Digging my first pair of Vans. Took a couple of wears to break them in but feeling very cozy now. The look is narrow but feeling good on my wider foot. The all black is sleek.

First day I wore them the backs of my ankles were bleeding. However, after a few days of breaking them in on set with higher socks they're better. Not the best to be wearing standing on your feet all day but they're pretty comfy.

Awesome deep purple color at first, but they faded pretty quick and the Vans logo on the back fell off pretty quick.

The first pair but not the last. I have a wide fore-foot and they fit my foot perfectly. They are comfortable. Want to try the slip-on.

Definitively a clean comfortable shoe, but big durability issues. I didn't sake or any other physical activities in these shoes but with in 3 months the sole began to separate from the right along the toe-foot crease. Also after sustained walking periods in the CA sun I've noticed a rather annoying seeker they give off. I love the design and the fit is true but just wish there was a longer life span.

Not the most comfortable shoe. My feet would start hurting after standing and walking for less than ten minutes. Other than that, it's a pretty cool looking pair of Vans.

If you skateboard with these shoes, which is what I thought they were meant for, then they will last for approximately 1 day. But if you use them to just stand or walk around a little, then you should be okay. However, these shoes shouldn't be priced more than about half this price.

Really love the look of the shoe and I'm usually very comfortable in my Vans. These, however, were not like my regular Vans. The leather is super stiff so the shoe doesn't move with my foot when I walk and instead just rubs against my heel. They are wonderful looking shoes but really hard to walk in.

Great. Met full expectations came in one day!

It was exactly as pictured and fit well.

Vans are simply the best. The 106 is a great silhouette.

I love these shoes! Although they have little arch support they are still one of my favorite. It's been a while since I've had these but I am very glad I ordered myself a pair. They are hard to find in stores around here. And you can never go wrong with black, they go with anything!

I really love these shoes because they go with just about everything. I didn't expect them to provide support like a Nike, NB, etc. so the level of comfort is fine...these shoes were more about style and they are cute!

Super comfy use them to skate in. This is my second pair and I would totally buy more pairs of these!!

Got these as school shoes for my daughter. She loves them. The canvas seems to hold up well. The fit was almost perfect. She wears between a 7 to a 7 1/2 womans. We got a 7.5 medium, and she said they are very comfortable, but just a little loose. Been wearing the for a few weeks now. Great shoes, and looks way better.

This shoes are every thing the other reviews said. They are perfect! I love them! Instant comfort! I love job the look on my feet!

I would recommend that Zappos use someone other than UPS to do their shipping. They incorrectly sorted my package in the town i live in and it got sent to Kentucky. I needed the shoes for work and now I have to buy shoes locally for work until the shoes I ordered arrive. That means I'm out another 60$ or so.... thanks UPS

I have wide feet can't wear the classic Vans. The design of this style is perfect for wider feet. Sizing is spot on. I'm a 9.5, and the 9.5 fit perfectly. Be aware that there's little-to-no support for arches or heels.

I used to wear the midtop version of these shoes but I can't get them anywhere anymore. I took a chance on the lowtops (I wear a brace with a lift attached and it doesn't fit in many shoes) and they worked out great. Wider than other Vans lowtops and also higher in the back. Plus they look nice.
