Love the look and support of these sneakers for my arthritic feet but they were way too big. I ordered my usual size of 9 W to accommodate thick orthotics but they run about a whole size longer. I am waiting for the next size down to become available. Thank you Zappos for always being so patient with my many returns due to horrible feet.

I have been really really happy with these shoes. I have them in black. I have Plantar Fascitis and broke both my metatarsals from not having a wide enough shoe. I tried the wide, but they weren't wide enough. I LOVE them!! My podiatrist recommended them and I wear them every day. I do put orthodics in them for customized support. If you have to wear tennis shoes every day, these are a great option. I wear athletic skirts and I get more compliments on these shoes! I am very happy. I gave it one less star as I wish it had a little more cushioning in the heel.

This is the second pair of these shoes that I have owned. I like the subdued look (no neons for me!) and they are very comfortable. I do use my own pair of orthotic arch supports but not because these are lacking. My only complaint about the second pair is that the tongue seems a little shorter and I have a hard time keeping it pulled up and in place.

Only wore these once so far, but they seem to be a good shoe for aerobics. The weight is a little heavier than I would like them to be, but overall a good fit in a narrow.

Comfortable for my pronating feet. I wish the shoes were laced -- hard for arthritic fingers. The tongue could be a bit longer.

This is a great shoe but it runs a little narrow for me. I purchased a 10.5 wide (D) which has worked with prior NB sneakers, but maybe the last on this one is different. As far as length is concerned, the 10.5 was true to size. I use orthotics (half shoe, rigid) but I don't think that is why the shoe felt a little narrow. Thanks Zappos for such great service!

New Balance Leadville has spoiled me; all other shoes feel heavy and clunky.

Huge shoes I usually wear a 7, have already exchanged for a 6.5. Still too big.Cushioning feels good and they appear to be well made.Just don't want to "make them work" then have shoes with curled up toes in a month.

I really loved the look and overall comfort of this shoe. However, the back of the shoe is cut very high and dug into my ankles. Unfortunately, I will be returning the shoes.

Normally order 7W in New balance and are very comfortable with no break in time required. These started out comfortable but after wearing only 2 times became to big.

I loved the look of this shoe; however, I found the wide a bit too wide for me. My heel slipped around in it though the front of it fit well. I returned them.

I ordered this shoe to wear after foot surgery. The wide width is very sufficient, but I found this shoe to be very bulky and heavy. Also, the tongue is so short it makes pulling on the shoe difficult. Therefore, I need to return them and keep looking

This shoe was very attractive and I wished it could have worked for me. The heel is very shallow giving the sensation that the shoe is going to slip off your foot with each step. The padding around the ankle/heel was excessively thick and uncomfortable. The heel also lacked sufficient padding. I normally wear a size 8, but had to go up to a 9 to get it to fit. I was disappointed in New Balance.

I like the look and feel of these shoes however the mesh fabric did not hold up. I had a hole in them within 6 months. For the price, I thought they should have lasted longer.

I really like the look of these shoes, but even the 2E (Extra Wide) was not wide enough. I have a corn on my little toe and these still put pressure on my toes. I purchased the women's new balance 1745 in EE width and my toes went "ahhhhhhhhhh!"
