The glitter does shed a bit and the sole is so stiff that I was clumping around like Frankenstein. Going back. The style is very cute though.

This is a great shoe for a fun occasion. It has just enough heel height that you can wear these all day and all night.

Super cute and comfy for the 5 seconds I wore them but returning for a half size smaller. Either my feet are shrinking or the shoes run a tad large.

The other reviews are right -- this shoe has a big/long heel. I normally wear a 7.5 in heels but went down to a 7. However, the toe area seemed cramped as a result. I tried on a 7.5 at a store and it would have been too big though. Still a very cute shoe and I would definitely buy them again -- looking for it in navy. Remarkably easy to walk in and very comfortable otherwise.

After reading all of the reviews, decided to go with a half size smaller but when I tried them on, the toes were way too snug and the heel was way to wide so my foot easily came out. I really loved these shoes and wanted them to work out because of the versatility I would get out of the color and classic design but in the end, I had to return them because of the very odd fit.

I loved these shoes! They are beautiful. The only draw back is that the material by the heel melted after one wear. I'm not sure why that happened.

After reading reviews that this shoe runs big, I ordered 8 1/2. (Am between this and 9). I didn't find them to run big, tight in the toes, and heels slip, they have to go back. I'm sad, it's a really cute shoe.

Received a lot of positive comments about these shoes, very cute and were pretty comfortable for a girl who doesn't wear heels routinely (although I do always cheat with all heals and put in ball supports!).

These are cute shoes! Mmadden shoes are always cute. The lower heel is really nice. They do not totally fit my incredibly high arch but it is workable. They are tight in the big toe joint, but they do expand some.

I should have listened to the reviews. Beautiful shoe. Actually fits! When you walk the back of the shoe slips off slightly. A smaller size would not make a difference. I wear a size 7 in most all Zappos shoes. Adorable and very well made but they are going back.

I loved the mint color of these shoes but sadly I will never wear them. I am a size 6.5 always. I got the 6.5 and the shoes were like flip flops on me. I exchanged for a size 6 and they are just a bit too tight to wear all day. Darn! Get it together Madden Girl!

I have to start with the caveat that I'm just not good at wearing heels. I'm looking for shoes for my wedding; however, and with a tea length dress the shoes need to be super cute. These ones are close to right in terms of appearance, but a little cheap looking. As for the fit, they were a little too high for me. Also, the platform will be hard to get used to for people who haven't had shoes with built in platforms before. The search continues!

Although I love the style of the shoe I couldn't get them to fit. I usually wear a size 7 so I ordered a 6 1/2 since they ran big. The 6 1/2 was a little to big still, so I ordered the 6. Unfortunately they did fit on, but were too tight for my toes.

I normally wear an 8-8½ normal-width shoes depending on the brand and style. I ordered these in a 8½W and I thought Zappos made a mistake because they were so tight. For me they were super uncomfortable, but if you have normal width or narrow feet they would probably be comfortable. They are really cute, though.

I needed a pair of black heels to wear to my niece's wedding. I really dislike heels and wear them maybe once every few years. They are all just extremely uncomfortable to me. I tried these thinking the platform might make them a little more bearable. Sadly this is not the case. They do seem to run slightly large and the back of the heel slips horribly. Plus the platform part is hard as a rock. They look really cute but I could barely take two steps in them. Will be returned.

These are super cute, but they don't have a very big toe box, even in the W size, so they're not wide enough for me. And if I sized up I'd be walking out of the heel (which I was a little bit, even in my regular size).

They are too long. Ordered my regular size and stepped right out of them! Went down a half size, and they are still too long!

Fine for short term use (e.g., holiday party) but uncomfortable and keeping them on most of the evening was a mistake. Cute style but the glitter cheapens them. Nice to have them in the closet just in case.

Beautiful shoe with quick shipping. I read all the reviews before purchasing. The back DOES leave room so that your foot comes out when you walk. Ordering the half size down would not work because I can tell it would be way too small (the toe area is snug now). I am currently trying out the return shipping and can update later how that went. If you can get a pair of these shoes and it fits, do it! It is a nice-looking shoe. I am 5'8" and would also be happier with a slightly shorter heel. Time to return to Zappos online and shop again!

I love reading the reviews...they normally would guide me to what I really wanted to buy. In this case they let me down. I love to wear heels, so I'm used to shoes not to be comfortable, but in this case I would say these are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever owned. They're pretty, but can't wear them for the whole day. Just keep that in mind.

I have these exact same shoes in the patent leather, but they are medium width, and too narrow for my feet. I ordered a wide in this shoe, but when I received them, they felt narrower than the mediums. They felt more like a size 8 N, instead of an 8 W. So I am in the process of return/exchanging them.

Size is off! It says it is wide width, but they fit tighter than a regular width. I also ordered a half size smaller than I normally do and they still slip. I look like an idiot trying to walk in these shoes that don't fit!

I needed navy shoes and chose these not liking them too much, but because the price was right, I took a chance. When I got them out of the box, I was surprised. They look very pretty and dainty and I was afraid they'd be too small. But when I put them on two things were striking. 1, how comfortable they were (I have a wide foot and am not the most graceful in heels), and 2, that the heel kept sliding out of the shoe. The heel of the shoe is nice and narrow and stiff, but the shoe is actually at least a half size too long. I fit a 6 about 99.9% of the time, but the 6.5 was too long for me to wear this shoe out and about. It really is a pretty shoe, though

The heel kept slipping off, which made it awkward to walk at a quicker pace. I wish that they were more comfortable because they look fantastic! For activities that require minimal walking these are great.

I thought I would be the exception to the rule with these but I was not. I normally go between a 9-9.5 so went with a 9 thinking the heel would be OK. It slipped off just as the other reviews said. Cute shoes if they fit, but I think the smaller size would be uncomfortable in the toe box.
