These insoles did nothing to help my feet feel better.

Wore them one day and was done with them.

Not for my feet, I was sore in the arch area after wearing them for 8 hours.

ridiculously painful for an extended amount of time. After 2 hours of work I took them out and threw them away because no soles was somehow better.

I read a lot of reviews and thought I'd be able to use these in my flats. Unfortunately, when I put the inserts in, they were so thick that I couldn't wear my shoes. Too bad - the idea is great. I'm not sure how you make an insert so thin that it doesn't affect the fit of the shoe.

I was unhappy with this product. I have been wearing Vionic flip flops for years and was extremely satisfied with the adjustments in the foot bed. I helped with plantar fascitis and lower back pain. I am having trouble finding new flip flops that fit well so I thought I would try these inserts for my sneakers instead of Dr. Scholls. I wore these for a day and the next day my knees hurts so badly that I could hardly walk. It felt like it was too high in the arch, turning my entire foot to the side. Not at all like the flip flops. I went back to putting in the Dr. Scholls.

These are not worth 34.95 at all. Spenco much better inserts. Don't waste your money. I wore them for a few hours to try them out and now can't return as my feet imprinted on them. Ugh. Not worth it at all. Cheap materials.

I also orders this insert after seeing my doctor for foot pain after wearing Vionic flats. I showed my doctor and he said they don’t have enough support

I have neutral arches but thought these might be able to help with an arthritic knee when walking. A friend had highly recommended them to me. I replaced them for the insoles in my Asics tennis shoes and they caused pain in both arches and balls of my feet although the left knee pain was diminished. I dont have any pronation issues that I am aware of. I tried wearing them on 2 occasions but my right arch is still in spasm, so these aren't for me. They have too much arch support.

I can only give a proper review if the item is in the correct size in the first place. I ordered a Medium, which is supposed to fit size 9 shoes for men. After inserting these on two pairs of shoes (one sneaker, one leather Oxford), it's just way too uncomfortable with my toes touching the hard top edge of the insoles as I walk. I really can't give accurate comments on anything else, including pain relief and overall comfort, because I can't seem to take my attention off my toes touching the top edge as I walk.

I bought these along with my new Brooks Ghost 9. While they are comfortable, they squeak! Each time I take a step- it's squeak squeak- very annoying.

I own these in 3/4 length and love the support. Figured I'd add the full length to my collection. I'm an 8.5 so I ordered the medium, which fits 8.5-10. The problem is, they are as long as a size 10 shoe, so they don't come close to fitting in my shoes, and I even tried them in size 9 boots--still too long. They don't appear to be the kind you can alter/cut... Not sure how Vionic can call these 8.5-10 when no shoe under a 10 can accept them.

This was no different than any other inner sole. It was in no way like a pair of Orthaheel shoes. I returned it. I will pay the price and get Orthaheel shoes.

After inserting these into my shoes they felt very brittle then the blue pad on the left insole popped out. I used U-glue and continued through the day. Switched shoes. Left insole split in half. The I noticed the blue pad on the right insole was ready to pop out. I decided to return these as a defective product-as they were terrible. I did not receive credit but Zappos "did" receive the USP package-I tracked the return. Oh well, I will not order these again, they are not worth the hassle.
