option.

These shoes are extremely sexy and not too high. Only problem is that they were half a size larger than my average 7 shoe. I bought some heel inserts thinking that would help but it made a squeaking noise so had to part with them. They are super cute and I typically wear between a 7 and 7.5.

I ordered these pumps in the black micro because I wanted a simple, modest heel for church. I am a true size 6.5 but ordered these in a 6 and they fit good. The only complaint that I have is that my heel slips out of the back. So I put some heel liner deals in which made the shoes super tight (length wise) and my heel still slipped out. I've come to the conclusion that it is due to the back of the heel not coming up high enough. I definitely cannot wear them with tights because they will slip off, however I wore them to church barefoot, if you will, and they stayed on alright, I just had to think about them as I walked, which is quite annoying. I am going to keep them only for the fact that I already wore them out once.

These shoes sure are cute, too bad I can't wear them without them flying off my feet! They run big, so I had to return the first pair I got for a smaller size. Even though the size smaller fits for the most part, the heel area is poorly designed. I can't take three steps without them falling off. Buyer beware!

Not my favorite but they get the job done. I bought these for work. I'm used to a higher heel so it's taking some getting used to with the lower heel. Nothing wrong with the shoe in general, just a preference. I bought these in black and likely will not buy another pair.
