These are good. I have the ortho heal sandals which I really like. They seem to help with lower back strain. These fit easily in my shoes (actually I have a pair of shoes that are a little loose and these also solved that problem). Good purchase!

I am on my feet 40 hours a week and I thought nothing would help my feet, particuarly my heel pain. I decided to go ahead and order these and they are outstanding. Within two days my heel pain is gone and my legs feel better. I would try different sneakers every few months, but nothing worked. All I needed was these inserts. Don't hesitate on these like I did for months!!

I have Orthaheel sandals and insole inserts for my running shoes. I can no longer tolerate anything else. I've had injuries to my legs and knees. I also have high arches and this product really seems to help.

I have fallen in love with the Orthaheel brand! These insoles are great to use in your regular shoes giving you great arch support & comfort! I have 2 pairs of the the Orthaheel sandals & a pair of the relax slippers - they have given me the support I need for my high arches and made it possible for me to walk comfortably again! I say this is a great way to get arch support! I received them right away thanks to Zappos quick ship, and mi put them in my shoes that didn't have a very good arch support and right away relief. I'm a Hairdresser and stand on my feet all day so I highly recommend them!

Ordered these on a fluke, I was ready to try anything to help my heel pain. They have been a lifesaver, I have developed plantar fascitis in left heel and these have provided relief. Will be purchasing a second pair. Toe area is a little wider than some of my shoes, but could certainly be trimmed.

The name says it all! I absolutely love these orthodics. The fit is excellent and exceeded my expectations.

I work for Amazon, and I spend about 10 to 12 hrs on concrete floors. I replaced these with the shoes original soles and it made a world of a difference. These were the most expensive brand at the time and Amazons benefits paid for it so why not. It was at no cost to me and it was a great choice.

I've been wearing these for about 2 months and noticed immediate pain relief in my knee. I also have less back pain and taking less Motrin. My ankles roll inward when I'm standing, and I've been in pain my whole life. I never knew that I needed arch supports until I tried these Vionic. The Vionic insoles are a little hard under the inside part of my heel and causing heel pain if I'm on my feet all day, so I'll have to try other brands.

Liking the arch support, but the width of the base -- which is in hard plastic -- pushed out against the edges of three different pairs of shoes/boots. It looked like it would increase likelihood of damaging shoes once worn. I found a pair to use with, but they did not seem not ideal for everyday medium-width shoes.

These insoles are soft and fit comfortably into my dress and casual flat shoes. The soft material comforts my arches and makes my feet feel so much better. The price is great, I will definitely be purchasing other products from this line!

These helped tremendously when I was working at a theme park and had to stand for hours on end. My back would ache after each day before I invested in these. One of the smartest purchases you can buy.

Theses are very good quality insoles. They are good for people with a high to medium arches. They were too high for my low arch foot, caused more pain because it pushed my arch too high, but my wife loves them. Fortunately we wear the same size shoe, so I didn't have to return them.

These helped my tired swollen feet but they do take some time to get used to. I still felt hip and knee pain so still looking for something to help align my joints to ease pain.

I used to use the Lynco 405 insole (red on top, blue on bottom) with a thick metatarsal pad and high arch support. But...it was discontinued and Aetrex substituted a model which does not offer the same support. I've tried several other insoles, but my knee and foot pain got worse. In desperation, I ordered four insoles at once from Zappos, figuring it would be more efficient to try on, keep, or return a bunch. The Birkenstock full length had a 'ridge' at the toe joint base and specific curves in the footbed/toes, which did not exactly match my feet, and after a few hours test, the 'ball' and bottoms of my toes were red and sore, pre-blister state. I was alarmed. Returned both Birkenstock insoles. However, the VIONIC Oh Relief Full Length insole suited my feet better than any of the many insoles I've tried over the past 10 years. Very pleased. I also don't like an insole with a very thick heel that doesn't keep the foot level like a flat. These are OK. I have ordered a second pair. I also tried the VIONIC Oh Shock Absorber insole, which was cushy, but did not have the support and stability of the Oh Relief Full Length/Medium Support that I kept, so I returned the Shock Absorber. The Oh Relief keeps my foot relatively stable with pronation too.

I'm fairly impressed with these inserts. Although not as effective as the custom orthotics I have, the cost-to-benefit ratio of the Vionics is certainly better! I think they do a good job of taking pressure off the heel, but wouldn't recommend them for someone looking for 24/7 high arch support.

In the past I've had to buy shoes for support; not fashion. These inserts allow me the flexibility to order shoes (with removable inserts) that are cute and fashionable. I order shoes with removable inserts in my standard size and boots a 1/2 size up so the inserts will fit.
