Have bought this shoe in the past, absolutely love them! I work on my feet all day, and these are perfect with a little style and not so blah. Also we have a dress code and shoes must be completely black. These are perfect! Hope the purchasing crew can get these back in stock so I can order another pair!

Great purchase!

New Balance is one of my "go to" shoes. While this fit was true to size, the glaring white laces made me feel "silver sneakers-esque." I opted to return them, but I certainly could have toned them down with black laces.

Love the shoe, but for the tongue. The tongue is ridiculously short and difficult to pull up for snug tying.

I have a wide forefront of my foot because of bunions. New Balance shoes are wide enough without buying "W" shoes. These maybe aren't the best style they make, but I wanted a gray pair (not white) and these fill the bill.

Use this model for extensive city walking (3 to 4 miles a day). I purchased this model 3 years ago and it seems that the older model had more arch support. The newer model also seems roomier in the toe box area. It is extremely comfortable and I also like the grey coloring. Would buy it again but might go down a 1/2 size.

These are comfortable and fit well. But, they look very bulky and make my feet look bigger than they already are!

I had read some complaints that the wide width in New Balance is not as roomy as it used to be so I ordered the extra wide. Extra wide is about the same width of what the wide width used to be. These are very comfortable so far but my feet have hurt if I stand or walk too much in them. Am keeping them though because, due to foot issues, I have a very hard time getting sneakers that are even close to being comfortable.

Although I like the quality and comfort of my original (black) 990's better, I am happy with these shoes. I will be curious to see how they hold up over time, though, because the materials do not seem to be as high-quality as my originals. As a side note, contrary to what a previous reviewer wrote, these are made in the U.S.A.

Natural Balance has been my go to shoe for the wider width and roominess of its wide toe box. But, reading recent reviews which have all warned that the current styles are not as roomy, I went for an EE rather than my normal W, and am glad I did. The EE fits the front of my foot the same as my old W has fit. But the heel cup is larger, and a little sloppier, and there is no arch support, at least in this particular style, and very poor cushion. I am keeping the shoe, because my old Natural Balances have holes, but I am springing for a new cushion to make up for the poor one in this shoe. Sometimes changes are hard to deal with, and I miss the old product here.

These are really nice shoes, but they are too expensive for me. A little more padding for the front of my feet (their extra wide size needs it, because one's toes have so much room to spread out, it almost like going barefoot, so additional padding between you and floor is needed). I found a slightly cheaper model that were more comfortable, so I regretfully chose them instead. These are just too expensive not to be 100 percent comfortable.

These are great looking shoes there is just not enough cushioning for my feet problems (plantar fasciitis and bunions). The New Balance Vazee are more comfortable for me.

The minute I put on my new 990's I knew I made a perfect choice. They felt instantly comfortable. My husband has had a pair for years and wore them until the bottoms were shiny. I'm looking forward to walking this fall and winter in my new stylish New Balance sneakers.

These are attractive shoes! I love New Balance running shoes. They are good quality shoes and very comfortable. I wish New Balance would make more styles (minimalist shoes, for example).
